Thank you dad for having given me such a great example to follow.
I'll never be able to come close to your level of epic fashion-feeling, nor will I ever reach the physicals heights that you did, but I have your good looks and charm to work with.
Enjoy the Bahamas old man!

So, when is the fight happening? The esteemed mr. Winterbottom has even graciously allowed mr. Panic to head on over to SUPER WOLF FUN TIMES for a one-off.

Just to let everyone know, we signed the deal with Panic today for the one fight at SUPER WOLF FUN TIMES. I caught Covid at the tail end of July and bounced for a bit but I'm recovered and we're going to look to book this event for September 25th. Much thanks to Alfred for letting us run the event at KoF in NY because last thing Paddy's irish ass needs is a sunburn before the fight.

I am stoked about the upcoming fight against Satanic Panic this weekend.
We have some history together and might not be best buddies by a landslide, but I do respect him as a fighter.
We both stop most (if not all) of our opponents by strikes or submission in quick fashion.
We are quick finishers. Oh ok, that might sound weird. We finish others quick. Oh ok, that might sound weird as well.
Aaaah well, I am weird, so don't care.

See you soon Panic, don't panic!

Just don't finish each other too quickly, this is going to be a PPV.

As long as we both had fun at the end of the day, I would even be fine with that.
I'm in this sport to be a persona, win or lose. I always said that and will stay true to that statement.
But shit, if I win, I'll obviously be more pleased than if I lose.

Nobody really expected me to bounce back from my first career loss and do so in dominant fashion, all the way to 7-1.
Guess what, I'm in here to stay (and for the fun). My last fight certainly was the most anticipated one, against Panic.
We both come out to showcase what we had to offer and delivered, as promised.
I'm proud to have beaten this tough guy and found him to be very humble in defeat, a characteristic that isn't seen often in this loud and vocal combat sport. We had good fun and our paths might cross again later, who knows..
For now, I'm enjoying some free time in the sun and look forward to what the future might hold for me.

Anyone who didn't see the fight yet, you can check out the replay here.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank my loyal sponsor Urban Fighter again, for their continuous belief in my future! Urban Fighter [4505]

Secondly, one lucky bastard can sign me to a sponsorship deal as well, as my second sponsorship ran out. Highest bid wins, I like my money ;)

Very pleased with my second sponsor, Carnage. They have some awesome stuff in store and by the way, damn their logo looks great on my shirt!

Oh yeah, they also were rather generous with their deal, that didn't hurt either ? Looking forward to Carnage hopefully becoming another loyal sponsor!

Paddy Mcgillicutty, the fighter people love to hate.

Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Paddy Mcgillicutty

This fighter profile is brought to you by Urban Fighter, the number one clothing store in New York and the official sponsor of Paddy Mcgillicutty.

The Irish disciple of Bjorn O'Donnel first appeared on the mixed martial arts radar as a teenager on March 30, 2020. He made waves with his first article in the Tycoon Times and more quickly followed. His articles in the Tycoon Times were the core of him becoming 2020’s fight character of the year and put him on the map. Paddy’s brash and confident attitude received a lot of criticism. But he didn’t back down from anyone who dared to talk back at him, quickly becoming known for his trash talking skills and the absolute disdain with which he mocked his critics and challenged his opponents.

1-0

Paddy’s debut was against boxer Bobby Beaudrie. Boxing Bobby pounded Paddy’s gut like a piece of meat, nearly knocking the wind out of him in the first minute of the very first round. But Paddy powered through it, dragged Bobby to the ground and submitted him, swiftly and with style.

2-0

Paddy’s second opponent was the fellow grappler and submission specialist Rayleigh "Dark Knight" Dragon. When two grapplers collide, either we get a technical grappling clinic or it’s the stand up that will make the difference. In this case, it was the latter. Paddy dropped Rayleigh with a nasty hook in the second round and finished it off with some vicious ground and pound strikes.

Talks of King of Fighters lightweight title contention sent the champion Satanic Panic into a fit, outright refusing the relatively inexperienced challenger. The champion eventually returned the title and went to another org. But the people were begging to see them lock up in the cage. And there was a lot of bad blood between the fighters and their managers. The question was not: will they ever face off? But rather, when. To be continued.

2-1

Next up was Three Of Five, the most dangerous opponent Paddy had faced so far. The stakes were high as the vacant King of Fighters lightweight title was on the line and the whole MMATycoon community was watching this match like a hawk. Paddy couldn’t have wanted more from the first round. He quickly got the takedown and put his opponent in an army of submissions. But his opponent weathered the storm and took the fight to Paddy. Paddy had a tough time taking his opponent down again and they started tearing into each other with punches in bunches, both of them refusing to back down. The beginning of the end came with a dramatic spinning back fist in the fifth and final round, rocking Paddy and leading to his demise. Paddy was eventually forced to tap out due to strikes.

3-1

His doubters found what they were looking for, an excuse to laugh and turn their back at Paddy. They thought that loss solidified that Paddy was all bark and no bite. But Paddy didn’t want to give up that easily. His dreams of becoming a champion were still fresh in his mind. While his confidence was rocked a little bit, he still had plenty more left in the tank and he wanted to prove his doubters wrong. Paddy was looking for a rebound win while fellow submission specialist Tyler Alvarez wanted to end Paddy’s career once and for all. It was an absolute war on the floor. They exchanged submissions like they were trading cards. At one point it was clear that Alvarez was on the verge of winning, synching in submission after submission. But Paddy popped his head out and slithered out of danger like a slippery fish, demonstrating his world class grappling skills. Eventually the tides turned and a slick guillotine choke forced Alvarez to tap.

4-1

Next on the list was Owen Alvarez, who was freshly signed by a new manager. Much like Paddy’s previous opponent, Owen Alvarez was known for his ground game. While his submissions skills were no joke, it’s Owen’s dominating ground and pound that put him on the map. Owen clinched up with Paddy and Paddy seemed like a fish out of water. But while he was winning the clinch game, it was Owen Alvarez himself who took the fight to the ground. That was a mistake. While Owen managed to land a few of his trademark ground and pound strikes, it were Paddy’s submissions who stole the show on the ground. The fight ended with an air-tight guillotine choke, forcing Owen to tap.

5-1

Their first match was an absolute crowd-pleasing submission clinic and the people wanted more, leading to the first rematch in Paddy’s career. And the once again vacant lightweight title was on the line. While the fans were treated to another grappling extravaganza, the match was even more action-packed and featured some more diversity as Paddy was allowed to showcase his talent and his developing skills in the stand up department. The match however ended in the exact same fashion with what was quickly becoming his most notorious move, the guillotine choke. Paddy was now an undisputed champion.

6-1

The first challenger to Paddy’s title was "Kakaroto" Son Goku, a dominant wrestler with some serious knockout power. Despite both Paddy and Son Goku being high-level grapplers, their entire match turned out to be a stand up boxing brawl. Son Goku was the more aggressive fighter but he mostly hit nothing but air while Paddy kept his calm, ducking and weaving while striking with expert timing and precision. Son Goku showed some incredible heart, refusing to go down even while getting rocked from a waffle of a right hand. Eventually it was a big uppercut that sent him crashing to the mat. But Paddy wasn’t done yet, he dove right after his wounded prey and went in for the kill. The bloodthirsty crowd was sent into a frenzy as Paddy knocked Son Goku out cold.

7-1

By far the biggest fight of Paddy’s career. Former champion Satanic Panic came back to his old stomping grounds for one night only and tickets for this super fight simply flew out of the door. There was a lot of bad blood between them and the fans went stark raving mad, expecting nothing but an absolute war between these two lifelong rivals.

The fight started and they both came out swinging out of the gates. An explosive exchange of fists saw both fighters hit nothing but air. The crowd quickly got what they paid for as knockout blows started landing and both fighters’ chins were tested to the limit in a wild and very even brawl. Paddy saw an opportunity to take the fight to the ground and took it, hoping he would have the advantage on the ground. But the fight just kept going. They both went for submission after submission with pure unadulterated hatred, ready to rip each other’s head off. This was a very close round and it could have gone either way but the judges gave it to Paddy Mcgillicutty, with the big takedown solidifying his victory of a hard-fought first round.

Paddy Mcgillicutty smelled victory hanging in the air and rushed at Satanic Panic like a bull seeing red. While Paddy was getting a little sloppy with his punches, throwing bombs with reckless abandon, Satanic Panic kept his calm and was striking with precision. The fight ended in the clinch and while Satanic Panic might not have done enough damage for the judges to hand him the round, it was clear he had an advantage in the clinch over Paddy. Paddy got the nod from the judges due to a slight edge in aggression but Satanic Panic came out of the round with something to exploit in a later round, a key to victory just when he needed it the most.

Two rounds behind, Satanic Panic knew he needed to shake things up to stay in the game. Satanic Panic closed the distance and he went to town on Paddy in the clinch. Paddy looked like a fish out of water and knew he was in trouble. It didn’t take Paddy long to drag his opponent down to the ground. Paddy and Panic started going for submissions again with rage written in their eyes, a desire for nothing but absolute destruction. While the rest of the round was quite even, the clinch was the deciding factor. Panic clearly won his first round of the fight.

Round four saw Panic using good footwork to avoid the strikes from Mcgillicutty, while doing some damage of his own. When Paddy kept his punches tight, he landed some brutal shots. But mostly he just swung like a madman and even ran himself into some stiff punches from Panic. Panic won a close stand up bar room brawl of a fourth round, giving the fighters two rounds each.

Both fighters were even on the scorecards and the fifth and final round was the most important one. It was all coming down to one thing: who wanted it more? The heart and determination to show the judges they were the winner. And Paddy came storming out of the gates with renewed focus and energy. Again, a very even stand up brawl. But Paddy managed to impress the judges. The last punches landed and thrown both came courtesy of Paddy, solidifying the victory of the most important fight of his career.

Right now Paddy’s the champion and he’s on a personal-best five consecutive victories, cementing himself at the top of the King of Fighters lightweight division and as one of MMATycoon’s most notorious figures.

With Paddy currently waiting for his next challenger, the question on everyone’s lips is simply: who’s next?

Due to unforeseen Christmas shopping and busy PED-days, I have had to delay my press conference and I do sincerely apologise. I will set this up to take place tomorrow and fingers crossed that no new shenanigans run interference with my timeline again.

As promised, I decided to take some free time today and announce that I have officialy signed my next contract.
I talk big and am a strong believer of acting big as well.

Only some of the brightest prospects in my age group (WagnerDuvernay,...) have been making the jump to non-ID orgs and I have decided that I respect that, but still would like to teabag them by signing directly all the way to the crème de la crème of MMATycoon's orgs, Syn
PS: I admire Adils Hallbjornsson for appartently having done the same, joining Syn, despite also being 360k just like me. Balls!

Thank you Kishion for having put your faith in me and my team. Hereby I would also like to thank all other org owner who sent me great offers (and there were a lot of them!). By choosing one, I always had to dissapoint others, much to my regret as I respect you guys as well.

Combined with this massive step up in competition, I'll be in close contact with dietitians to ensure that I lose my belly. Not that it has ever bothered me or anyone else, but I seek to challenge myself in any way possible.
I currently eat about just anyting that I see, unless it is green. That will be drastically overturned in the next weeks as I'll slim down into my peak physique. My father is a giant of a man, while I'll be trying to become one of the best little guys out there in MMA worldwide.

May I fail hard? Sure, anything is possible, but at least I won't have to regret not having tried it.
Most importantly, I want to have fun while doing things and if this will be the case, then perfect.
I want to challenge myself and will take any possible loss without any shame, for as long as I gave it my best shot.

Will this mean that I won't be in charge of Paddy's Enhancing Drugs anymore for the forseable future?
Nope. I have set up this company to bring back my love for the sport and community and so far it did exactly that for me.
My business won't be a sidebusiness that I only look after on a monthly basis, no, it will get my full undivided attention, apart from fight week. On fight week, I'll be 100% focused on my opponent, all the way until he has nightmares and (thinks he) sees me eyeballing him while he tries to sleep at night.

PS: Consumer reports that SUPPO by Paddy (Extra large-edition) is one of the best products to have ever graced pharmacies are wrong. It is THE best product to have ever graced pharmacies and smooth as butter.

Stoked (and somewhat shitting my pants) to announce that I'll be making my Syn-debut on the 13th of February 2022.  The day before Valentine, so I hope that Lusmu Kutvonen will be so nice not to make not make potato mash from my groin with vicious low blows or twister pecker bullshit.
Anyway, stoked and somewhat scared at the same time, feels like my wedding night all over again!
