  1. The legends are true, a wise technique to throw your opponent off their game, make them hungry during weigh in's. Kazuma could not deny the undeniable stench of Lox and Onion cream cheese all morning but no one pulls the wool over the eyes of a dragon because dragons do not wear clothes and know when somethings suspicious because they have very big eyes.

  3. Not just the text, there is a whole lot of code logic and balancing that needs to be done as well. So I can see why they were not in initially as you have to draw the line somewhere. But I also think it would be about time to add them.. a couple of years ago or so. The fight engine may not be perfect, but it is really good and what keeps a lot of longtime players in this game year after year. Still I think an occasional smaller update would help keep things interesting. Btw, did that physical cap ever happen? Was a lot of talk about it last time I was around.

  7. DMMA 214 Gora vs Mfer Welcome one, welcome all, it's preview time for the 2nd Dynasty Card coming up this weekend. Taking place on the 16th of July at the LA Colosseum, it's a star studded card highlighted by a 205 title fight between two Dynasty Contenders alumni. Main Card 155lbs - Oscar "Carver" Blaydes vs Huena "Makuna" Ajuricaba The first fight of our main card sees us head to 155 territory with DMMA contender Oscar Blaydes welcoming newcomer Huena Ajuricaba to the org. DMMA faithful will find it hard to see past Blaydes, as some believe he is truly amongst some of the contenders capable of potentially trying to break the Jesse Pinkman stranglehold with his outstanding all-rounded game. However, Ajuricaba is not a slouch. Hailing most recently from SMASH, Ajuricaba won an impressive 5 out of 5 of his fights at his previous organisation before seeking new waters to swim in. Having never been finished and 5 KOs to his name, Ajuricaba could pose a bigger problem to Blaydes than initially thought. Bringing his granite chin and KO power to the mix, Ajuricaba is ready to show the DMMA world whether he's capable of swimming in this shark tank or if Blaydes will puncture his life jacket and send him to the bottom. 265+lbs - Ghengis Khan vs Isopaa Mfer Our next fight sees the big boys try and bring the big fireworks to the card. With both fighters towering over at 200+cms and with a combined weight of over 580lbs, the DMMA ring will need every bit of extra tape to hold it together when they go at it. Mfer hails from a famous Finnish family and at one point in his career looked like the next big thing and completely unstoppable. He's looking to get his career back on track with a revenge win over Khan, who he initially faced at DMMA 194. Khan has himself fought some big names and has ironed out a reputation as a bit of a clinch demon, defying his tall stature. That's where he managed to get the finish against Mfer in their previous meeting, but as seen in his last fight vs no. 1 contender Ahjo Kuomanen, Khan has shown some vulnerability to being controlled on the ground - which is exactly what Mfer is likely intending to do. 265lbs - Jason Hightower vs Tony Viikinki "Halme" Imagine hearing that former multiple time DMMA HW champion Jason Hightower is fighting on the card AND YET isn't even on the co-main slot! How spoiled are we?! Well, he's back, fresh from his journey in WVT serving up a two piece combo. He takes on a fresh opponent in Viikinki who comes in at a jaw dropping hydrated weight of 292lbs. Despite this massive weight discrepancy, it is Hightower who owns a noticeable reach advantage and he'll be looking to keep things at a distance and avoid the nukes Viikinki will be throwing his way. The smart money is on this fight ending in a KO, but while the former champ may be a massive favourite on paper, the stout Viikinki brings a granite chin and crazy power like a ball made out of dynamite. Can he get inside and knock the tower down or will Hightower shut him down before he gets started? Co-Main 205lbs - Hjallis Kalske vs Joey "Trap God" Simone Continuing on with a distinctly Finnish theme, Kalske will come out as one of five Finnish fighters on this card (including prelims). The former 265lb title holder and recent 205lb title challenger has a very interesting challenge ahead of him with a bit of a showcase fight vs WVT guest Joey Simone. Kalske brings a really well rounded game that likes to integrate takedowns, somewhat a little less common at this weight in the MMATycoon universe. Simone provides a really interesting challenge in that he has an extremely decorated grappling career and gives up a significant amount of weight compared to his opponent due to the more open-weight nature of the WVT 205lb division. This is a potential pick for fight of the night with both guys able to finish from any position and backed by managers who fully embody the "anywhere, any time" mentality. Main Event 205lbs Title Fight - Borowa Gora vs Pate Mfer This fight has it all! Another MFer, yet another Finn, and also another weight change twist! Dynasty Contender champions Borowa Gora and Pate Mfer meet in the DMMA cage to fight for the DMMA 205lb title. Mfer comes up from the 185lb division, but given divisional rules, has added on muscle mass to ensure he meets the 205lb walking weight mark to put the title into play. The extremely popular Finn is looking to make history by following in Gora's own footsteps and winning a DMMA title while holding his DC title. However, he gives away a significant reach advantage as expected and will be looking to make sure he doesn't go down in his 2nd 'superfight' in a row after his setback vs Kareem Johnson when Johnson was a guest at DC 55. The DC 185 champ jumped at the opportunity when he heard there was a potential gap that needed to be filled vs Gora after a long layoff for the 205lb champ. Speaking of our 205lb champ, Borowa Gora has been literally flawless since coming under the Dynasty umbrella. From humble beginnings in Dynasty Contenders with his first professional contract, to defeating all of those in front of him to win the DC belt and defending it a whopping 5 times to date, to then coming up to DMMA and winning that belt in a massive upset vs Camaras Account. Gora hasn't slowed down since that, with an impressive KO victory in a war vs Kalske. Can Mfer defy all the odds and triumph, or will Gora dispatch his second Finn in a row?

  10. Thoth Chontamenti: Oh I'm pretty sure you know how to swim, but would you still be able to swim up with all the weight dragging you down? Your safety whistle will not save you, the only people that might help you are the referee and me when I decide to let you go, which is up to me, keep that in mind.

  11. Parta "Party" Matti "Bro, that's all very poetic and all, but I hope you get a refund from your speech writer. That's straight out of ChatGPT. All this talk about deep and drowning? I know how to swim, bro. How do you think I go to all the pool parties? Just remember, no hugging without people's consent please. I have a safety whistle."

  12. Thoth Chontamenti: Well I'm glad you like to party Parta, because during our fight I will be dancing with my fists on your face as well as will pick you up and take you for a ride of your life, so be ready, you will be dragged into the deep and drowned in the end! @Daudy

  13. Parta "Party" Matti Straight after his fight after being jinxed by the preview curse, Party Matti is back on the grind, ready to further embrace the Church of Just Party and Bleed. The pink dolphin boss found him just the right foil in Thoth Chontamenti and Matti was keen to communicate just how serious and professionally he's approaching it: "I've been in a bit of a funk man, and not the groovy type. All that Finnfighter snow is just not pepping me up to the same levels that I used to go, man. They gotta let me double dose, man, double dose. Then I'll be zooped up and ready to party! They say this Tooth Chewamentos guy has been winning a couple of fights here and there. I'm not sure about this guy man, he seems to dabble in the dark arts of hugging people against their consent and I'm not about that at all. But, on the other hand, he also bleeds. If it bleeds, we can party all over it."

  14. Thoth Chontamenti: I know that you guys have missed me so I'm back, as well as I'm back into the win column, I have to finally start finishing people because those judges are messing me over from left to right, a laughable Majority draw because I don't even know what these people were watching maybe football or something but definitely not my fight, and a Majority loss in a last one? Cmon so I have to resort to finishing people once again it seems, and today was the first showing of that, I will be back.

  15. SPPS 266 Preview Happy Friday! Same as before, I’ll briefly introduce each of the 5 ‘main card’ bouts and give my opinion on what each fighter needs to do to win. #1 Kiryu Kazuma vs. Bagel Boss First fight of this preview features yakuza legend Kiryu Kazuma against possibly mob connected Bagel Boss. Both of these guys are heavy hitters that only accept payment in the form of chins. On paper it seems like Kazuma might have the edge in terms of chin, but Mr. Bagel has been around the block and then some with over 50 fights to his name and that kind of experience comes with a lot of ‘lessons’ learned. Kazuma is a pillar of the SPPS roster, however, and has a storied history of his own. He’s a former champion with multiple title reigns and some absolute wars under his belt. Both of these fighters should be treated as a health hazard and approached with caution on fight night. #2 White Rain vs. Rob Roy Up next is Thai Cheese specialist White Rain against the legendary face cracker Rob Roy. Jokes aside, Rain has actually been on a bit of a tear and is on a 3 fight winning streak with his last 2 finishing inside the distance. Despite being in SPPS for nearly a year and fighting a veritable who’s who in the Lightweight division, Rain has never once fought for the title and he’ll be looking to change that with a victory over Roy. That won’t be easy, however. Roy may have only come to SPPS at the start of the Summer, but he’s made an impact in the division by winning both of his first two fights by knockout. Roy will be looking to steamroll Rain on his way to bid for the right to challenge for the title. #3 Mate Orsic vs. Mister Mediocre Up next is certified strangler Mate Orsic against the unfortunately named Mister Mediocre who is much better than his name and current run of form would lead you to believe. I would say he’s more of a ‘Mister Pretty Good.’ A former SPPS champion who has gotten results in nearly every phase of a fight it’ll certainly be tricky to gameplan against this wily vet, but I have no doubt that Orsic will provide a threatening answer to that question and there’s a very real chance it’ll be the correct answer too. COMAIN Zawisza Czarny Z Garbowa vs. Willy Mataitai Zawisza already has the ‘Longest Name of the Night’ award locked up. Speaking of locking things up, I imagine his gameplan for this fight will consist of locking up with Willy on the ground and attempting to twist one of his limbs off because he spent too much time getting that BJJ red belt to mess around at striking distance. Willy Mataitai, on the other hand, wants to be farming neighbors with Zawzy in that he never wants to be close enough to smell him. Not to say that Willy can’t wrestle, he’s just more about hitting dudes in the face at arm’s length. Both of these sharks have been circling the title picture and a win here would certainly have them smelling blood. MAIN EVENT: WELTERWEIGHT TITLE Vasil Petrov vs. Keisuke Matsuzaka This is a very intriguing main event from a narrative perspective. You have relative newcomer in Petrov coming into SPPS from some other place and winning the title in his second fight for the org and adding to his winning streak and on the other side you have an SPPS legend in Keisuke Matsuzaka making another bid for reclaiming greatness. Admittedly, I’m happy whoever wins because it’s a great fight, but as a Sucker Punch fan you can’t really help but root for Keisuke to make a comeback and beating Petrov would certainly cement him as an all-timer if he wasn’t already.

  17. Found where I read about leg kicks affecting speed - though this may have changed since. Leg kicks still seem to affect energy, albeit to a far lesser degree than body kicks.

  18. Kind of a side note but Bellator still the second biggest org. They sell more tickets, have bigger live gates and hsve the better overall roster (MMA only). They actually made money last year. One lost 223 million, PFL lost 10's of millions.

  21. Orlando Diggs started career 0-2. Signed with an org. Ups and downs. Was once 5-4. Ended his career achieving #1 P4P status with a record of 43-19-1. Kajun Puno was 6-5, but more or less do to learning speed and opponents out-priming him by a significant advantage imo. Once his skills closed the gap a bit he climbed to EVO champ, Syn champ, #1 P4P, stole all the glory. retired 32-9 Badr al Din was once 11-10 and riding a 4 fight losing streak. He's now #2 p4p fighter and syn champ (for now, he's still bum-ish).

  22. If it's the one I'm thinking of it involved clothing store (what I used when testing but maybe nutrition worked too) and sponsorships that you would send and cancel in a way that would give you money. Without going into details. It has been shut down since like March when I originally spoke to Mike about it. He also had some names that I passed onto him who I suspected of using it so if people on here want to call anyone a snitch I'm the OG.

  25. Yes but requires patience. It will be IRL YEARS before that fighter is ready to compete. http://www.mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilemanager.php?FID=228905 Created at 16 years old. Started career 6-5 because couldn't close skill gaps. 15 in game years have passed and he's not even maxed out yet. 4 real life years and he isn't maxed... That shit is ridiculous. Some people's pets don't live that long. 99% of relationships don't last that long. You have to be patient and committed. Not recommended to be honest when the alternative is much quicker satisfaction.
