I think they call a burger with egg a port of royale or something,anyways is it good rory? i may do this tonight

 

Not sure what one calls it.. I just had a quick look in the fridge and made it in like 5-10 mins. I am addicted to jalapenos as well.. and ye it was good. haha.

lol i have a few jalapenos in the fridge and a fresh case of eggs....

 

Me and the wife go organic but we noticed that the eggs say "vegetarian fed" which made us wonder.... what the hell do normal chickens get fed???

 

probably just means they don't add any hormones or anti-parasite chemicals to the feed.

Chickens are omnivores, a free range chicken will eat bugs (and even things like baby mice) and a lot of chicken feed contains some meat (or fish), my folks had chooks when I was a kid that we let free range in the orchard and they did wonders on the codling moth population by eating all the damaged fruit (and also the codling moth maggots in the process).

I wish I remembered about this when I had the T-Bone steak yesterday! I was hoping some people would post some really cultural recipes for us to learn :)

Here we go.

 

 

 

Here is the beginning of making the Bechamel Sauce, what you see here is milk+butter.

At this second picture, im putting the thing together, layer by layer, here we have the Bechamel sauce+sliced cheddar cheese.

I added some pasta plates and now I put on the Bolognese sauce. (Im using 3 layers of each)

Putting the C for Castor on top with parsley leaves lol (to make it a bit personal) before it goes in the oven. (That white powder on the bottom right is not cocaine it is Maizena that i used for the sauce)

+1 to you buddy looks very delicious. I would not recommend to eat like that al the time because looks like this food contains very much fat but you can do it on Sundays.
