A Memo From The Desk of Dakota Thibodeaux:

Salutations to all my degenerates, vagrants, criminals, and monsters. Our organization prides ourselves on being the prime place for all those unsavory in nature to relish in the breaking of bones or beating an opponent senseless without reprimand peerlessly. We allow one to leave nothing but bloodshed, disfigured limbs, and bodies in their wake marking their place as the alpha of the pack.

A proper welcome to my heroes, kings, champions, legends to be as well. We are the one true place where your hero’s complex won’t fail. We are the place that you can get the same retribution and revenge that Liam Neeson longed for but could never have. For those of you who wish to dole out justice with your fists, we have a true place for you here to grow and thrive and become the king over these beasts.

Thibodeaux’s Rogues is thee premier MMA organization on these here islands. Sure there’s those Vandals..but why vandalize when you can brutalize, amirite?

Currently the doors to every weight class are open to everyone. That HW class looking especially exciting. Stay in shape and ready to bang for five minutes and for three rounds if need be. Don’t show up to that fight with just two rounds in you but I guess that’s we got the ambulance on retainer. That being said if you get a title fight, it’s five minutes rounds which will go to 5 rounds if need be.

As one of my treasured rogues, you have the pen to write your own destiny. There is a regal, honorable lion and cunning, vicious wolf that fight for dominance within you. The one who wins that eternal struggle…is the one you choose to feed.

Feast,

Dakota Thibodeaux.

Memo From The Desk of Dakota Thibodeaux:

Hello My Rogues!

Our first event is upon us, some lions will roar and wolves will howl by the end of the it. I'm excited to be able to bring all of this together with the help of you all, without your efforts and talent of punching people in the face this wouldn't be possible. As I looked over the event and matchups provided I was inspired to do a brief preview thats attached herein for you all.

Feast,

Dakota Thibodeaux

Marcus Behnder 0-0 vs Kota Utama 0-0

The first fight of the evening, we find ourselves in the midst of what will be a hotly contested LHW bout that will only end with someone getting stretchered out. Marcus Behnder is a 7'3 nasty Muay Thai striker with a minor background in wrestling who hails from the great country Canada. I was truly shocked upon first meeting him as he looked like he was malnourished. Jail will do that to you I guess. I hear his NBA dreams failed to pan out after he caught a charge for assault for beating up a member of Drake's entourage while partying in Toronto. His opponent, Kota Utama is a Malaysian buddhist monk that stands at 6'2 who comes in as better wrestler and a strong background in boxing and will likely put his training as a monk to the test using his hands as deadly weapons. We asked Kota what got him ousted from the temple and sent here to the island however he has taken a vow of silence and refuses to speak. Tch, convenient. I see this one being a straight stand and bang that ends with blood, sweat, and someone becoming an EMT's carryon.

Hugh "Hungry Hungary Hippo" Mongous 0-0 vs Dragutin "Redbeard" Bjelica 0-0

Kicking off our first of two Super Heavyweight bouts we have Hugh Mongous, a Hungarian professional speed eater is trying his hands at something other than stuffing his face for once. Triple H stands at 6'6 and is a solid 300lbs easy. He's built like a bear and hits like one too; Hugh is a very remarkable Muay Thai specialist with a rather proficient background in wrestling. It would stand to say that you would want to beware any strikes albeit punches, kicks or knees coming from his general direction. Across from the cage from will be a similar striking figure (see what I did there), Dragutin Bjelica, the Serbian fighter is affectionately known as Redbeard by his fans. Legend has it that his hair is originally blond but he's allowed it to be stained and dyed red by the blood of everyone he fights. Redbeard doesn't give up much in height as he stands at 6'5 and walks around at 294 lbs generally. He is a wonderful Muay Thai striking specialist (bet you got the pun now), who respectfully can handle his own should he have to show off his wrestling skills. I don't know who its gonna be but one of these guys is due for a long nap.

Monsta "Jankmaster" Jankens 0-0 vs Ken "Street Fighter" Fury 0-0

Our third fight of the event of the evening features a fight between two of our biggest rogues who normally double as security and street enforcers when they aren't leaving guys for dead in the cage after brutal, vicious knockouts. Monsta Jankens is a Jordanian fighter, in fact he is one of our smaller yet rounder SHWs who measures at 6'2 and is a whopping 300lbs of fat, muscle, and aggression. His camp passed me a note when we were signing and said a monster lurks inside of him. Eh.. I'll withold judgement for now. He has a quite the strong background in boxing showing he likes to mix it up on his feet and is deceptively nimble despite his frame; Jankmaster has a purple belt as well in BJJ showing that he's versatile enough to handle himself on the ground as well in the event anybody wants to to take it there.  Now picture him two inches taller, more proportionate and a better boxer, that'd be Ken Fury. Fury is a remarkably talented Samoan boxer who also boasts about having a purple belt in BJJ as well. His hands have been honed from a very young age as he fought for his survival and to this day still takes on life or death whenever he needs to feel adrenaline kick in. When asked who was his favorite fighter, he said it was Ivan Drago because he has the same mindset. If he dies, he dies. This is gonna be a brutal fight so I hope they both packed for an extended stay in the hospital just in case.

Tobias Berge 0-0 vs Satoshi Nakamoto 0-0

Fourth scrap is gonna be a lightweight bout between the Norwegian grappler Tobais Berge and the Antiguan boxer Satoshi Nakamoto. Tobias is our residential pothead here, make sure you hit his line, he's the plug. But once he's plugged into the ring and those doors closed he's known to short circuit a few fighters. Berge is 5'7 and tips the scale to 162; he's known to be a respectable wrestler but he truly shines in BJJ and has acquired his brown belt before making the trek to the island. Tobias is out here on the island trying to make some cash so that he can pay his lawyers and get off the possession charges back on the mainland. Satoshi left his island to come to a bigger island, not by much though to be honest; but at least hear you can beat people up and get paid for it. Satoshi has been fairly quiet about why he's here and no whispers from his family and friends back on the islands despite our best efforts. Nakamoto is 5'11 and stepped down off the scale at an even 160lbs today at the weigh-in. He's quite impressive as far as boxing goes, remarkable one would say and proficiently holds his own when it comes wrestling. Nakamoto, please don't hit that mat otherwise your limbs may never turn the right way again.

Tony Luciano 0-0 vs Dwight Schrute 0-0

Tony Luciano is a 6'4 Mexican striker who is deeply affliated in the MS13; had to flee Mexico. Destination? The Island, he was strongly advised that he needed to come here and succeed so that he would be able to return and see his family whole. I don't know what type of fuckery you gotta get into to get put on a life or death, one-way trip to the Island but you better not sleep on Tony or you might end sleep on Tony. You get me? Although his wrestling is just proficient enough to stay off his back, its his remarkable muay thai striking that makes him shine. He came in just under 265 at 260 and is looking for that nasty knockout tomorrow. Dwight Schrute comes in the cage on the other side ready for war. As much as a paper bitch secretary could be that is..but he gets enough flak for that as it is so he is here on the island trying to earn some respect for himself and his name. The Seychellean from Pennslyvania is a wonderful boxer and comes in ahead as the better wrestler as well. Both guys look apt to stand and bang, always a crowd favorite and mine as well.

Mikhail Ivanov 0-0 vs Leffe Vulk 0-0

Ivanov faces off against Vulk in a welterweight matchup. Mikhail hails from cold, unforgiving iceland of Russia. He is a wonderful boxer with a phenomenal one-two and has earn the respects of opponents who have wrestled with him in sparring as well as his amateur fights. He's a vicious guys with a mean streak who likes blitzing and beating his opponents into submission as he towers over them at 6 foot even just slightly over 170 on a regular day. That man is ice cold family, just look at his Macebook profile pic. Leffe Vulk is a wrestler with his work cut out for him, he stand a bit shorter at 5'9 and made weight at 170 today but strolls about at 180. As the wonderful wrestler he is I suspect him plans to take this to the ground and as a fairly competent Muay Thai strike, I plan to see some knees, hammerfists, and elbows should this bout go to the mat. This match is gonna be lightning in a bottle, I just don't know who's gonna win in shocking fashion.

Obi "Wan" Ojo 0-0 vs Big Nasty 0-0

Obi "Wan" Ojo is one cock-eyed sumbitch, lemme tell ya. He was talking to me at the weigh-in and I swear I didn't know which eye to look at. I'm ashamed to write that he told me which one. [It's the left] Obi is decent size guy is about 6'3-6'4 I'd say from meeting him. He's a smaller and lithe heavyweight as he only weighed 246. No cuts necessary, sheesh! "Seems like Obi only need wan Ojo" was the catchphrase off his highlight tape as it showcased his wonderful boxing and respectable wrestling aptitude from his amateur boxing bouts. On the other hand, we got Big Nasty. First of all, username checks out. Nasty is just a smidge taller but still only 6'4 but is a much heavier 265 on the scale and more than likely be closer to his walking weight of 280lbs. After making weight Big Nasty was spotted devouring four McRibs and 2 large fries. He don't miss too many meals. Classic match between speed and power this one.. Somebody's gonna say bye bye and that 0 is gonna go.

Darby Allin 0-0 vs John "The Vegemite Villain" Dory 0-0

Darby Allin is another shady islander from the Caribbean isles of St Vincent & Grenadines that has come to try his luck on the biggest island stage. Darby is a quiet introvert who decided he had to take a risk to feel alive, to feel something. Allin started his career off as a wrestler in school was quite remarkable in his stint, however it wasn't until he took up Boxing did he truly start to feel anything. It was the punches that kept him going. Darby is a heavyweight wrestler who is 6'2 and weighed in today at 245lbs. I forsee a lot of dirty boxing in the future with this one. Standing across from him, its John motherfucking Dory! If you don't know who this guy is then you need to turn on the TV. Australia's Most Wanted John Dory, he spars with roos and wallabies as camps for his fights giving them bows, knees and punches! The Vegemite Villian is a wonderful Muay Thai striker who can respectably hold his own when it comes to wrestling. Dirty Boxing might not be the right option giving Dory's skillset and could spell trouble for Allin. Cause if you've every seen a John Dory episode when he takes on male kangaroos; don't be scared for John Dory, you worry about that roo!

Borivoje "The Butcher" Uzelac 0-0 vs Tibor Terej 0-0

Borivoje Uzelac is a Serbian fighter who was a butcher before he put down the blade to pick up his hands. At 6'2 and weighed 205 but walks around at 211, he's a wonderful muay thai striker that looks to overwhelm you with a variety of strikes. The Butcher isnt know to wrestle but you gotta respect it. Borivoje has spent his life eviscerating meat, now its time his hands do some tenderizing. Tibor Terej, the Czech wrestler, is just an inch shorter than Uzelac and weighs the same. Tibor has some hands on him too that you have to respect. Dont let him grab and clinch or its gonna be a long fucking night. I can guarantee that .

Osman Asgarov 0-0 vs Khabib "The Eagle" Nurmagomedov 0-1 (0-0 Org)

The main event of the evening features Osman Asgarov making his MMA debut. Osman hails from Azerbaijan and is no stranger to conflict as he is know as avid, wonderful boxer out there when he isn't engaging in other activities, those of which landed him here doing an extended stint on the island. With the switch from Boxing to MMA, Osman has dove headfirst into wrestling and found a love for it and you gotta put some respect on his name when it comes down to it. Khabib Nurmagomedov, no it isn't the same one you know and and love, its a clone. Real talk, I don't fuck with the government but apparently the clone got hands.. Actually scratch that, I'm told he is woefully uncoordinated right now but will come in time as the clone adjust to the surroundings and stimuli. However the Russian government did slip in that he is strong wrestling base and has picked up grappling to a point to where he was able to get a blue belt. I don't know if we should be teaching clones how to beat us up..but I don't get paid to think, I get paid to match. The Eagle is an inch shorter at 5'8 and 145 at the scale but trots around at 154 as we are told as he only speaks in guttural grunts for now. Apparently combat was the focus over language. This card is the debut of the island and this main even should be a proper icing on the cake.

TR01: Feeling Rogueish in Review

Well shit boys, yall got the house packed thee fuck out on a Wednesday! Congratulations to all who played apart in making the event such a huge success. We saw hard-fought decisions, devastating knockouts, and even a submission that rendered the opponent helpless. Careers, hopes, and dreams were buried at this event ! We had three quit MMA after being sacked after finding that the cage is not the place for them be shut in. NO MORE LOCKED DOORS ! Gracias.

Merry Christmas to you all and we have another big event brewing tomorrow night for your after Christmas enjoyment. With our sister organization Vandals Fight Club hosting a great event as well today we will be running a replay showing leading up our own fights here tomorrow. Remember if you see something, don't say shit! Snitches get stitches and put in ditches round here.

Here's your review:

145 lbs Khabib Nurmagomedov (1-1) [1-0 Org] vs Osman Asgarov (0-1) [FA] TKO (Strikes) Round 1 02:56

Our main event was doomed to end quickly as Asgarov rocked 'the Eagle' with a hard shot but was grabbed by the crafty Dagestani wrestler who then took the match to the ground and beat what was left of Asgarov's career into the canvas forcing the merciful ref (who was fired) to stop the beating before we could see any true damage happen. Asgarov got off the canvas and realized his corner had already abandoned the venue and him, he left out solemnly, we wish him the best of luck in his endeavors.

205 lbs Tibor Terej (1-0) vs Borivoje Uzelac (0-1) Decision (Unanimous) Round 3 05:00

What a fuckin' snoozefest this one was. Terej, if you wanna hug a guy there's a fairy island bar you can go to. We beat asses around here not grab em. Tibor plays grabass the whole match for a win in our co-main event.

265 lbs John Dory (1-0) vs Darby Allin (0-1) KO (Punch) Round 1 01:32

This should've been the co-main event if not the main event. If I took away anything from this fight here, its JOHN Motherfucking DORY! Do you hear me? That man is a god amongst men. If you even needed the definition of a two-piece and a biscuit look no further than his fight with Darby Allin. This became a bloody affair early with both men getting cut within the first seconds of the round. Dory showed his class sending Allin to the canvas twice. Just check the replay of the final shot though that narrowly earned him KO of Night: 'Dory cracks Allin's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Allin slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Dory can do further damage! This one is done, son!'.  Sheesh, luckily the islands gods saw fit to return Darby's soul so that he can fight on later one. Dory, the man down under, comes back up with an uppercut that left his opponent for dead and leaking blood.

265 lbs Obi Ojo (1-0) vs Big Nasty (0-1) TKO (Strikes) Round 1 04:14

That Cyclops' Ojo pulled it off, the bastard might not see good at all but he pulled Nasty in close enough so that he could see his chin and wore his ass out for damn near the entire round before dropping him with one of 11 punches he landed in the clinch out of the 24 he threw. Ojo was active..but damn he REALLY can't see shit. Nasty tried to fight back but got dropped and the ref had to save him.

170 lbs Leffe Vulk (1-0) vs Mikhail Ivanov (0-1) [FA] Decision (Unanimous) Round 3 05:00

Vulk took Ivanov to the mat round the 2:00 minute mark in the first round and that set the tone for the rest of the bout as he continued to take Mikhail down at will and punching on him until the rounds ended. He won with a sound 30-26 unanimous decision from all judges. Although he fought his hardest, Ivanov was informed at the decision that he was released from his contract with his manager and would be free to find future management. We wish him the best.

265 lbs Tony Luciano (1-0) vs Dwight Schrute (0-1) KO (Punch) Round 1 01:26

Tony Luciano deserves and honorable mention for KO of the Night. Schrute actually had lifted off his feet due to a nasty uppercut from the bowels of hell that sent him into orbit. Tony is not a Luciano, he's THEE  Luciano, you feel me? Schrute's fat ass was nothing but a punching back for Lucci and he put him away early in the first.

155 lbs  Tobias Berge (1-0) vs Satoshi Nakamoto (0-1) Submission (Triangle) Round 1 00:51

Our only submission of the night occurred in the matchup between Tobias Berge and Satoshi Nakamoto. Berge made quick work of Nakamoto; Satoshi set himself up by diving into the clinch with Berge. Berge pulled guard after letting Satoshi get in close and almost put him to sleep but he quickly submitted after realizing it was locked in too deep.

265+ lbs Ken Fury (1-0) vs Monsta Jankens (0-1) KO (Punch) Round 1 00:20

This match was bloody quick, mate ! Pun intended. Ken put Monsta on his ass right out the gate. Jankens got back and threw a shot cutting Fury before getting cut himself cause blood to leak from both fighters.

265+ Dragutin Bjelica (1-0) vs Hugh Mongous (0-1) [FA] TKO (Cut) Round 2 01:58

Blood Beard Bjelica! As the preview stated he enjoyed extract the blood from him enemies and used the blood to color his beard that striking color we are all started to know, love, and fear. He bludgeoned Hugh over the course of two rounds landing shot after shot before the referee had seen enough red stain the ring and Bjelica's beard. Hugh was left to clean up by himself as his corner had dipped out right after first round.

205 lbs Kota Utama (1-0) vs Marcus Behnder (0-1) TKO (Strikes) Round 1 2:06

I honestly was surprised on how that one turned as I was sure that the taller 7'5 Marcus Behnder wouldn't 'behnd' the knee to Utama. However, Utama land 12 quick shots which was more than enough to put the gargantuan to bed. Classic David - Goliath matchup, our residential monk has put the division on notice that he can slay even the largest of giants.

TR02: Dashing Through Your Home Main Event Preview

TR02.png.7d55dccabf916bdbc3dc70a295a30b08.png

170 lbs Jamari Lexington vs Stewie Brooks

Jamari is a lad that hails from the island of Jamaica who is someone is okay at every thing, but not great at a damn thing going against a game Stewie Brooks from Hawaii. Brooks is a strong wrestler with a background in BJJ maintaining a purple belt in the discipline. This will more than like end up a tap or snap if you ask me. Stay woke, this main event will be over in a flash.

155 lbs Island Turd vs Nobu Yoshioka

Island Turd is from The Island itself, this homegrown prodigy is a wonderful striker versed muay thai with a sprinkle of boxing and wrestling. He's taking on Nobu Yoshioka who is from another island country in his own right. Nobu was raised in Kyoto, Japan and is also a phenom when it comes to striking and he's a respectable wrester in his own right. This co-main event ends only one way; with only one man left standing.

145 lbs Bruno Epolito vs Smif Thibodeaux

Bruno is a Canadian fighter who's a proficient striker who dabbles a bit with boxing and wrestling, he also has a belt belt. It will be nice to see where he wins this fight as he is a well-rounded fighter. Smif is apart of the rampant Thibodeaux clan that is taking the Tycoon world by storm, he's a wonderfully talented boxer and a respectable wrestler who outclasses Bruno in both the stand up but gives a little when it comes to the ground game. This will be a battle of who gets to do what they want.

265 lbs Stanislav Shusharin vs Zahn Dingo

Shusharin sports a wonderful pair of hands as he is one of the great boxers we have in our HW division; he's up against Zahn Dingo. Dingo much like the dogs is a wild man. He loves throwing punches in bunches as he is another one of the great boxers to step in the cage as a Rogue. I don't predict this one remains a fight for long. Don't blink, don't think, you'll miss it.

135 lbs Frankie Venegas vs Takeshi Yuudai

Frankie is a professional wrestler with a blue belt in BJJ, I foresee him taking this to ground and pounding the face of his opponent into the canvas. Takeshi Yuudai returns to the island after having a successful season after last time, or this is a really similar clone. Nonetheless Yuudai boasts the same skillset as Frankie's so this will be a case of who can tap or snap the other first. Exciting !

Prelims:

265+ lbs Mark Dashark vs Wilson Fisk

170 lbs Skritskrat Songsiskrat vs Clint Rivers

265+ lbs Bobby Fish vs Matt Wills

265 lbs Jarizinho Jankens vs Island Boy

185 lbs Texas Poontapa vs Darren Frost

TR02: Dashing Through Your Home Main Event Review

TR02.png.7d55dccabf916bdbc3dc70a295a30b08.png

170 lbs Stewie Brooks (2-0) [1-0 Org] def. Jamari Lexington (0-2) [0-1 Org] by Decision Round 3 3:00

In a main event that was deemed big snorefest of the night, Stewie Brooks claimed victory via decision by doing everything but submitting his opponent. We saw the clinch, the takedowns, and many attempted to submission but to no avail. Stewie walks out with a dub however the crowd was clearly unimpressed with his showing, he now sits at 2-0. Jamari drops to 0-2 and looks to bounce back in his next outing as the first two (coincidentally the same guy) weren't good to him.

155 lbs Nobu Yoshioka (2-0) [1-0 Org] def Island Turd [FA] (1-1) [0-1 Org] (1-1) by KO (Superman Punch) R1 1:36

Island Turd's name checked out as he got dropped like the hot bag of shit into the FA pool. He got put to bed early in the first round by our spirited warrior, Nobu Yoshioka. Yoshioka put on quite the performance earning quite a few fans in this showing so you can expect to see him fighting again and SOON!

145 lbs Bruno Epolito (2-0) [1-0 Org] def. Smif Thibodeaux (1-1) [0-1 Org] by Decision R3 3:00

Canada's Bruno showed his class tonight! He completely out struck a boxer who fancied himself a kickboxer while fighting a true one. What's the saying? Real recognize and Thibodeaux was looking real unfamiliar tonight. "This will be a battle of who gets to do what they want." - Dakota Thibodeaux. This take aged like fine wine in the autumn time, as it was exactly so. Bruno bullied Smif and did whatever he wanted on the way to a decision win. Bruno improved to 2-0 and Smif falls to 1-1.

265 lbs  Zahn Dingo (2-0) [1-0 Org] def Stanislav Shusharin (1-1) [0-1 Org] by TKO (Punches) R1 1:48

Out the gate the announcers knew that this was gonna be short as Zahn has that look in his eye. Unfortunately for Shusharin, those eyes didn't lose sight of him. Both fighters sporting cuts after the first minute, Dingo sees through the red and finds Stanislav's off switch in a flash before dropping some heavy hands forcing the ref to come and save him. Dingo jumps up to 2-0 with this being his first win in the org. Shusharin dropping to 1-1 in his debut.

135 lbs Frankie Venegas (3-0) [1-0] vs Takeshi Yuudai (0-1) [FA] by Submission (Armbar) R1 0:46

Frankie showed his wrestling prowess tapping Takeshi Yuudai out within the first minute of the fight. Frankie's corner rushed him right after the tap dogpiling him celebrating the win. Yuudai was in a sad state after the match, he left on his on accord, holding his arm, and leaving on his own. Maybe he returns..who knows?

Prelims:

265+ lbs Wilson Fisk (2-0) [1-0] def Mark Dashark (0-1) by KO (Punch) R1 1:08

This match will forever be a classic "the one that got away" for Mark Dashark. He took Fisk to the mat to properly have his way with him only to stand back up and fight Fisk in his element. Bold but stupid strategy because shortly after that we had to fetch the smelling salts due Fisk connecting with a filthy overhand right earning KO of the night. He was passed an off the books envelope for the extra punch while Mark was unconscious. That's the rogue way! #FistsofFisk. Fisk is up one; Mark takes one on the chin.. no pun intended.

170 lbs vs Clint Rivers (1-0) def Skritskrat Songsiskrat (0-1) by TKO (Strikes) R2 04:59

Clint River's jaw allows him to weather the early storm of blows from "The Tonguetwister" and eventually got his first takedown he needed. Once that happened he grinded 'S12' up, throwing plenty of GNP at him landing a portion but not enough to keep the ref from standing the fight back up however the outcome was the same. S12 ended back on his back in the 2nd round and Rivers bombarded him with waves of blows to put the entire bout, Skritskrat as well, to bed right before the bell in the second round.

265+ lbs Matt Wills def Bobby Fish by Submission (Armbar) R1 04:55

265 lbs vs Island Boy (1-1) [1-0 Org] def. Jarizinho Jankens (0-1) by KO (Punch) R3 02:18

This was chaotic fight right here that gave us everything we expected to see within an MMA fight. Clinch, grappling, and some devastating standup. Jankens had his way for the first two rounds getting plenty of takedowns and scoring lots of points. However he couldn't finish the Island Boy who was just trying to make it and...make it he did! After fighting through the adversity of the first round he started really finding his stride and landing punches getting a knockdown in the second round. Jankens chin finally gave in and he went bye bye midways into the third. Island Boy is now (1-1) [1-0 Org], Jankens sporting (0-1) after this weekend.

185 lbs Texas Poontapa (1-1) [1-0 Org] def Darren Frost (0-2) [0-1 Org] by TKO (Strikes) R1 01:57

Texas tapped him some poon and managed to deice that chin of Darren Frost, one of Frosts brothers who fight here as Rouges. Cause who wants to be a vandal and you can TRIUMPH anywhere, amirite?! But I digress, check out the replay folks: "Poontapa dips a shoulder and cracks Frost with a mighty uppercut! Frost falls back against the cage and Poontapa unloads with a barrage of strikes! Frost is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Poontapa screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!"  Texas done tapped into some different type of poon this fight because he just obliterated Darren. Prayers and recovery going out to Darren and his family. Sheesh!

Finkelstein's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Finkelstein crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Zahari punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!”

Memo From The Desk of Dakota Thibodeaux:

Greeting my Rogues, I apologize for not writing you all as much and putting together more reviews and previews. I've been looking to hire someone to take over that responsibility for me and I believe I have a phenomenal writer in @MauriceSimmons who will soon be flooding the thread with his brilliant insights. That aside, I want to let you all know that we are doing amazing and we are having some outstanding success. Although we have briefly fallen to #2 on the island we have made double the monetary profits proving that we aren't just here for a good time but also a long time. Thank you all for making this such a successful and fun venture into the island. I'm working on some rankings as I write this and I'll update the page once I get it finished.

Title Shots:

As time has gone on, some guys have separated themselves from the pack as kings and will soon be clinching slots for title shots. Our first champion is Frankie Venegas, and outstanding Bantamweight fighter who has his work cut out for him against a very game Robbie Hall which looks to be a clash of the titans from fighters down to the cornerman. Keep your eyes out for the ads and flyers for that event. That's gonna be crazy. Everyone knows the rules; you win three in a row, you've clinched your shot. I've had a few guys run up and tell me they are the best and deserving of a shot because they beat some bums during amateurs' hour; so consider this your answer. I see a lot of guys streaking towards a shot and others rebounding from losses to get back into the fight for contention, never stop working and don't ever give up on yourself. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard.

Rogues, you all make this happen! Thank You.

TR09: Failed My Resolution Preview

The Rogues are back at it with another event packed with some of the best talent The Island has to offer. Before I get into this preview I'd like to give a brief shout-out to our merchandise partner and sponsor, Island Boys Nutrition!

As a fellow manager with Island fighters I know the pain of having to look for cheap, quality supplements and being frustrated at the lack of them. Island Boys Nutrition was a game changer for me, as they have the cheapest and also the best nutritional products in The Island! Go give their stuff a try and I promise you the days of watching your Island fighters struggling to get gains are over.

Now let's get into this preview!

MAIN EVENT: Adam "Bay Bay" Cole (1-0) vs Dustin "Bite Me" Barkley (2-0)

For the first time in his career, 25 year old Adam Cole is main eventing a card, and what a main event it's shaping up to be. The American comes a significant weight advantage and a slightly longer reach than his opponent, which, mixed with his superior Muay Thai, will pose a huge threat to his opponent. His size coupled with his slightly superior wrestling will also ensure that he has the upper hand in the fight's grappling contests. After his main event victory over Brandon Gracie, Dustin Barkley is back yet again for another TR main event. The 25 year old Canadian comes in this fight on a 2 fight winning streak, and not only that, he also finished those fights by KO in under a minute! He'll be looking to use his superior boxing to land those power shots to his big opponent and hope to topple the giant. No doubt he will also use his smaller size to get in, land a good punch and get out of range fast. He and his manager's experience will also play a big role in this epic contest.

Prediction: Dustin Barkley with the KO victory

CO MAIN-EVENT: Clint "Raging" Rivers (2-0) vs John "Naked" Snake

Clint Rivers looks to continue his streak of robbing opponents of their manhood as he faces a tough challenger in John Snake who decimated his opponent in his debut fight. Both these fighters are managed by some pretty experienced guys in WJ Rivers and Steven Armstrong, so this will be a very tough contest. Snake comes in with the height and reach advantage physical wise, while skill wise Rivers a huge wrestling advantage, with Snake having the Muay Thai and BJJ advantage. By the look of things will have the upper hand in stand-up but Rivers' wrestling skill is outstanding therefore he shall have little trouble taking the fight to the ground. The problem though is that Snake has the superior BJJ so it will be interesting to see what happens when the fight is on the ground.

Prediction: A tough one, but I gotta say John Snake with the KO win

MAIN CARD BOUT #3: Deontay "The Bronze Bomber" Wilder (2-1) vs Jim "Hacksaw" Duggan

Two behemoths collide as Deontay Wilder takes on Jim Duggan in the third main card fight of the night. Both guys have a natural weight of 280 pounds, with Wilder having the 2 centimeter reach advantage. Having had his winning streak broken in his Rogues debut, Wilder seeks to exact his revenge on Duggan, who won his debut. Duggan comes in as the better boxer with Wilder the slightly better wrestler and far better Thai boxer. No doubt this will be a stand-up brawl, with the better striker fated to win.

Prediction: Duggan with the W. A Wilder that can't box.. disastrous. Jk

MAIN CARD BOUT #2: Goran "The Anvil" Acker (2-1) vs Vergil Ortiz Jr (3-1)

Both fighters are making their Rouges debut despite having a few fights under their belts on the Island. Acker comes in as the superior boxer and BJJ specialist, while Ortiz Jr has the upper hand in Muay Thai and wrestling. These guys are of same height, with Acker being a little bit bulkier than his opponent. Ortiz Jr is yet another fighter coming into this card with a recently broken winning streak and just like the others he will be looking to start yet another streak. All three of his wins have been in under a minute if the very first round, a clear testament of his dynamite hands. Acker's wins have also been in the first round so he packs power too, he is just the more conservative fighter of the two.

Prediction: Ortiz Jr with the KO victory.

MAIN CARD BOUT #1: Jawph Ja Hari (1-0) vs Uncle Nasty (1-0)

The first main card bout features two fighters who started their professional MMA careers with this org, both securing first round KO's in the process. The height and reach advantage goes to Ja Hari who will undoubtedly use it with his superior boxing to keep the opponent and bay while landing some punches. Nasty, the shorter and bigger of the two will look to use his wrestling to control the grappling while using also using his slightly better Muay Thai to land some shots in the clinch as he did in his last fight. This is expected to be a stand up banger between two giants, and I sure as hell am excited to witness it.

Prediction: Uncle Nasty by KO

Undercard:

Sanka Aisland (0-0) vs Kil Bon Hwa (1-0)

Wesly Boom (0-0) vs Calvin Green (1-0)

Brandon Grace (1-1) vs Rick Blackwell (0-1)

Frank Johnson (2-0) vs Darren Frost (0-2)

Jetmir Erminus (0-0) vs Daniel Frost (0-1)

Rouges Invade On Saturday 3 Preview

The Rouges are back stealing Saturday night action with another potential banger of a show that is sure to leave you craving for more. But before we get into this preview let's hear it from our merchandise partner and sponsor, Island Boys Nutrition!

Now let's get straight to it!!

MAIN EVENT: Island Boy (1-0) vs Blue Balls (1-0)

Both guys are fresh off their successful MMA debuts, with Island Boy kick-starting his career with a QFC submission win while Blue Balls started off his career here at Thibodeaux's Rogues. This is the first time the two 25 year old fighters are main eventing a card and I have no doubt in my mind that they both want to make it a special night for themselves and the audience. Balls comes in this fight the superior striker and with 6 cm reach advantage to work with while Boy who's the shorter guy naturally weighing more than his opponent and having the edge in wrestling. In terms of BJJ prowess both guys each possess a blue belt so it will be very interesting to see who will manage to control the fight on the ground.

Prediction: Balls with the decision win. I feel like Grumpy's experience will get his fighter a much needed W.

CO MAIN EVENT: Bill Skelly (1-1) vs Nicholas McDonald (2-0)

After his disappointing loss to Buzz Killer the 25 year old Bill Skelly is back for vengeance against another 25 year old who is undefeated and has been riding a two fight win streak in Nicholas McDonald. Skelly is a fighter with an interesting skill set that used together with his reach advantage will pose a significant threat to the opponent. McDonald on the upper hand has showed us his great ability as a striker in his past two fights, ending them both by TKO in the very first round. Skelly will be aiming to use his versatility and exploit the opponent's weaknesses on the ground but he also has to be aware of McDonald's brutal ground and pound. McDonald on the other hand will probably look to keep the fight standing and use his biggest advantage which is his striking.

Prediction: McDonald with the TKO victory.

MAIN CARD BOUT #3: Charlie Oliveoilera (1-1) vs Tonio "The Crusher" Conti (2-0)

Now here we have an interesting matchup where fighters of similar skill sets slug it out inside to prove who's the superior fighter. Oliveoilera comes in as a different man than we've seen so far as for the first time in his career he heads into a fight on good momentum. The 25 year old Slovakian will be looking to use his smaller body to dart in and out quickly and avoid being hit. Conti is currently on a two fight win streak, with both wins being KO finishes inside the first minute of the first round! Its no secret that the 25 year old Italian packs real power, and with his towering over his opponent that power just gets multiplied. Add his 13 cm reach advantage and you have a scenario where a guy is just unbeatable. Buuuut, it will all come down to who wants it more. Oh, I can't wait for this one

Prediction: Conti TKO victory

MAIN CARD BOUT #2: Johnny Bingo (1-1) vs Jesus "Slasher" Salazaro (1-0)

The second main card bout is the real no bs definition of an "evenly matched" fight as both guys possess identical skills and fighting styles. Salazaro will look to use his 10 cm reach to stay out of his opponent's range while picking him apart. Bingo on the other hand has explosive power and can put his opponents to sleep with just a few strikes, we'll see if he'll be able to get in close though. Not much to say about this fight as both guys are pretty much the same, we'll just have to wait and see!

Prediction: Salazaro by KO

MAIN CARD BOUT #1: Clemente "The Puncher" Abreu (1-0) vs Vadim "The Fink" Finkelstein (0-1)

TR05: Five-Five Bunch Gang marked the debuts of these two fighters, and while Abreu went on and finished his opponent in seventeen seconds, Finkelstein wasn't so fortunate as he got knocked out in four minutes. Both fighters were making their debuts that day so it was a really special event for them. Just from that you can already tell how much this fight means for each of them, one looks to build on his momentum by taking out his peer while the other looks to right his wrongs and snatch his first career victory. Abreu, is at a disadvantage as he is the smaller and shorter of the two, but don't let that fool you, his last opponent was also bigger than him and he knocked him out in seventeen seconds! I have been in contact with Finkelstein's camp and I managed to get my hands on clips of the big guy knocking out sparring partners in quick succession and that makes me fear the power this man has in his hands. Its no doubt that Abreu will keep the fight standing and use his excellent boxing skills to get the job done while it's unclear what Finkelstein will do as he has the superior ground game but also decent striking.

Prediction: Abreu KO victory

Undercard:

Dragutin Bjelica vs James Taylor

Oysten Arseth vs Derrick Eskildsen

Landau Aisland vs Clappe McCheeks

Fisti Cuffs vs Arthur Fleck

Bruce Leroy vs Deacon Slaughter

Haha sorry for not previewing your fight😅 if you can get the matchmaker to put you on the main card then I'll definitely write about your feats in a preview

Thomas "Black Thor" Isle (3-0)

11 p4p (Island)

"I cannot believe this! Instead of welcoming me with a title shot the boss gave me a scrub instead. I mean, everyone's a scrub to me but this one should've come with a title. As the second most hyped (not second best) fighter in TR I believe I needed a warmer welcome. I'm in a bad mood but the opponent shouldn't cower and just show up because I'll put him to sleep quick. 3 fights, 3 KOs, all in a combined time of 59 seconds! The King has spoken."

ROUGES INVADE ON SATURDAY 3 REVIEW

UNDERCARD

Deacon Slaughter defeats Bruce Leroy via Submission (Armbar)

Kicking off the night we had a welterweight bout between Deacon Slaughter and Bruce Leroy. Leroy, who is a BJJ white belt, thought it was smart to take down a purple belt. As soon as Slaughter got to the ground he secured an armbar and forced LeBrainless to tap. I really don't know what Leroy hoped to accomplish by relying on his grappling when he's the superior striker.

Arthur Fleck defeats Fisti Cuffs via TKO (Cut)

The second fight featured Arthur Fleck and Fisti Cuffs, two guys who were on the chopping block and desperately needed a W. This one was a bloody smashfest for Fleck, who took the fight down early on and unloaded some brutal ground and pound on Cuffs. The ref was forced to stop the fight due to a massive cut on Cuffs' face. Good work from Fleck.

Clappe McCheeks defeats Landau Aisland via Decision (Unanimous)

Next up we had the most boring fight of the night, a lightweight bout between Clappe McCheeks and Landau Aisland. The fight spent the majority of it's duration on the ground, where the two fighters tried and failed to submit each other and thus the fans had to witness fifteen minutes of fully grown men laying on top of each other. Despite that though, McCheeks got the victory and ended his there fight losing streak.

Oysten Arseth defeats Derrick Eskildsen via TKO (Punches)

The heavyweight encounter between Oysten Arseth and Derrick Eskildsen was by far the most surprising fight. After clinching with Arseth in the early seconds of the fight, Eskildsen went on to bully his opponent with punches and elbows. He couldn't drop his opponent however, and that was his downfall because the moment Arseth escaped the clinch he dropped Eskildsen with a big left and followed up with more punches until the ref stopped the fight. Nice comeback victory.

Dragutin Bjelica defeats James Taylor via KO (Punch)

The last undercard fight saw heavyweights Dragutin Bjelica and James Taylor square up in the octagon. As soon as the bell rang Taylor was pushed back against the cage in a standing position. Bjelica saw this as a moment to teach Derrick Eskildsen the way to finish a fight inside a clinch as he only needed just about forty seconds to knock Taylor out cold. Brutal finish from the red bearded savage!

MAIN CARD

Clemente Abreu defeats Vadim Finkelstein via TKO (Punches)

To kick off the main card we saw Clemente Abreu take down a man who is forty pounds heavier than him in Vadim Finkelstein. Finkelstein did put up a fight though because he managed to take his opponent down twice, but Abreu found a way to get the fight back up on both occasions and finished his opponent before he could take him down again. I'd like to see him against Bjelica but match making is not what I'm here for, next fight!

Johnny Bingo defeats Jesus Salazaro via TKO (Strikes)

The second light heavyweight fight of the division had Johnny Bingo going up against Jesus Salazaro. This was a one sided beating that Salazaro received as he was getting destroyed in the clinches, clinches that HE initiated! Talk about about a Leroy moment. Bingo dominated the first round and even rocked Salazaro inside the first two minutes but he couldn't finish the fight there and then. He fixed that mistake in the second round when he dropped Salazaro and followed up with more punches to force the ref to jump in and save the opponent. Dominating performance by Bingo.

Tonio Conti defeats Charlie Oliveoilera via Decision (unanimous)

Tonio Conti took on Charlie Oliveoilera in a rollercoaster of a fight that went on to the judges scorecards. Conti dominated all three rounds, having his way in stand up, clinchwork and groundwork. Oliveoilera put up an average performance, we hope to see better from him next time.

Nicholas McDonald defeats Bill Skelly via TKO (Strikes)

The co-main event a welterweight encounter between Nicholas McDonald and Bill Skelly. McDonald used his superior clinchwork to win this fight landing a total of thirty punches to Skelly's zero. This puts him among the top welterweights in the company, and rightfully so. He's a beast!

Island Boy defeats Blue Balls via Decision (Unanimous)

In a decent main event we saw Island Boy squaring off against Blue Balls. Balls took control of the fight early on, staying on the outside and boxing the pants off Boy. That didn't last long though, as Boy got a takedown and started dropping bombs on Balls which all landed, even rocking Balls at one point but not being able to finish the fight. The second round started similar to the first, with Balls having his way until his back was on the ground and Boy was scoring with some accurate ground and pound. Boy won the second round this way. The third round was all Island Boy as he managed to score a takedown very early and grind out a nice decision win. Nice performance from him, not taking anything away from Blue Balls as he also did his thing.

TR10: SHIT GET WRECKED PREVIEW

MAIN EVENT: Nobu Yoshioka (3-0) vs Lesley Dancer (3-0)

Two of the very best lightweights in the Island square off against each other in what is to be an epic battle. Both guys have perfect 3-0 records, both guys have finished all of their opponents in the very first round and both guys are championship material! Neither guy has any clear advantage in this fight as they are evenly matched on everything and have the same reach. Dancer is the naturally heavier fighter though and that will contribute to his power but give Yoshioka a bit of speed advantage. This is a #1 contender fight in my eyes and whoever wins it will be a step closer to becoming the first ever Thibodeaux Rogues Lightweight champion! You cannot miss this one!

Prediction: I feel like Dancer will win this one by TKO. I know his manager and he's pretty decent, on the other hand I know absolutely nothing about Yoshioka's manager.

CO-MAIN EVENT: Yamamura Torvald (2-0) vs Wilson Fisk (3-0)

Behemoths collide in the Co-main event as Yamamura Torvald meets with Wilson Fisk to prove who's the bigger and badder man. Torvald, currently on a two fight win streak made a statement in his alst fight when he defeated a top super heavyweight prospect, he'll be looking to replicate that result once again. He prefers cutting his opponents' faces open rather than knock them out cold and that has been working wonders for him. If he can manage to get a successful takedown in his upcoming fight he might walk away victorious. Wilson Fisk has been on a killing spree ever since he entered the MMA scene, I guess he got tired of terrorizing New York haha. He has racked up three first round KO victories, including two here at Thibs Rogues. His power and aggression has proved too much for his past opponents for not a single one of them has survived a single round with the Kingpin.

Prediction: Torvald by TKO. I don't see the fight going on for much longer if Torvald can get a takedown.

MAIN CARD BOUT #3: Buzz Killer (2-0) vs Stewie Brooks (2-1)

Buzz Killer comes into this fight as the far superior striker, while Stewie Brooks has the significant edge in grappling. Brooks is also the bigger and taller fighter and in MMA, that has its benefits. He can use his big body together with his wrestling skill to dominate any grappling contest and he can use his long limbs to aid him with his BJJ. Killer, being the smaller fighter, can use his speed to avoid being taken down and counter when his opponent's guard is down. Look at me analysing the fight like a manager, one if these guys might actually take my rambling serious haha. Killer is a certified knockout artist, scoring two first round finishes in his professional career. While Brooks has showed he posseses a decent amount of BJJ it still needs a little bit of polishing, as evident in his last fight where he was dominated for three rounds.

Prediction: Stewie Brooks by TKO

Other Main Card Bouts

Master Bates vs Adam Alkoun

Island Boy vs Zahn Dingo

Undercard

Derby Allin vs Tommy Walker

Ghasem Zahari vs Adu Akin

Brucie McGavin vs John Dory

Kaiden Read vs Bruno Epolito

Odin Frank vs Dennis Frost

TR11: GET IT BACK IN BLOOD

Welcome Rogues fans! We are back with yet another midweek fight card and this one is looking good! (By island standards anyway). In the main event we have a middleweight bout between Mark Midget and Bobby Farva, while the co-main event has Arm Pitts and Lucifer James squaring up against each other. Before we get into this preview we have to give out brothers at Island Boys Nutrition a shout, they're partly the reason why we're able to bring you these amazing cards.

Island Boys Nutrition, ran by a very good manager who has his own stable of fighters and understands how crucial nutrition is to a fighter's success. They offer the best quality on the Island, while also charging significantly low prices. I suggest you check them out before you continue on with this preview because if you don't it'll slip your mind and half your competition will be ahead of you! Go check them out NOW!!

Now on to the preview.

MAIN EVENT: Mark Midget (2-0) vs Bobby Farva (2-0)

The Main Event of the evening!! This is a fight between two heavyweights who are still establishing themselves as among the Island's Elite. Midget is managed and coached by an Island expert in Partial Differential Equation King, a guy who had a great run on the Island last season and is dominating this season also. Him having such a great manager increases Midget's chances of winning by ten fold. Some advantages he also has in this fight are superior wrestling and BJJ, so there's no doubt who'll be controlling the fight if it goes to the floor. He is currently on a two fight winning streak, destroying both his opponents by KO in the first round! His opponent, Bobby Farva is no joke either. The twenty five year old Canadian is the far superior striker in this fight and he also possesses decent wrestling. It's no doubt that he'll want this to be a stand up fight, but can he stop his opponent from making it otherwise? That question will be answered soon.

Prediction: Midget by KO. PDEK is just too good with Island stuff

CO-MAIN EVENT: Arm Pitts (1-0) vs Lucifer James (3-0)

Our second most important fight is also between middleweights, this time Arm Pitts and Lucifer James. Pitts is managed by the legendary Grumpy Bastard, a man who has elite managerial capabilities. After winning his Thibodeaux Rogues' and professional debut in a great fashion, a first round submission, Pitts is back again hoping to build on that momentum. He has the clear edges in boxing and BJJ, so whether the fight is on the ground or on the feet he has the ability finish it. The man who will decide where the fight is however will be James as he has the better wrestling. He is a Super Smesh Bros product who's currently on a three fight wrecking spree, all finishes by TKO. His crazy determination and heart enable him to rally when in trouble and move forward no matter what, as evident in his last fight where he pulled off an amazing comeback victory.

Prediction: Pitts by submission. Why? Have faith in Grump

MAIN CARD BOUT #3: Mark Dashark (1-1) vs Zakaria Burch (1-0)

The big boys are back in action as a super heavyweight bout between Mark Dashark and Zakaria is set to occur as the third main card fight of the evening. Both men weigh 300lbs, with Burch having a significant height advantage. Dashark has just got his first win of his career after beating Matt Willis by TKO in the second round. His loss in his professional debut is nothing to be ashamed of because the guy he lost to is one of the top Island fighters this season so far. Zakaria Burch on the other hand has just won his debut in a convincing manner, a first round KO victory over Monsta Jankens. Being the superior striker, he'll also rely on his reach to keep his opponent while getting in some decent shots.

Prediction: Burch via KO.

MAIN CARD BOUT #2: Chris Abbot (1-1) vs Stanislav Shusharin (2-1)

The second main card fight is between two big boys in Chris Abbot and Stanislav Shusharin. Abbot has just won his first professional fight, after a managerial switch that saw Action Jackson put him under his wing. The 25 year old's last outing saw him stunningly knockout an opponent known to have a tough chin in the second round! His heavy hands and great striking skills make him a future championship contender, if only he continues to perform so well. His opponent, Shusharin is another great striker. The Russian has 2 TKO victories in his career, including a nine second KO in his debut! He is the taller and bigger of the fighters, that gives him reach and power advantage but let's him give up a small amount of speed. This is going to be a nice striking fest and I'll be surely there to witness it!

Prediction: Abbot via TKO

MAIN CARD BOUT #1: Jimmy Pop (0-1) vs Leffe Vulk (2-0)

To kick off the main card we have a welterweight encounter between Jimmy Pop and Leffe Vulk. Both guys naturally weight the same, with Vulk having the 1 cm reach advantage. Pop has gotten his career off to a bad start, losing by decision on the first "Rogues Invade On Saturdays" card. He is managed by Corey Mcgraugh, a decent manager and Legion of Doom member, who's experience can make this guy a start on the Island and out. In terms of skills, his only advantage is his BJJ, which he has a brown belt in. His opponent, Leffe Vulk, has been on a decent two fight run and hoping to make it three with a victory over Pop. The 25 year old Swede is miles better than his opponent in Muay Thai and also has a slight edge in wrestling. He is relentless in his takedown attempts and once he gets you on the ground, your chances of getting back up conscious are really slim. He has been a nightmare for pure strikers as his granite chin makes it almost impossible to beat him. His next opponent, Pop, is not a striker though so it will be interesting to see who gets the better of the groundwork.

Prediction: Pop via submission

UNDERCARD

Virgil Earp vs Borivoje Uzelac
