Syn 602 post fight presser

The conference room in the Wombley Arena, London is filling up. There is a mixed smell of guts, glory, man sweat and heavily promoted energy drink in the air. The fighters take seat, ready to politely answer the questions that some nerds will haul their way. Simply because that is what you want to do, after being hit in the face.

Mörmate Obiwani with the first question to Vladimir Kutznutzovff, owner of Syn: "Mr. Kutznutzovff, a fight between two legends, one established, one in the making. It was the fight of the night and it was a close split decision. So I think we can forego the question if there will be a rematch and ask: When will there be a rematch?"

Vlad: Benson Whyte had an incredible performance along with Cyrus "the" Great with his 38 second knockout. There were also great performances from Gurgen Davidyan, Kalervo Kaunismieli, Derek Trucks and Tsoko Chikatchawan. As for what's next with Tsoko that's between us and we'll make an announcement about it once both parties agree.

Welcome to London, England and to Wombley Arena for a spectacular fight card with a rubber match and title on the line as Russell Tyrone Jones and Evil Nixon face off for a 3rd time in 3 straight fights. The fights are split even 1-1 as Evil Nixon won a razor thin split decision at Syn 602 and a few weeks later Jones came away with a unanimous decision. So far each of their fights have had fireworks and was very exciting with both having an 83% satisfactory rating. The rest of the card is a who's who of Syn veterans and former champions looking to get back into title contention. I will break down and analyze each of the top 5 fights on the card and give my thoughts on predictions. Lets get started!

Main Event

205 Lbs Title

Rubber Match/Super Fight

"Ol Dirty Bastard " Russell Tyrone Jones (282473) vs. Evil "Milhous" Nixon (270275)

Jones (28-7-1) looks to shut up the Evil Nixon once and for all and cease all the doubters out there that he is the superior fighter. Jones is younger at 31 yrs compared to the 34 yr old Nixon, but that isn't too much of an advantage, both have equally had their wars over the years. Jones has qualities of an olympic wrestler with world class muay thai skills and also has sported a granite chin that has withstood some of the best KO artists in the Tycoon World where he has never lost a fight by KO/TKO. Jones is a dangerous striker and he doesn't always outwork his opponent, its that he out smarts them and when he is losing one aspect of the fight can turn it around by adjusting to another plan. He likes to leg kick and set up his punches, and he is very effective changing levels of his strikes and does thunderous blows to the body as well. He can also be dangerous in the clinch as he has shown the ability with his world class training. Jones has not been the one to linger on the ground much, but he does have 3 submission wins. Nixon (35-7-2) is a magnificent fighter and can be no doubt that he will join Jones as a future MMA Tycoon hall of famer. He was on a 5 fight win streak when he defeated Jones. Nixon has world class boxing, great wrestling and can bend like a rubber band. He has similar statistics as Jones and is a bit better at accuracy in his punches. Nixon relies upon great footwork and agility to move in angles and create opportunities for setting up combinations. He loves to leg kick as well, and uses the clinch almost as well as the world class Jones can. Also like his opponent he rarely likes to see the fight go to the ground where he has no submission wins or losses. Both fighters are stand up fighters with similar wrestling and bjj primary skills. I wonder what would happen if one decided instead of standing was aggressively attacking on the ground?

Not only is a title on the line, but a P4P ranking as Jones #2 Overall will fight #16 Nixon. Winning the rubber match between these two future legends will be talked about for years to come.

Prediction: Nixon by Decision

Nixon has never lost 2 straight, Jones has once. Look for an insane battle and a 90% or more fight rating for Syn.

265 Lbs

Rocco Marciano (300592) vs. Mush Mouth (274917)

A heavyweight co-main event features former MMA Gladiators Heavyweight Champion who has returned to Syn after a 7 month hiatus to fight Mouth who had his 3 fight win streak snapped by a 2 fight skid. Marciano (14-3-3) lost his debut but has since won 2 straight with his world class boxing, and he uses this as his go to game plan as he has 11 KO's of his 14 wins and rarely goes to a decision. He is in other words a dangerous head hunter and will keep his opponents honest just enough with his game to get them caught in a cold knockout. He had a 3 fight series with Wesley "Cabbage" Correira (305194) back in Gladiators where they went 1-1-1 against each other, and besides that a couple of draws and his Syn debut loss is his only record blemishes. Marciano will look to make a 3rd straight victory against the Mouth and show everyone he is to be noticed. Mouth (20-14) has had his ups and downs in his career where he has flipped win streaks with losses. He hopes to stop his recent skid by taking out Marciano. Mouth has more experience and is older, size wise they match up pretty even as it will come down to game planning. Mouth has an excellent cardio for a heavyweight as he combines that with his wrestling and muay thai abilities. He seems to take fights standing and use his timing before he strikes, then when he feels he has the advantage he likes to get the fight down where he can deliver some smashing ground n pound. He does have a black belt in bjj, but he has never won by submission. Mouth will need to be wary of getting caught up in a wild barrage against Marciano as I believe that plays into his strength, what Mouth needs is a good balance of striking that can counter a possibly over aggressive head hunter and take him down where mouth can control and land shots. If Mouth wants to keep his head attached, he will need to counter more in the stand up.

Prediction: Marciano by TKO

205 Lbs

Joey Kocur (236533) vs. Gaultier "Le Commandant" Girard (314317)

Kocur (36-16-1) is an ageless warrior, that at 39 years old is still fighting on the main card of a major organization is a major statement. He will be fighting a fighter in Girard that will be 14 years younger than him and looking to build off of Kocur's name. Kocur was recently riding a 5 fight win streak for Hellbent MMA, but since the dissolving of Hellbent he hasn't fared as well at Syn, losing his 1st 2 fights before winning against Ja Wuan Robinson (278610) by decision. Kocur a former champion in Syn, Insanity, and Hellbent will look to use his world class boxing and experience over the younger fighter. Kocur loves to fight standing up and is not afraid of the dirty boxing either. A majority of his career has been kicking and punching and he has had some great defense, although with being 39, some of his dominant skills are probably not as good as it once was. Girard (12-1) will enjoy not only an age advantage, but will also be the taller fighter with a longer reach advantage. Girard has won 10 of his 11 victories by KO/TKO and has only lost once by a crazy superman punch back in 2017, will look to continue the trend with leg and body kicks and high volume of striking. He also has a wicked high kick that he will throw from time to time when he feels that his opponents drop those hands to stop those body kicks. Girard has not been one to fight on the ground at this point, and the one fallacy i see is the differences in level of jiu jitsu as Kocur is a brown belt and Girard is a purple, but that is only an advantage if Kocur decides he wants the fight to go down.

Prediction: Kocur by KO, Punch

Great fight with it going both ways until the more experienced veteran shocks the youngster

265+ Lbs

Orpheus "Big Guy" Boagrius (271323) vs. Dmitri "One Shot" Zaitsev (285349)

Super heavyweights looking to crash this party, as Boagrius and Zaitsev look to get fight of the night honors away from the main event in this one. Boagrius (32-8) has returned from a hiatus since August to make his Syn debut against a game and hungry Zaitsev. Boagrius has won all 32 victories by KO/TKO and spent these last few months perfecting his style as well as shoring up some of his weaknesses if he has any. He is a wrestling cardio machine with world class boxing skills that have taken souls. Boagrius has extensive championship fighting experience with several organizations with one streak in MMA Gods extending 16 straight. Since then he has had a few title fights in other orgs, but was a little restless until Syn got his attention. At 33 years old, with a slight height and reach advantage he will mix up some kicks with his punching power and acute combinations that will look like a scene from Street Fighter. One weakness is that he is only a purple belt with one loss by submission about to face a black belt with one submission victory, this could be something that Boagrius will need to defend against and will be on the lookout for takedowns. Zaitsev (17-9) is 4-5 in his last 9 fights in Syn and is coming off a loss to Powell, who Boagrius defeated recently by TKO. He has similar skills and abilities as his opponent, but he seems to have lacked that finishing ability that he once had earlier in his career. Zaitsev is only 30 and looks to rebound with a victory here, Boagrius and Ziatsev look mirror images of fighting style but Ziatsev will need to dig deep and revisit some of his roots of fighting and look to take down Boagrius and use his ground n pound and possibly look to get a rare submission, I don't see Ziatsev having the best chance trying to trade with this awakened beast.

Prediction: Boagrius by KO, uppercut.

145 Lbs

"The Croatian Silencer" Mini Stipe (273262) vs. "The Karate Kid" Daniel Larusso (238813)

The wonder veteran and last 135 Lb Syn Champion before they dissolved the division "The Karate Kid" is back in action facing "The Croatian Silencer" Mini Stipe. Stipe (20-9) has won 3 straight since joining Syn back in August and is making a push to fight for a title at 145 lbs especially if he can win in dominant fashion versus the former champion. He has used his great wrestling and world class boxing and kicking skills wonderfully balancing his attacks and countering. He is very athletic as he was an all around athlete in several sports back in high school. His hands are also great when on the top on the ground as he can dish some serious punching from the side control or in the mount. Although he is a black belt in jiu jitsu, he has had lapses on the ground and has lost by submission 3 times. He will need to continue his balanced punching and kicking attacks if he wants to defeat the former champion. Larusso (44-25-1) has been inching his way closer to retirement for a bit, but determined not to be done quite yet as he still feels that he has ability left, just maybe not in the same way as when he was younger. He has tasted defeat more times than not in his past 10 fights, including 3 failed attempts to beat Blake "Zombie" Green (281978). Larusso and Mini Stipe will most likely be a who's better at the balanced attacks in this match up, Larusso will have the size and reach advantage and he must use that to keep Stipe away and punish his legs and body to where he can get the KO. I feel this will be interesting to see how much Mini Stipe can dictate the control of the fight or if Larusso really is ready to hang it up.

Prediction: Larusso by Majority Decision, upset as both fight their game and land lots of strikes, Mini Stipe will stagger Larusso but he will recover, close fight to call and Larusso's clock moves back a few more rounds.

There you have it folks, an in-depth breakdown and analysis of the top 5 fights on the card headlined by a super fight, rubber match that will have everyone talking about. The gods of war will be delighted with the match ups tonight! I am hoping i can get an signed poster before they run out!

Welcome to the first installment of Synchronicity Interviews! Where we interview our fighters to give people something to read!

The first fighter we're interviewing has a fight on Saturday December 29th as he faces the toughest challenge of his life as he hopes to claim the Synchronicity Welterweight Championship, Benson Whyte!

3TfBNpw.gif

Q: Welcome to the show Benson, so you're going into this fight against Orlando Diggs which is undoubtedly the most high profile fight in your career. Do you feel any pressure going into this fight?

A: Wah Gwaan, There's no pressure here man, I'm relaxed and living in the moment. The only ting bothering me is that I missed rasclart Christmas dinner cutting weight. Someone gonna pay for dat and its gonna be this battybwoi Orlando.

Q: As the first fighter to come up from DARE to Syn there must have been a lot of pressure with not only fighting with a high profile org but also defending your title in DARE as well. How did you manage to not only keep on winning but knock out all of your opponents in the process?

A: I just wanted to hold both belts at the same time, beating the shit outta any man that try come for the crown. Had a couple setbacks but now is my time and I'm ready to reign once again.

Q: Speaking of DARE you're a hall of famer for that org and have been their most dominant Welterweight champion. How would you describe your experience in DARE?

A: I had a great time in DARE from start to finish and I got John Daugherty to thank for that - the man knows what he is doing. I made and broke many records in DARE and still got the most knockouts in company history. God had other plans for me though, and I'm now here full-time.

Q: Now despite the dominant run with Dare as their champion for so long one guy who you can't really seem to beat is Masa Sanada. Do you hope to get another crack at him at some point down the line?

A: Sanada is a badman, I can't lie. He's got dynamite in him hands and the heart of a lion. We are gonna meet again I am sure, but the next fight will see his head fly far up into the nosebleeds. There is no doubt that I will win.

Q: Now my final question win or lose: what's next for Benson Whyte?

A: I have scores to settle, losses to avenge. We will see. I am not looking past the man in front of me, as he is the #1 ranked in the world for a reason. Two kings are about to clash, a so di ting set.

Q: Thanks you for your time Benson and good-luck on Saturday!

A: No worries, be easy brudda. Thank you.

Thanks for Reading and make sure you tune into Syn 611: Slice vs St-Georges co-mained by Orlando Diggs vs Benson Whyte!

Welcome to the second installment of Synchronicity Interviews! Where we interview our fighters to give people something to read!

The next fighter we are interviewing is set to make his return on January 5th, as he hopes to earn his first title defence on his third time reigning as the Synchronicity Light-Heavyweight Champion: Evil Nixon!

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14282083478054.jpg

Q: Thank you for joining us here Nixon I know you're currently in training for a title defense against Joey Kocur main eventing Syn 612 in the process. How are you going to prepare for a fight like that?
A: ARROOOO! This is David Frost all over again! You media people are always out to ambush me! Let me tell you hippy boy, Nixon is the one who asks the questions this time.
Q: You recently closed a trilogy with Syn Middleweight Champion Russel Tyrone Jones, which saw you emerge victorious. Do you feel that this series - which is largely regarded as one of the best trilogies of all time - is a huge boost to your confidence and career?
A: Evil Milhouse Nixon doesn't need a confidence boost but I did thoroughly enjoy defeating that dirty communist Russell Tyrone Jones. He's as cowardly as those north Vietnamese and l rained down bombs on him just like I did Cambodia.
Q: This is your 4th time as the Synchronicity Light Heavyweight champion, how do you think this reign will be different than all the previous ones?
A: It's all politics this fighting game and if anyone knows politics it's this guy. Like all good politicians I'm a schemer, a scammer, a scoundrel of a man! Those skills seamlessly transfer over to the fight game so I envisage a long and tyrannical reign at the top once again.
Q: So we know you fought Tsoko Chikatchawan a total of three times and won all three bouts. It seems like Tsoko really despises you but what are your feelings towards him?
A: I love the man. If, and inevitably when, I run for presidency again I'd be honoured if he'd be my running mate. If Spiro Agnew is unavailable that is. If Spiro is available then Tsoko could always be the Kevin Costner to my Whitney Houston. It's a bodyguard reference you doped up youngsters, keep up.
Q: Now my final question is: What's next for Evil Nixon? Is there a specific fight you'd like to have in the future?
A: The presidency then world domination! Oh you mean fighting don't you? Disregard that last bit. A superfight with that flag burning traitor Matt Cooke could be an option. You know he's married to a Mexican. And he's a socialist. If not him then the next human rights protester or women's lib nancy boy that can pluck up the courage to get in the cage will do.
Q: Thanks for taking time out of your busy career to answer these questions Nixon.
A: Incidentally for my next fight I'll be staying at the Watergate hotel, they offer great return customer rates.

Mick "Money Weight" Murphy (300981)

It's been awhile since Synchronicity has had any reading material, so I'm here to rectify that. Recently I had a superfight vs Pride Champion Three Dog in a bid to become the #1 Light Heavyweight in the world. I was on my way to a win, but Mr. Dog (knowing he had no chance to KO me or win a decision) slapped on a cheap submission to get the upset win.

Lesson learned - I'm not going to fight any more 7 foot tall bastards with submissions.

What I AM going to do, is shock the world by defeating Wesley Correira. First I am defending my 205lb title against some poor schmuck. It's a forgone conclusion I'll win that fight. Then I'm going to demand a Heavyweight title shot vs the winner of Correira and what'shisbucket.

WHAT? You say a fighter such as myself who has fought as low as 155 lbs is CRAZY to fight Correira? You say I'm sure to get KO'd by Correira? Well guess what - NO ONE has KO'd me yet, and that's because no one CAN. I'm gonna float like a butterfly and sting like a bee and give Correira his next loss!!! . . . if he gets past what'shisbucket.

Mick "Money Weight" Murphy (300981)

Well it looks like Wesley Correira no longer has a chin. Sad to see a legend go out like that. I had assumed that Correira would beat Marciano. I was wrong, but I'm here for gold, so I'm gonna give Marciano the chance of a lifetime to face another legend - me!

Here's a little post-fight recap of my win today:

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Murphy, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 5 rounds of action, we go to the scorecards for a decision.
Judge Steven Brown scores the fight 50:45
Judge Daniel Bishop scores the fight 50:45
Judge James Glass scores the fight 50:45

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Mick Murphy!

Mick Murphy retains his light heavyweight title!
Mick Murphy made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'Give me the winner of Correira and Marciano. I don't give a fuck about weight classes. I'll beat either one of their prissy asses!'.

SYN 651 Jones vs JYD III

On October 5th in London at Wombley arena two bitter rivals meet for the third time and with the Middleweight Championship on the line JYD is competing for more than just revenge. JYD is 0-2 versus the champ and has been on the wrong side of the judges both times. Will the third time be the charm? More on that later, let's take a look at the rest of the card.

Preliminary Card

Lightweight Sni Probong vs Bo Angliese

Both men come into this fight in desperate need of a win. Bo has lost his last four fights and if he plans to continue with SYN he has to find a way to get the win against Sni. Will Bo's chin hold up long enough for him to get a much needed win or will Sni punch his way to the win column.

Lightweight Jack Douglas vs Barnabas Ungar

Douglas comes into this fight as a known knockout artist and is ready and willing to unleash on the less experienced Ungar. Barnabas has to find a way to beat Douglas who isn't prone to being finished. If Ungar can stay on the outside and land hooks and kicks like he did in his last fight he can secure a fight.

Middleweight Arjen Lucassen vs Gurgen Davidyan

Both men are coming off decision wins and are looking to create themselves a run of wins. Arjen looked good in his last fight as he stood on the outside and boxed himself to a decision win. In this one he will look to unleash another barrage and knockout Gurgen who has been susceptible to elite strikers before. Gurgen will need to do what he has done in his last two fights, find a way to get inside and beat up the body of his opposite and land those heavy hands. So many time that plan has gotten him the decision win and he Hope's to get another on Friday.

Welterweight Yancy Makaki III vs Russell Northrop

Both men are coming off losses and Yancy has been working hard to be more aggressive and take control in this fight. He's taken too many loses because of the judges and he plans to change that against Northrop in a big way. His opponent Russell Northrop has been training hard at Rapid Dog gym and is prepared for battle. He believes his ground game is the answer in this fight and know's getting back to basics will help get back to the win column. His opponent has been submitted six times before and Northrop is hoping to make it seven in this fight.

Heavyweight Remy Valentine vs Dmitri Zaitsev

This is a very exciting fight for fans who like to see a dogfight. Neither man is afraid to take some hard punches to land a few. Remy is known for his power shots and his overhand left. Dmitri has thrown some nasty head kicks in the past that have ended fights in a flash and I expect him to look for the opening in this one to land the flash knockout. Do not blink!!

Main Card

Heavyweight Rocket Bob Frankles vs Rocco Marciano

On paper this is a very even fight even though Frankles is more experienced Rocco is his equal in nearly every category. Rocket Bob has thirty two career knockouts and he has finished plenty fights in dramatic fashion. He will use that strength and ability to try and by the much less experienced Rocco. For Marciano he knows he has to so something special against Frankels who has shown he can take damage. Rocco's last two losses have came via decision which means he and his coaches at Convicted fight club have been working on ways to attack and land on Frankels. He knows he has to be accurate and cannot afford to make a mistake versus such a heavy handed opponent.

Welterweight Elgin Turner vs Benson Whyte

Turner comes in with less experience but he has the hype behind him. He's won three of his last five and has shown he isn't afraid to grind himself to victory. Benson Whyte makes his third consecutive walk to the SYN ring and is badly hoping to get back in the win column. " Tonight I need to be in Elgin's face, I need to push the pace and make him hurt. I am coming out to punish him and show I'm done letting people walk over me." Seems like Whyte is tired of playing the doormat and is ready to remind people how he got the nickname "Highlight".

Featherweight Dhon Jodson vs Nick Shamrock

Shamrock is making his sixth walk down to the Syn ring and he wants to show the world what made him an OFC Champion on the biggest stage here in SYN. He has won three of his five SYN fights and plans tonight to chip away at his opponent until he is declared the victor. That's easier said than done when going against Jodson who has never been finished and walks around with arguably the heaviest hands at his weight. Dhon isn't looking to let Shamrock walk out with yet another decision win, he plans to control the ring and throw heavy when he sees the opening.

Heavyweight Mark Kerr vs Mush Mouth

Both men are coming into this one on winning streaks and in the co main event they are looking to make a statement and earn a shot at Mick Murphy and that Syn Heavyweight Championship. Kerr at thirty is still putting guys down quick with his hands and believes he is ready for his shot at the Champ. He isn't looking past Mush Mouth though because he realizes his opponent had ended careers with his hands. Mouth comes in confident and chasing the same thing as his opponent, the difference is that he has had a shot at the belt before and walked away empty handed his career stopped and restarted after that loss. He feels if he can put together the right combinations he can end this fight quickly. " People forget I am more than just knockouts, I have a black belt in bjj , I am one of the most legit wrestlers in my division and more than anything else I am more experienced then Mark. I have the right coaches in my corner and I am coming to earn that title shot, this time I am prepared and I believe you'll see the best Mush Mouth yet."

Main Event - SYN Middleweight Championship

Russell Tyrone Jones vs Junkyard Dog III

Revenge: the action of inflicting hurt or harm on someone for an injury or wrong suffered at their hands.

JYD has won three in a row and he has never looked more focused. He undoubtedly has revenge on his mind. The man who has beaten him twice in Jones has the prize everyone chases after. " He has what I want, I have to be in his face and show him I'm not fading like before. This is the nastiest JYD anyone has ever seen and I'm not leaving empty handed." JYD has shown in his last three wins that he's able to take punishment and keep moving forward to secure the win. He wants to put his opponents on the mat and land his ground and pound.

Against the man known as " Old Dirty Bastard" that is easier said than done. Russell has won nine of his last ten fights and has reigned as the champion here in SYN. He brings elite boxing and wrestling to the ring and knows exactly how to attack JYD. " He comes out talking the same old stuff, nobody is buying his talk. I have beaten him twice before and this time I am going to finish him and keep him from coming after my belt ever again. There is a reason I am the pound for pound best middleweight in the world and that's because I work harder than anyone else."

JYD has fought hard to get back here and he believes that this time it won't be the judges who have a decision to make. JYD believes it's up to him to end the reign of Jones. This rivalry has been one sided and unless he does something different that's all it will ever been. Tyrone Jones has complete confidence in his skillset and knowing that he's beaten his opponent twice before has helped him come into this one a million percent confident. Who will walk out the pound for pound long at 185? Can Jones repeat history or will JYD bring out the dog and shock the world? Tune in to SYN 651 live on PPV this Friday and see history be made!

Kerr really needs little introduction. He shook the world in Syn668 with his win against former champ Bob Frankels. The doctor had to put an end to the fight after 1 minute in the first round !

Kerr was excited to win gold after many failed title shots in the past such as the one during Syn660 ,where he lost via KO versus Kimbo Slice. His professional record currently sits at 24-13 with 22 coming via TKOs and 2 via decisions.Kerr is on a 2 fight win streak and certainly wants to look good on his first title defense !

Kerr's opponent in this title fight is ''The Flying Dutchman'' Remy Valentine. Remy is a household name in his home country of Holland and at age 36 he definitely has the experience to be effective against the elite of the Heavyweight Division. Valentine's record sits at 19-12 and he is famous for his insane KO power ! Sixteen out of his 19 wins are via TKOs and most of them happen during the first round ! If he connects with your chin its game over .

My prediction

This fight ,like every fight between elite Heavyweights , is pretty unpredictable. Both fighters have world class standup skills ,with Valentine having the better KO power and longer reach. Mark Kerr though is younger and comes to this fight with extreme confidence in his abilities. It all depends on who will be the first to clearly connect with the opponent's chin . None of the two are famous for their iron chin....I would bet on Kerr to win via TKO in the first round .

Lightweight Title Fight

Built vs Turner

Lightweight Champ , Pakea Built ,will look to switch back to winning mode after a decision loss versus Syn's Featherweight Champ Shamrock at #Syn665. In this fight he is defending his belt versus ''Masta Killah'' Elgin Turner.

Pakea ''Pakalolo'' Built is the best thing coming out of Hawaii after colourful shirts and Bj Penn. The 35 year old KO artist and marijuana enthusiast is famous for his granite chin ,elite boxing skills and colourful personality . He features an impressive title fight record of 16 wins and 3 losses ! Most of them in Syn and MMAHelsinki. Built will definitely look to extend his title fight record this weekend. ''Pakalolo's'' professional record sits at 30-10-2 with 26 coming via TKO and 4 via Decisions.

Brooklyn based fighter , Elgin Turner, features worldclass boxing and is a BJJ Black Belt under ''Razor Sharps Training Academy's'' Sylvester Rich. Turned coming in this fight after 1 win and 1 draw against Jallu Pesonen and definitely wants to win Syn gold for the first time ! Masta Killah's record currently sits at 22-7-1 with 11 coming via TKOs ,1 via submission and 10 via decisions.

My prediction

The outcome of this fight is hard to predict .Both fighters have proven over their professional careers that they have the ability to dominate their opponents and pick up victories by any means necessary. I am going to go for a decision victory for Built ,due to his better chin and slighly superior standup skills.

That was The Syn Brief Show for tonight ! Signing out ! Peace !

2) The Syn Brief Show

Greetings to all Synchronicity fans !

We are back with another episode of The Syn Brief Show. This week, Syn is back with many action packed fights ,available on PPV ,LIVE from The Wombley Arena in London ! Without any further delay ,lets go and take a look at what Syn671 has to offer.

SYN671- FEBRUARY 16TH 2020 - WOMBLEY ARENA ,LONDON.

Main event -Light-Heavyweight Title Fight

SAIqw19.jpg

Whymer vs Magufuli

Just Whymer is entering this weekend's #Syn671 main event on a 7 win streak. The unstoppable 205lbs Champ from Brazil looks to defend his belt versus ,the pride of Tanzania, Kassim Magufuli .

Whymer is the youngest champ of Syn and possibly one of the best Light Heavy fighters in the world . At age 27 he's already beaten many big names of the sport and currently looks unstoppable. The Champ features an unbreakable chin and is a notorious tactician ,since he usually outscores his opponents in the scorecards. His professional record currently stands at 20-7-1 with 11 wins via TKO and 9 via decisions.

His opponent tonight will be Kassim Magufuli .Kassim was defeated in this first fight versus Whymer at #Syn664 and that came via a bitter decision loss. Kassim is a world class standup fighter with a deadly right hand able to knock even the toughest fighters of the sport out.. Rumor has it that he once knocked an elephant out ,back in his home country of Tanzania. His records stands at 25-13 .He really likes ending the fights early with 23 of his wins being via TKOs and only 2 via decisions.

My Prediction

Both fighters feature chins made of iron but Magufuli's right hand can be described as a weapon of mass destruction . On the other hand ,Whymer is the better tactician and has already proven that he can outsmart even the most experienced veterans of MMA. Its either going down to a Decision victory for Whymer or a second round KO for Magufuli.

Co-main Event

WEUDJYT.jpg

Nixon vs Rautio

We ve got another high profile 205lbs division fight in the co main event slot for this weekend.

Camp Arseworth's Evil Nixon is going to cross fists with the legendary Finn ,Risto Rautio . Nixon and Raution will be facing each other for the third time ,with Nixon winning the first 2 fights .Rautio is definitely looking to avenge his previous defeats .Nixon is a legend of the sport with a professional record of 42-14-2 . Most of his fight ended via TKOs or KOs,27 to be precise. He s famous for his KO power and elite boxing skills. At age 39 ,he still is an extremely dangerous opponent.

On the opposite corner of the cage we find Risto Rautio. The 36 year old Finn fighter is an elite level striker ,featuring lethal high kicks and Olympic level wrestling. He basically can decapitate you with a head kick or knock your teeth out with an uppercut ,before you even realise what happened. His record stands at 28-13 with 24 of his win being via KO.

My Prediction

Its going to be a hard fight for both of them. We are looking at 2 elite strikers who always enjoy to stand and bang . None of the two are famous for their good chin and I am pretty sure that their long career has taken a toll on their ability to absorb damage. I believe that Nixon has a slight advantage on this one and he will be able to finish the Nixon-Raution trilogy with a win.

MAIN CARD

Warror p5Qul5f.jpg Versus S788waQ.png Papadopoulos

Warror vs Papadopoulos

Paul Warror's brutally efficient Welterweight run gave way to a 0-3 skid ,including 2 decision losses and 1 TKO loss versus Benson Whyte back at #Syn664. Warror is looking to go back to his winning ways versus the ''Pride of Greece'' Avraam Papadopoulos. Warror is a sensational standup striker and his fighting style usually revolves around outstriking his opponent and win the fights on the scorecard. The Peruvian's professional record sits at 33-14-2 .Twenty of his wins have come via Decision and 13 via KO/TKO.

Papadopoulos is a former top 5 pound for pound MMA fighter from Greece .After 2 consecutive losses he went through a change of management and according to Syn's CEO ,Alex Maniatakos, this is going to be his last fight for the org. The Greek fighter is an experienced boxer and sensational wrestler . He is also famous for his durable chin and long reach. Avraam's record stands at 20-9 .He likes winning via decision . Seventeen out of his twenty wins went on the scorecards.

My Prediction

The fight has the potential to go the distance with both fighters equally capable to win on the scorecards . Cannot see a clear winner but I strongly believe that Warror is in a slightly better condition ,both physically and mentally. Warror via decision.

Mumu iigIyci.jpg Versus AqMf8VD.jpg Rhod

Mumu vs Rhod

Iraqi MMA fighter ,Abdel Mumu, comes to this fight on a 3 fight streak of positive results including 2 wins and 1 draw. His last fight ,versus Caius Cosades, ended in the third round after a monster overhand from the mount position. ''Fur Coat'' is an elite boxer and muay thai striker who can certainly be proud of his granite chin .His record sits at 22-11-1 including 12 wins by TKO ,5 via submissions and 5 via Decision.

Flamboyant, charismatic, exotic and erotic Rhusty Rhod comes to this fight after a great win versus Johny Vegas at #Syn665. His last fight against Mumu ended in a Decision win after 3 rounds or absolutely dominating his opponent. Dont be fooled by his ...''eccentric'' looks ,Rhysty is a world class boxer and elite wrestler . He can kick your ass and paint his nails at the same time. Rhod's professional record currently sits at 22-14-2 .Thirteen TKOs and Kos and 9 Decision wins helped him build up a positive reputation in the world of MMA.

My Prediction

Both fighters are famous for their granite chin so I dont see this fight ending with an early stoppage. Judging by what I saw in their last fight ,I ll go with a decision win for Rhusty Rhod.

Now lets take a super quick look at what the rest of the event has to offer !

Undercard

Meat Boy Versus Leagatius My Prediction - Meat Boy – First Round KO

Lightweight Fight

Plutov Versus Vegas My Prediction - Vegas -Decision

Akumba Versus Panayotov My Prediction - Panayotov – Second Round KO

Middleweight Fight

Kuznetsov Versus Mikhasevich My Prediction - Mikhasevich – Second Round KO

3)Syn Brief Show

We are back with the third episode of your favourite MMA show ! The Syn Brief Show !

Syn city is back with another exciting event , LIVE from The Tokyo Bowl Arena in Japan ! Tens of thousands of MMA fans will attend Syn672 in order to watch 10 action packed fights and cheer for Syn's wonderful fighters .

Without any further delay ,lets watch what Syn672 has to offer !

SYN672- FEBRUARY 23rd 2020 - TOKYO BOWL ARENA ,TOKYO.

Middleweight Title Fight

P9zsto9.jpg

Junkyard Dog vs Arthur Pendragon

Syn Midweight Champ Junkyard Dog ,returns to action at #Syn672 where he defends his belt against Arthur Pendragon.

Dog is currently on a 3 fight win streak and his last fight ended in an impressive KO from the mount position versus Mick Murphy ,only 3 seconds before the end of the last round !

Dog has shown just how versatile he can be . He can end any fight on the feet or simply put you to sleep on the mat ,which makes him one of the most dangerous fighters in the world .His professional record currently stands at 32-20 .

Pendragon is a new addition to Syn's roster and being a such a popular fighter gave him the opportunity to get a title shot right away . Pendragon is sensational both at striking and grappling.

He can be proud of his granite chin and super aggressive fighting style. Pendragon rarely goes for the decision .Every fight of his is an all out war ! Arthur's professional record stands at 21-16-1.Fifteen of his wins came via KO/TKO ,3 via submissions and only 3 via decision.

My Prediction

Its gonna be a super close fight but I believe that Pendragon's super durable chin is gonna play a major role in this fight . This fight is definitely not ending in a Decision . I give a slight advantage to Pendragon ,just because of having the better chin but Dog is an extremely skillful and unpredictable fighter .

Co-Main Event

4rsG9WT.jpgExpendable Crewman vs Rocco MarcianoDy6qGBD.jpg

The fighting pride of Wood Green (UK) ,Expendable Crewman, enters this weekend's co main event on a 3 fight winning streak and will certainly be looking to entend it at the expense of Rocco Marciano.

Crewman is an impeccable striker and sensational wrestler at the same time ! He is a massive Heavyweight ,standing 2 metres tall with an insane reach advantage over most of his opponents. His lack of fear ,impressive self confidence and ruthless aggression is what makes him very popular amongs Syn fans all over the world . Crewman's professional record stands at 20-13 with only one of his fights ending via Decision.

His opponent for tonight is Rocco Marciano. Marcianos needs little introduction to MMA fans. He is the son of MMA legend Don Marciano and a product of the notorious Convicted Fight Club academy ,owned by Chris Karter. Rocco will be looking to bounce back with a victory after his last bitter early stoppage defeat versus Frankels at #Syn666. His main strenghts are his world class striking skills and his durable chin. His weak points...Well , it certainly is his lack of self confidence when it comes to big fights . That certainly is the only thing blocking him from bringing his career to the next level. His professional record currently stands at 22-11-3 with 19 of his victories being via early stoppage and only 3 via decision.

My Prediction

I believe that Rocco Marciano does have the chin and the experience to emerge victorious from this battle . Crewman is on fire lately but that was against fighters of lower calibre . Its time for Expendable to prove that he can win against better opposition if he wishes to get a shot on the Heavyweight belt. I predict a second round KO victory for Marciano.

Featherweight Fight

vuvg1PQ.jpgDom Cruz vs Blake GreengS0cL3H.jpg

Another exciting fight in #Syn672's main card for this week .Dom ''The Decisionator'' Cruz ,will cross fists with ''The Zombie'' Blake Green .

San Diego based fighter , Dom Cruz is on a 2 fight loss streak and will definitely be looking to go back to his winning ways with a victory over Green tonight. Cruz is a BJJ Black and a world class boxer. Dom is a super determined fighter but his chin has taken a lot of damage after such a long career and that is something that most of his opponents look to exploit.Dom's record currently stands at 27-18 with 12 of his win coming via Decisions ,9 via subs and 6 TKOs.

His opponent for the night is Blake Green. Green is a an elite striker and Olympic level wrestler fighting out of Baltimore . He is a star of the featherweight division and has tasted gold many times before by being a champ both in Primal and Aspire MMA orgs before joining Syn back in 2018.

His record stands at 45-13-2 .He has scored 40 decision wins thus far .

My Prediction

Its gonna be a close fight folks ! I say , Cruz via 3rd round KO or Blake Green via Decision.

Undercard

Now lets take a super quick look at the rest of Syn672's fights ..

Welterweight Fight

Jackson Spinks (14-12-1) vs Jackson Portis (14-6)

My Prediction

Portis via Decision

Light Heavyweight Fight

Harry Winston (13-6-1 ) vs Jamie Bounty (28-12)

My Prediction

Bounty ,1st round KO

Lightweight Fight

Diego Hageman (20-11-1) vs Pinchi Puto (13-10)

My Prediction

Hageman via Decision

Lightweight Fight

Magomed Magomedov (8-4) vs Dredman Zeus (16-4-1 )

My Prediction

Zeus ,second round KO

Light Heavyweight Fight

My Prediction

Doyle via Decision

SYN673 - MARCH 1st 2020 - WOMBLEY ARENA ,LONDON.

Welterweight Title Fight

cyQWMXI.jpg

Whyte vs Gravas

Looking for a positive result on this week's fight ,Welterweight Champ Benson Whyte , will have to be at his best to avoid the strenghts of Latka Gravas ! Whyte performed admirably at #Syn664 and ''stole '' the belt from former Champ Warror with a KO (Head Kick) 3 minutes before the end of the 3rd round. In his previous title defense before this one ,he won via Decision against Michael Garibaldi at #Syn669 .

Benson Whyte definitely looks unstoppable at the moment !

Whyte is one of the most well rounded fighters in the world ,featuring a varied striking game ! Benson is famous for his ''heavy hands'' and his deadly high kicks . He s scored some of the most impressive head kick KO's in the history of MMA , the one versus Northrop at #Syn625 being my personal favourite ! Benson Whyte has had a super succesful career throughout the years and has previously held gold in Bushido and Dare MMA orgs before joining Syn .His professional record currently sits at 38-13 .

His opponent for the night is ''The Lion of Kosovo'' , Latka Gravas . Gravas is literally ''on fire '' at the moment ! He is on a 4 fight winning streak in Syn with his latest victory being versus Jones with a 1st round KO. Gravas is an elite boxer and holds a BJJ black belt under White Eagler MMA academy in Los Angeles. Latka's impressive footwork and ability to absorb damage make him one of the most impressive defensive WW fighters in the world ! His chin ,in particular, is unbreakable.

Latka Gravas is like a piece of iron ! Just like his opponent ,Benson Whyte, Gravas has held gold before but that was only in DARE MMA org .His professional record stands at 17-8 with 13 of his wins being via early stoppage.

My Predictions

Thats a tough one boys... If Benson Whyte wants to win this, he will have to put Gravas to sleep within the first 2 rounds . I dont really believe that the Champ's chin can endure 5 rounds with a lethal striker such as Latka Gravas . Whyte 2nd round KO or Gravas via Decision.

CO-MAIN EVENT

3tTsQO7.png Garibaldi vs Jones Uf95Mtt.jpg

Michael Garibaldi wants to bounce back with a win after a Decision loss against Whyte at #Syn669.

The man crossing fists with him tonight is Tyrone Jones.

Garibaldi expressed his desire to score an impressive victory tonight . He emphatically said ''I will knock Jones out tonight and after that I ll demand another shot on the WW belt ! ''. Michael ''The Security Chief'' Garibaldi is a world class boxer and elite submissions specialist . He s scored 9 submissions throughout his long career. His triangle choke submission versus Papadopoulos at #Syn665 is regularly played on MMA fan channels all over Youtube !

Solid chin, elite striking AND a BJJ black belt … Does this man have any weak points ? There is only one way to find out and it will all be played out tonight !

He holds a professional record of 22-14 with 11 of his victories coming via KO/TKOs and 9 subs.

Russel Tyrone Jones didnt look great in his last Syn fight .It was Jones's debut on the WW division and Latka Gravas brutally knocked him out in the first round ! He s been 4 times in this last 5 fights and Jones is definitely looking to turn the situation around with a surprise victory tonight ! With a switch-hitting game, Jones can offer a host of angles to strike from although he will have to be cautious of counters as he has a tendency to overcommit when attempting to close the distance to strike. His professional record currently stands at 39-14-1 .Such a long career has definitely taken a toll on his ability to absorb damage.

My Predictions

This is a fight between 2 top fighters but I strongly believe that Garibaldi will emerge victorious in this one. He s got the confidence ,the attitude and the skills to beat Jones tonight !

Latka Gravas (299901)

Just as I planned, this fight was not even close, why is it fighters in your country are cupcakes? In my country we fighters are much tougher!! I know you will all come at me because you think that what I say is stupid but that will make me angry, don't say my stupid stuffy is stupid because if you do I will say that your stupid stuffy is more stupid then my stupid stuffy. We weren't getting out of the first round because hey, we're all coming from a different direction and sometimes it doesn't get in sync, sorry about that but you had it coming... Oh one more thing... this fight was fun, but question is, you predicted Gravas via decision?? You are a cupcake too Thank you very much!
