I set all my fighters to 100% follow my orders unless i know they are smarter than shit. I've got some dummies that have done pretty well.

Not a game changing idea by any means, but makes sense to me and seems realistic. It is definitely a proud day and a morale boost when you finally get promoted to your next belt in BJJ in real life when your instructors reward you for all that mat time and hard work. Maybe this is a good idea to implement in the game?

Low IQ, sure. But "loves comics" or anything similar is usually an indicator of bad hiddens, and they're not likely to get far

Every event's rating kinda reflects on the org hype. You could keep 1-2 high hyped fights from your other divisions for main and co-main event, because those two fights have the biggest influence on event rating and also increase a bit the production values so your org's hype remains unharmed.

Not sure about that, could be. All I know is that if you get something like that ("prefers standup","likes pizza", "can moonwalk" etc.) it indicates that the fighters has no other notable hiddens. So basically they got really shit rolls and likely only have the 30 points in each area you checked the boxes. Like Rei said they will not get very far and should be sacked in my opinion.

i used to have two events on same day.i would first analyze how many low hyped fighters were to sent fight offers for that particular day.if say 20 fighters with 0 to 50 hype are available to fight then i would there will be 10 fight offers so just put 5 fight offers in event 1 and 5 on to event 2.Recognize your top most hyped fighters available for that week and the four best hyped fighters will form the main events of those two events. same procedure for co main events with next hyped fighters.fill the remaining spots as you please.use tycoon tools if you arent already. they key for me was to guage how often a manager likes to fight.this could backfire if lots of manager go inactive or just decide to ignore fight offers for whatever reasons.You could fuck up two events in a day you see.You can take it if some low hyped fighters doesnt accept or lets the offer hang it.if in case top hyped fighters does not accept then you gotta have replacement in mind as well.all this seems like a lot of work but its all about recognizing patterns. i have had events with only 7-9 fights.If one event does bad other one makes up for it.same day loss if there is and same day gain.worked like a charm for me.Death Squad on good days would be 11-12th ranked while around 15-17th ranked at worse.

We already allow the creation of 16 and 17 year olds for 90 and 45 VIP days respectively and I've decided to also add the creation of 12 year olds. This will be for a fee of 365 VIP days and will be in St Petersburg only! They love watching kids fight each other over there, so we're going to let them have it. Under 16 year olds will only be allowed to fight other under 16 year olds and org owners will have the option of whether to disable head punches for all kids-league fights because we're not complete savages. These younger fighters will have half the normal sparring worth because of their size, unless they are sparring with a 125lb fighter, because they are the same size as a 12 year old anyway.

EPL is about putting together fighters from a weight class for a chance at becoming a P4P star, not giving an ID criteria. It's the setting that has made it a huge success and why it's one of the most looked forward to tournaments. I personally wouldn't like to see it become ID restricted as one of the awesome things about the tournament is seeing how some of the younger guys do against the veteran competitors. A one-off EPL ID might work, but that's JLP's call on it. As for ID tournaments, I'm considering some options as to what to do for the next ITFL season which will happen sometime in the summer.

Well shit man, thanks for the kind words I agree with the point on the Olympics, main reason it took a while is we felt that if we skipped through it quickly we wouldn't really do it justice. A few teething problems as we look to get back into it but the criticism for lack of a better word is the best way for us to look at how to improve. What we used to do was keep a kind of timer on the topics and as we hit the limit we would look to wrap the topic up and move on so we'll be looking at that for the next one. It doesn't help that we had a lot more time to talk with no guests on this episode also.
