Single Elimination, and I would assume a Random Draw to avoid Org Owners potentially giving their guys favourable matchups in their hosting division. Not to control it, but because it's fun to see and more nervewrecking I saw that happen with a tournament in the past and it was a very nice extra! I'd do it UPG v Troid etc, also saves you some time having to make up 40-50 pieces of paper instead of just using the 8, but if all the orgs are ok with it then i have no problems with it. This way it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to do that, then just got to throw it into a video and upload it.
