Expanding the rankings to 10 was my idea anyways so your welcome for your 10th ranking Baby Thibs, let’s see if Paul gets past East , and if the baby gets any higher than 10th. I’m seriously interested in this matchup. 🙂

"Fun fact I was #8 before this most recent reshuffling of bullshit. So already been there done that my boy. You really can't hang with me. You overlooking AE and I think he sleeps you. I promise you this ain't what you want. But I'll be happy to oblige and let them door lock between us. I promise you will not like this fight in a month but keep talking that good shit."

BELLICOSE - The Goon vs The Boogeyman!

On the 31st of December we end 2021 with a bang. I am so excited for these fights and what it means moving forward in Bellicose. I want to wish you guys the best and hopefully this little main card preview will be exciting for you guys! Would you guys like more previews? Please let me know. Its a lot of work and I can make the time, but they would be short like this. If not, no worries!

Goon vs Bors - 135lbs Championship

Bantamweight Champion Jerry Goon (6-1) is an absolute machine. With all six of his victories coming by way of knockout this guy is a force. The two division champion is been hailed as "The most Gangster fighter' by Bellicose fans after he heard of the numerous declines of others not taking fights against The Boogeyman, Boris Bors (3-0). With just three wins to his name, the young prospect has sent shockwaves in the division by knocking out two of his opponents in horrific fashion. Goon called out Bors and reminded me of a young Muhammed Ali, "Imma show you how great I am!" The two heavy hitters collide in just a few days in what is expected to be an explosive bout, a bout I have personally been anxiously awaiting for three months. The internet has gone wild with preidctions claiming Bors will be too technical while Goon will be too heavy for his opponent. Whatever the case if youre going to bet, bet a knockout.

Thuringen vs Oren - No. 1 Contender Heavyweight Bout

KNOCKOUT. FIRST ROUND. One of these two 265lbs boys will crash on the mat to end the year and I have to say, I HAVE NO CLUE who that will be. Thuringen vs Oren is a classic striker vs striker match where we see two of the heaviest hitters collide. Both men have all of their victories coming by way of first round all in the first minute. It is the perfect precursor to the main event of the night.

Dash vs Bray - Bantamweight Bout

Sean Dash, the former Bantamweight champion was visibly distraught when he lost his title to Jerry Goon. His manager and i spoke for a little while after the fight and after coming to the understanding that he would have to take some time to mentally recover and improve his skills he returned with a five second victory over Charles Sobhraj. Now, Dash looks to take on former title contender Artemis Bray. Fight fans are worried that if Dash doesnt land immediately, Bray will get the fight to the ground and get that submission. This fight will be fast paced and to both fighters I say, sieze your moment! If Dash secures the win he will get the title shot he desperately wants. If Bray scores the win we will have to see the former featherweight perform once more before he gets a shot at gold.

Matthews vs Lightspeed - Welterweight Bout

Arax Lightspeed vs Johnny Matthews will be one of those fights that will answer a lot of questions in the welterweight division, is Lightspeed for real? The question about this guy is on everyones lips as he has just taken out his last opponent in 9 seconds of the first round, this is why they call him Lightspeed. But going against a guy who just fought Rock Romero is not going to be an easy task. Johnny Matthews, is a well rounded kid from Utah who believes he can get this fight to the ground and make light work of Lightspeed. Speaking to his trainers at LET Gym, they believe Lightspeed will have trouble dealing with the grappling nature of Matthews and we will see him eventually submit to one of Bellicose best Welterweights.

Viikinki vs Mac - Super Heavyweight Bout

Tony vs Mac is a matchup that is expected to start the fight with a bang. The two super heavyweights come in looking to continue climbing the rankings and establish pure dominance over their opponent. The 26 year old Mini Mac believes that his grappling will be the superior factor in determining the winner in this one and that his opponent, a 20 year old Viikinki, will struggle to deal with his relentless pace. Tony Viikinki however has taken the Bellicose fans by storm when he knocked out Slobba Dahutt back in November. Fans have since been drooling for his return and finally it is upon us.

BELLICOSE - Bayo vs Covington

Hey Bellicose! On New Years day we have some amazing fights for you. My personal favorite is actually Buster Glover vs Hao Sawarma which will be on the undercard but I hope you guys enjoy this little preview as a way to kick off the new year! Good luck to all the fighters especially those fighting for titles!

Datte Bayo vs Everett Covington - Lightweight Championship
After having begun his career with Hall of Fame Manager Scott Bandz Datte Bayo (5-0) captured the hearts of many a Bellicose fans, especially the women, in his fast paced TKO victories. BELIEVE IT, was the nickname given to the prodigy who eventually took home Bellicose Gold when he actually scored his most dangerous win against former champion, Kabore. Bayo now riding high on a five fight win streak looks to welcome his most dangerous challenge of his career in Everett Covington (5-0). The Duke of Edmonton, Everett Covington has climbed the Bellicose ladder looking to capture Gold like most of his teammates on New Years day but in order to do that he will have to evade the dangerous hands of Bayo and pull of the most beautiful submission victory of his career. The former BMF champion meets the current Bellicose champion in a match where someones 0 has to go. The weight of the world will be on Bayo as he steps in with a new manager for the first time in his short but illustrious career but the Bayo fans have put out on Buzz, "We Believe it Bayo!" Who is this new manager you ask? None other than 1000 win holder Mark Harrington. Ladies and gentleman, get ready for a clash!

Jaco Priest vs Murka Mfer - Super Heavyweight Championship
There is perhaps no man more feared in the Bellicose cage than SHW champion, Jaco The Rastafarian Priest (6-1) the king of the Bellicose cage has stepped in at a time when a champion was desired and after finishing Nagasaki he defended his title with ease. the former BMF fighter welcomes Murka Mfer  (4-0) a fighter who is by all accounts the most dangerous man to the throne. Mfer has vowed to go in and take the belt and finish the fight in the first round by bloody fashion. His coacehs reached out to me and shared iwth me that this is a search and destroy mission, and he has already found his target. This bout has all the makings to be a knockout of the night! Dont Blink...

Brown vs Usman - Middleweight Bout
John Brown (4-2) The former BMF champion, has found little success in Bellicose. Currently on a two fight losing streak, fight fans were really expecting him to make a dynamic debut but now, after falling in the rankings he meets top talented Rae Rae Usman (3-3) a fighter who has fought some of the very best in the org and just come up a little short. These two guys, on the cusp of receiving their black belt, believe that submitting their opponent may be just the push they need to get that belt from their coach. This will be a hotly contested, grappling fight that you wont want to miss. Both guys will be desperate to get the win here this weekend and remind the division who they are.

Daso vs Babel - Heavyweight Bout
DeMartin Daso (2-0)  vs Nino Babel (3-0) is a match that puts two of the best Bellicose Managers face to face another time! The two heavyweight fighters who are breaking into the top ten of their division look to make an emphatic stamp on their opponent when they take the others 0 away from their opponent. One man a striker the other a submission specialist this fight will undoubtedly end within the first few minutes of the first round and my guess is the Bellicose fans will be going insane when they see the referee step in for this one. This one ends either with a flying armbar or by a flying knee.

Jones vs Zakharov - Heavyweight Bout
Two dangerous heavyweights start our main card in an attempt to put the other one out of the mouths of Bellicose fans. Leonid Zakharov (2-0) is taking the Bellicose world by storm. The wildly talented 20 year old Russian quickly climbing the rankings of the division is now making an empahtic standoff against former title challenger, Nathaniel Jones (5-3-1). Expereince is undoubtedly on Jones side and so is age of course, but the physice and skill set are undeniably a nod to Zakharov. Jones will have to play this fight smart facing off against another knockout artist and will aim to get this fight to the ground as soon as possible where as Zakharov will no doubt be waiting patiently to land the shot from Moscow to send Jones to sleep.

BELLICOSE - Pustik vs Orlov

Bellicose Pustik vs Orlov is brought to you by Brooklyn Threads! This is probably one of the best fight cards with two great champions colliding in Pustik and Orlov, also a hot new comer waves farewel to a living Bellicose legened in what will no doubt be fireworks. Two top bantamweights meet to start the card in what very well could be the next title conteder and so much more! Lets get into it.

Pustik vs Orlov - Heavyweight Championship
The Heavyweight Champion of Bellicose meets the Heavyweight Champion of BMF to finally unify the two titles in what aims to be the most fascinating Heavyweight fight in Bellicose History! Prokop Pustik (5-0) the unbeaten twenty year old from Czech Republic looks to assert his dominance over the Snowstorm Krigor Orlov (4-0) the former BMF champion who is the definitiion of a konckout artist. The two are like our version of Godzilla and King Kong and when they mmeet head on to end our insane weekend of fights you better believe this will be one of those matchups everyone will be talking about for months to come! Pustik is beaten everyone we have thrown at him in devestating first round fashion and believes he will have the fire that melts the snow storm. The two heavy handed warriors will meet and look to get that take down only to put the other unconsious. Expect chaos!

Bill Smiff vs Micka Slice - Light Heavyweight Bout
Bill Smiff has come to the end of his contract here at Bellicose and it will be a sad day to watch him leave but it will be undeniably exciting to see him perform one last time in the Bellicose Cage! Smif (6-1) has taken on some great opponents in the Bellicose Cage, most notably Ike Wellstone where he shocked the world with a stunning first round knockout. After seeing such an arragont behaviour, Micka Slice (3-0) called out the heavy hitting Smiff and looks to break his jaw as well. Win or lose for Slice, the fight itself is a money fight and gives him a lot of eyes in his division. I expect Smiff will look for the clinch with immediacy where Slice will look to catch him coming in. The rising 20 year old will hope to put Smiffs highlight years behind him and he may be just the man to do that.

Veenhoff vs Hardy - Weltereweight Bout
Every once in a whiel a fight comes along that has fight fans drooling in excitement, Veenhoff vs Hardy is one of those matchups for many of Bellicose fans. Derek Veenhoff (4-0) welcomes the (4-1) Nero Hardy back to the Bellicose cage for his second time. Veenhoff, who has been nothing short of spectacular feels he is on the verge of a title shot and with a win over Hardy he may very well be there. The Welterweight Division is undeniably the most stacked in all of Bellicose with Usman Jr., Bogachev, Horton, and many more infront of Veenhoff but a win over a solid Hardy gives his name the credit to stake claim. Nero Hardy recently under new management of Sonny Muchacho shocked the world with a tko win over Jason Ezeugo in early December and he believes he can do that as well this weekend to the fan favorite, Veenhoff.

Saturn vs Gatsby- Super Heavyweight Bout
Bobby Saturn (3-1) will be taking on one of the hottest names in the 375, Jay Gatsby (4-5). Gatsby, who went on a little tournament down in Sydney began to suffer defeat after defeat to his opponents after failing his takedowns, his managers poor care on his sliders and forgetfulness of upcoming fights did him no service as he continued to lose match after match. Now, after getting to Bellicose, he is being welcomed by Saturn who is now under new management. Saturns new manager, Fedor, has the skills necessary to provide a quick and decisive victory over Gatsby and you should imagine he will do just that!

Hunt vs Sasaki - Bantamweight Bout
I honestly do not know if there is a better fight to start the main card then Pate Hunt(3-0) and Pee Wee Sasaki (4-0)! Two guys at the top of the Bantamweight division collide in a bout that i am so excited about. how this fight will play out. Hunt vs Sasaki is going to be a fighters fight, a knockout artist like Pate who will bury you with a single shot taking on Sasaki a guy who can beat you in the clinch and out of it. I imagine this is going to be a fight that goes all over the cage and will be my prediction for the fight of the night. Expect aggression. Expect numerous punches. Expect both guys to be rocked. I can not wait for this one!

JAMES HOWLETT AFTER FIGHT CAGE INTERVIEW:

Slo Moegan: Hey everybody give it up for James Howlett! What a performance tonight. Walk us through what happened.

James Howlett: Well OMalley went in for a takedown and I sprawled and threw him aside and then I took him down. Once there I went for a choke but because of the positioning I couldn't sink it in. So I passed from full guard to half guard and saw the opening for the kimura and took it. As soon as I began to apply pressure he was tapping fast.

Slo Moegan: It was another quick work of art. Were you a bit surprised about easy it seemed tonight?

James Howlett: You think I might be surprised. I see myself as the best Slo and this was unknown guy making his debute of course it ended with him tapping. Where you at Covington? Can't wait to make you tap too and show everyone who the true grappling king at 155 is.

Slo Moegan: So during the walk out announcements we all got a bit of treat to something new. Was that planned?

James Howlett: I told you all I was going to go compete in Abu Dhabi. And after winning the Abu Dhabi tournament I wanted to keep it quiet and announce at my fight. That's right Bellicose you have an Abu Dhabi Champion in your ranks.

Slo Moegan: That's a great accomplishment. What's next?

James Howlett: Well we all know I want Covington but he doesn't want to be tapping like a little bitch in front of everyone. So get me someone in here so I can continue to rise and give him 3 options, leave Bellicose, change weight classes, or give me the fight. This MMA fight would grappling MMA history but he's scared.

Slo Moegan: Woah you folks heard it here first.

Baby Thibs: “Who the fuck did these ranking bruh ? A mfer who couldn’t last a minute with Bill Smif is ranked. I went three rounds with the Fuckz. Say less ! I want them ALL! From 10 - Champion, and I still got hands for Jake Pale bitchass if he want them after i stomp a mudhole in this forgotten, abandoned fighter I got set up with just so motherfuckers could sleep on me in the rankings! No worries..I’m bout to start beating some faces in throughout this division with respect to Hank McCoy, that’s my brother and we gotta get our round in too. However, whoever doing these ranking done disrespected me for the last fucking time so I see I gotta show em.”

Lay off the roids, your rage is showing you mushmouth bitch and next make sure you @ me instead of sneakily responding like a lil hoe. I’m gonna fold you right up after AE beats you down. Keep tryna put your face in LHW affairs and ima make sure I punch, knee, and elbow you innit.”

Hank McCoy post on MMANews.com: I've seen a few post on social media here lately about me. Clearing up a few things I haven't ever used Discord nor have I ever called out a specific person. I have called out everyone in 205 rather they are in Bellicose or not as I called for someone to step up and take a shot. And yes Jake Paul your boy Reyes did jump and call me out taking me up on my open invitation but he did so while poking at my fight name that I chose in honor of my father naming me what he did. So while I commend him for stepping up on the challenge he is getting wrecked  Sunday. As for Baby Thibs he is part of the young guns takeover club. Everyone in the young guns takeover club is "family". To the fans reading MMANews show up to Hayashi's Lounge in New York and grab one of the few remaining tickets it should be quite a show top to bottom and stay strapped into your seats for the Jared Fonua Blake and Vedran Mihaljevic fight, my pick for someone getting KO the night. Both those heavyweights throw blink and this one is over. As for who wins? Total coin flip fight.

Hank McCoy After Fight Cage Interview:

Slo Moegan: Give it up everybody!!!!! What a main event. Congrats on that win Hank.

Hank McCoy: Thanks Slo. I told everyone it got a bit personal and this one I was going to make a statement.

Slo Moegan: And what a statement you made. I mean Wow! He cut you first and early how bad were you hurt?

Hank McCoy: I wasn't hurt at all. It was a nice shot and these things happen but I wasn't fazed and didn't even know I was cut. I mean it's a little baby graze so nothing major at all. I cut him right after and kept opening the cut further so I just thought the blood on my gloves was all his. I am pretty sure if the ref didn't stop the fight when he did it was dangerously close to being stopped anyways from his cut.

Slo Moegan: So what can we expect to see next from you Hank?

Hank McCoy: Well I was number 2 in the division and Reyes was number 1 in the division. So I would like to think what is next for me is a shot at the title. I know there are several factors in making these decisions and if I don't get the next shot I am prepared to train and wait for my opportunity. Wellstone was the longest running champion in the division and is coming off a win so I could see him getting a shot and Duannis Frank is a new addition to the division who is 1-0 MMA but is also coming in with a 9-2 record in kickboxing so he has a ton of name recognition and selling fights does matter. So I could see him getting to jump the line and get the shot as well. I'm in college now and I am double majoring so extra study time is ok with me as well.

Slo Moegan: What are you double majoring in?

Hank McCoy: I'm majoring in both business and biochemical engineering.

Slo Moegan: If you get the next shot at the title, how soon could you be in here and ready to go?

Hank McCoy: Ask Clayton Daniels when he is ready. We can go Friday if there is an opening and he wants.

Slo Moegan: You heard it here folks he's ready anytime. Any last words for the people here in attendance tonight before we go?

Hank McCoy: I heard from someone in my corner they checked the gate and we filled Hayashi's Lounge tonight. So thank you to all 2,000 of you wonderful people here tonight. For those that will see this online and wanted to attend and the tickets were sold out I'm sorry you couldn't be here and hopefully we can book a bigger arena my next time out. Hope everyone enjoyed the show tonight and give it up one last time not just for me but for every competitor that stepped into the cage tonight. Come on and let's you all erupt in cheers for all the brave men that stepped in here. I want it so loud we could get a noise violation. Louder! COME ON LOUDER!!

Jake Paul has reportedly asked about the possibility of moving up in weight if not giving another title shot against Dean Howard next  and has interest in a fight against up incoming prospect Baby Thibs, and also has expressed interest in skipping the line and was quoted saying If Clayton Daniels is a free agent why don’t they just strip the bum and let me and McCoy fight for the belt.

Enjoy this little paper? Give us a heart and we can keep it coming. Want to see someone featured, let us know. We hope you enjoy this new spin on Bellicose and look forward to bringing you more stuff in the coming months.

A Closer Look -
 Dean Howard

Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Dean Howard

Dean Howard is recognized by many as the pound for pound king in Bellicose. The Champion of the Middleweight division has beaten a whos-who scoring 4 incredible knockout finishes and 4 submission stoppages with only one decision win against current welterweight champion, Rock Romero.

Dean Howard took the Bellicose world by storm where at NYCL 1 he picked his opponent up over his shoulder and slammed him into the mat unconscious. The limp opponent received a few additional punches to his lifeless body before the referee was able to pull Dean off of him and officially end the fight.

In his second bout, Dean Howard took on Raymond Holt, a fighter who was hoping to secure the takedown and ground and pound his way to victory. Unfortunately, after three failed takedown attempts, Holt himself was taken down by Howard. Within three minutes of the very first round Holt was gushing blood from his face and the referee was forced to step in and stop the massacre.

A month later Dean accepted a fight with a trash talker by the name of Olatunji who claimed that Howard was overrated and his only wins have been over a scar tissue  induced opponent and a lucky slam over a guy who never trained wrestling in his life and that he would lose against an experienced fighter like himself. It took less than three minutes for Howard to showcase his newly developed Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu by submitting his opponent via Kimura. Howard had now racked up three wins and was at the top of the title challenger pick.

Another month would go by and this time Howard would be fighting for the title against Toko Kiriko. A knockout artist with a 4-1 record. Kiriko believed that the good chin Howard had would not last in a fight and he would suffer a devastating knockout. Unfortunately, Kiriko struggled to escape a kimura were his arm was snapped in half from Dean Howard who would raise his hand in celebration and be recognized as the first ever Middleweight Champion of Bellicose!

In his first title defense, Dean Howard accepted a fight against the dangerous Rock Romero. At the time, Romero was on a 3 fight winning streak himself and after knocking out his first three opponents, all within under a minute. Many believed that Romero was going to be the one to actually stop Howard. The fight was scheduled five rounds and apart from the second round, Howard dominated the entire fight. Romero, who landed several shots on Howard never actually wobbled or hurt Howard to the surprise of many fans. The two who spilled blood on that mat that day both lifted their hands as the judges score cards rang out and shared a ton of Respect for one another. Romero was later released from his manager and then dropped down a weight class where he would eventually become the champion.

Since his victory over Romero, Howard has gone on to win four more times. He has defeated Heavy hitting sensation Jake Paul who is considering a move up to light heavyweight, he has shocked the world in his violent stoppage over Tim Horton, and he knocked out the incredible Jacob Taylor. Now Howard who sits on the Middleweight Throne patiently awaits for the next challenger to his throne. The pound for pound king has been relentless in his search for greatness and may go down as the greatest Bellicose fighter of all time when its all said and done...

The Boogeymen -
The Top Five

Click on the pictures below to see the current Boogeymen. The guys no one want to fight. Does your fighter have the guts? Call them out!

Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Hank McCoy Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Jørgen Thrane Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Michael Cudlitz Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Corin David Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Rak Boonliang

The Boogeymen are the most turned down fighters of the month. The guys no one really wants to fight. The boogeymen are the guys that other fighters appear to be resting until their opponents get booked. The boogeymen are by all accounts dangerous fighters who have a tendency to be avoided. These are the top five boogeymen in January. Did we miss someone? Let us know!

What If -
Ike Wellstone versus Kai Tokugawa went differently?

35b8.jpg 16275603492491.jpg

The Actual Fight

The concept of Time Travel or the Butterfly effect has regularly been something of interest to me. The idea that if something would have gone different, we may be looking at a new reality. What if that was the way with the classic fight between Ike and Kai?

On the 6th of November 2021 a fight that shocked the Bellicose community will always be regarded as one of the best fights in its time. Held at the Liberty Dome with thousands in attendance. The greatest Light Heavyweight Fight Bellicose had ever seen was just about to go down. The King of the division, Ike Wellstone was riding high on a six fight win streak. His opponent, was coming in on a six and one record and entered Bellicose as the BMF champion, an org that recently collapsed. No one had ever figured out Ike Wellstone up until this point and after four rounds, it would be Tokugawa with his hand raised over the former champion it what was honestly a jaw dropping knockout finish. This was the fight that saw Ike Wellstone lose his Light Heavyweight Championship to Kai Tokugawa. But what if it played out differently?

Ike Wellstone dominated 3 of those 4 fought rounds landing almost every known strike under the sun. Dismantling his opponent in the clinch and loading up on massive body kicks, he scored hellacious shot after hellacious shot. Until he gassed himself out. Tokugawa had been landing head punch after head punch until finally, he saw the champion crumble before his very eyes. His hand raised, Tokugawa now held the coveted Bellicose title around his waist. He was the champion.

< < < <

Tokugawa misses with a straight to the side of Wellstones head...
Ike lands a thunderous overhand right...
Kai is stumbling around...
Ike presses the action bobbing and weaving...
The smaller Kai throws a looping left hook and it just misses.
IKE WITH A DAMAGING HEAD KICK! ITS ALL OVER...IKE RETAINS HIS CHAMPIONSHIP!!! He is the greatest Light Heavyweight fighter of all time...

Ike would have probably gone on to face Arnaud Coleman at the time instead of Bill Smif. Smif, never held a desire to hold the LHW title so he never challenged for it. Coleman was just picked up by a new manager and would have been the arguable number one contender unless of course it would have been Cyborg Reyes.

A five round fight with Coleman would have produced fireworks from start to finish. With a 6-1 record, Coleman has knocked out almost every opponent he has faced. His fastest victory, twelve seconds. This guys hands are made of stone and if he connects you go to sleep! Him squaring off with Ike for five rounds would have been a Bellicose Fans dream! Of course, Coleman was coming off his recent loss in October so the chances of these two matching up may have not been so immediate but it almost could have been.

Reyes, also knockout artist, has finished five of his opponents with shots that thudded around the arena. Holder of three of the night awards, Reyes would have proved to be one of the toughest and arguably more dangerous tests to Ikes career championship reign. Reyes was riding high on a four fight winning streak at this time and his opponent in Ike could have seen him take it. Of course this is one of those matchups that would have displayed non stop striking until someone could not come out for one of the opening bells.

Of course if Ike would have taken both of these fights, we may have never seen the shocking Knockout of the Year nominee fight between Smif and Ike and what a let down that would have been. Smif would have likely taken on Clayton Daniels in a rematch or faced Hank McCoy. Daniels would also never have fought for the title as Ike is his teammate and main sparring partner and of course the mystique behind Kai Tokugawa would have never emerged.

Who is -

Howie Finkelman

Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Howie Finkelman

Little is known about 18 year old Johnny Tirado's Prodigy Howie Finkelman. A fighter with a 379 id range has entered the 375 org and has proven to be a tough competitor. With his lone fight in his career he had lost the first two rounds and was on his way to losing the decision by the judges scorecards. Howie pulled magic out of his hat that night as with a single second remaining on the clock he scored a knockout stoppage over Matt Baldwin.

Finkelman lands a really nice looking cross but Baldwin seems unphased.
Finkelman cracks Baldwin with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Baldwin falls to his knees and Finkelman doesn't need a second invitation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Howie Finkelman!
A very excited looking Howie Finkelman made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

Howie probably would have scored knockout of the night, and arguably deserved it after such a breath taking steal the show kind of finish. Having made his professional debut, the Bellicose brass will be looking to incorporate more 379 id fighters to compete with the Featherweight sensation in the coming weeks.

Duannis Frank @DamnDamageMMA on Twitter: "In response to the Hank McCoy interview, thank you for the mention however, I'm only 1-0 in MMA. Kickboxing aside, MMA is a whole 'nother beast that I'm getting acclimated to after coming off the Island and trying to shore the gap in training in this fancy ass gym Dakota has. I plan to earn my place in LHW as well as my respect."

Baby Thibs @DeauxOverHoes replies to tweet : "No reason to be so humble Damage... go knock a head off or two and show 'em you not to be fucked with my boy, Thib's Sweat Shoppe creates champions. After my fight with Stefan Pantovic, I'm only taking Top 10 fighters, so if Jake Pail decided to wanna get busy it'll be nice to add him to list of men I've slept.

Hank McCoy Twitter: Well I was offered the title fight and then Daniels' management team dropped him. Only 3 possible fighters could step in to face me that isn't already booked for the title. Dean Howard could try and become double champ and fight me for the 205 belt and also in a somebody's 0 must go fight. The new Duannis Frank has a big following and given his history in KT could sell the fight, and lastly Pentti Koyri could drop a few pounds to make weight at 205. I mean he walks around probably only about 20 pounds heavier than me and I have to cut to make 205. Aside from that everyone else is already booked and guess I'll have to see if Daniel's gets his managing situation figured out, retires, or wait for booked fights to finish for an opponent. All scenarios seem good to me. Rather get in there but will wait if the Brass at Bellicose deems it's the best course of action.

Kai Tokugawa Twitter: Lets do it, McCoy. Would love to test your chin and eventually win my title back. After the most boring fight of my carrier against the crotch sniffing Daniels, I would love to stand and bang. Lets give the fans a show!

Hank McCoy: If I am made to wait to fight for the belt than the winner of your next fight between you and Wellstone would make perfect sense in my opinion. Two former champions of the division fighting and the guy who had been given a shot but the champ decided to walk away facing the winner seems like a good fight to legitimize the belt to me.

Ike Wellstone's Twitter: Conceding McCoy has become way better than I have, as he has grown to be probably the best 375k fighter not only in Light Heavy but likely in any division.  Happy to let Kai fight him if he wants to, for the title if no one agrees to manage my ex-teammate Daniels. Daniels deserves to defend vs McCoy if someone agrees to manage him.

Hank McCoy: Completely agree on he is still champion and would love to face him for the belt if he gets the managing situation straightened out and doesn't retire. Disagree about me probably being the best 375k Light Heavyweight much less best 375k in any division. I'm young and still growing. I've done well so far and believe I have a bright future ahead of myself, but there are a ton of good guys and don't feel like I'm truly worthy of such praise at this time in my career, but honored for such words to come from the longest reigning light heavyweight champion Bellicose has had.
