I feel like the pre-fight commentator should have an obligatory role to do the post-fight as well. If you're going to do a pre-fight, do a post-fight; if you're going to do a pre-fight and not do a post fight, don't do one at all.

Hey a message to all SFO Fighters. I will make 5 custom skins to any SFO who has successfully defended his title at least once as they arent a true champ until they've defended their title. The skin will display the sfo belt and recognize them as the champ. I will give them another 5 after every successful title defense. As it stands right now I will make skins for both Mark Misirlou, Joe Mendes and Tom Joad. Good luck to all fighters.

Awards for KTFO

Marvel Combat TKO of the night- Our KO of the night took place in the SFO Light Heavyweight division. Dave "shoryuken!" Schultz showed off his great boxing skills as he cut his opponent twice and rocked him. He threw a left/right combo followed by a Ryu-Style uppercut putting the other fighter to sleep.

Marvel Combat Submission of the night- For the submission of the night I'll let the commentary speak for itself "Force has hold of Reznik's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Reznik tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Force cranks the arm and Reznik screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Reznik, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body." Brutal submission victory for John Force

Marvel Combat Fight of the Night- The Fight of the night goes to ""Le Goon" Pat Beaulieu and Johnny "Drama" Chace. Both fighters wanted to bang and wasted no effort going to the ground. "Le Goon" was going beserk throwing over 124 punches... unfortunately he only landed 13. "Drama" 57 punches and landed 37 as well as 7 leg kicks. Chase won the decision easily and it goes to show your that a punch is only good if it lands.

Awards for One More Time

Marvel Combat TKO of the night- Our TKO of the night was also technically a submission as the other fighter tapped due to strikes Mirko "Cro Cop" filipovic landed a hook that stumbled West back into the cage. filipovic followed up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping West to the canvas! filipovic pounced and landed several unanswered shots - West had enough and tapped out.

Marvel Combat Submission of the night- The Submission of the night goes to Brian "Battler" McBride, who although exhausted, make a slick transition from a triangle to an armbar which made the other fighter tapout furiously. Great submission

Marvel Combat Fight of the Night- The Fight of the night was the SFO Lightweight Title fight between "Havoc" Havoc Dugre and Joe "Lil Evil" Mendes. For five rounds Mendes pounded the shit of Dugre but somehow "Havoc" not only survived but kept going forward. Although he lost every round 10-8 he showed huge heart. Congrats to both fighters for a great show and congrats to "Lil Evil" who defended his title.

As always for all the winners you will receive any 2 shirts/shorts of your choice from Marvel Combat in Montreal.

Thanks to all SFO fighters and Good Luck in your future fights

Hello again. On Sunday April 18th, 2010, Paddy O'Malleys Bar in downtown Montreal will play host to another incredible SFO event. This time we will be CRUSHED by the awesomeness of the combatants, CRUSHED by the tactical machinations of the managers, and CRUSHED by the price of a pint of Guiness at the bar. Guess it will be Kokanee Light for me...

"Canadian Ninja" Lucious LaFleur v Don Taco

Our first fight pits Toronto native Lafleur against Mexican Taco in a one-sided affair that won't make it past the first round. Taco scored an easy submission victory in his first pro fight, but he won't be able to play that song again against the purple-belt-having LaFleur. In fact, there are very few songs that are gonna work against The Flower, except for maybe some Karabao Muay Thai funkiness. Even with his knees a-flyin', Taco doesn't stand much chance against the superior boxing, wrestling, and BJJ of Canadian Ninja. A very tough time is in store from the boy from south of the border. Lafleur with a 1st round victory, probably by submission. po

Lucious LaFleur, 35619, CRUSH

I don't expect this fight to be all that differant from my last. At least the ending will be the same, I win by submission. As far as training for the fight, I've joined a local competitive eating circuit. I figured it would help since I'm fighting a guy named "Taco". I fully expect Senior Taco to try to clinch and give me some tasty muay thai other that that I expect him to stall and backpedal praying to sneak out a decision win. I have the utmost respect for anyone that is willing to step into the cage to fight no matter that they are nemed after a spicy mexican food. I won't divulge how I expect to win just that I will do a Mexican Hat Dance in the cage after I'm victorious. To the other fighters in the SFO I say " does anyone have some antacid because I'm about to put away a Taco. As far as the SFO commentary goes, how long until we start to get constant emails from Steve on his bowel movements. Seriously though, its good to be involved with an active org owner. Lets just hope he forgets the bowel movement comment when renegotiations come around.

Don Taco (70349)

This will be different because this time it is real challenge. Last time the guy looked like sacrificial lamb to the great Taco gods, but this time, it is real fight! I trained hard every day because he is good on foot and ground too. So I trained to be able to use my Taco power on him. I expect him to do his best because he has skills and experience. I appreciate his skills because they are worthy of fighting with a wielder of the power of the Taco. I will win with one of my Taco technique, taught from my ancestors from generations to generations for more than a thousand years...

I cannot predict precisely how the fight will end, only the Taco gods know, but i think i will win in the 2nd round by tko or submission or referee stoppage or stoppage because of cut. Thnak you SFO fans for welcoming the Heir Prince of Tacoland like he deserves! It has been great!

Igor Tatov v Alex Duquette

From featherweights to humungosaurs we go, as Tatov and Duquette get set to mix it up in a super heavyweight bout that is very even on paper. Tatov has to be the favorite with his slightly more advanced skills in boxing and wrestling and his clear advantage in Muay Thai. He should be looking to take this fight into the clinch and bloody Duquette with knees and elbows, before ending it with his famous left hook. "Slick" is no slouch, though, as his 3-0 record attests. Probably because of his good looks (for a Canadian anyway) "Slick" is a very confident fighter, and this self-belief has carried him in previous fights. Tatov, who is so big he has to both duck AND turn sideways to enter a room, is 2-0 with two shockingly quick knockouts. So, we know he has power. He is young and inexperienced, and this might cause him a few problems against the crafty confident counter-striking of Duquette. I think this could be a fight that goes down as one of the best in SFO history. Tatov with a 3rd round tKO.

I AM Dom King (22373), And i speak for my fighters because I AM the best there IS, I have 2 Fine fighters from my stable coming here today. 2 gladiators of the ring, the first Alex "slick" Duquette [64282] with an undefeated record of 3 and 0, and with my training he will remain undefeated, HE IS the best there is, HE IS the best Knock out artist, he will keep this fight standing up and if he is tempted to the ground... good luck! i predict Knock out in the second round, only because the fans deserve at least 5 minutes of watching Perfection at play!.

My second fighter, A new one to the team: As "The Submissionator" Kane [73711]. Hes been given the Title fight, One of many to come for my Gladiators ! Kane is a submission specialist , so expect him to be on the ground and contorting his advisary, i see this fight not lasting more then 4 minutes, submission via Kimura, and the title is ours ! I promise you this, these will be the best fights of the night !

IGOR

I'm feeling very strong this fight end like last two, 1st rd. KO with Igor's hand raised. Do they award special trophy for this? Training is a lot of jiu jitsu lately, no so much for Duquette but other SHW's I see coming to SFO. I expect him try to box me with no power punch to win decision, bad idea. He looks like talented fighter but with no power, big trouble. I go in same as always- to knock him out rd. 1. This time I send shout to new guys coming in SFO to make better fights, right on! SFO commentator da bomb. My fans need know Igor's time coming, training always sparring go like crazy every time out. Make you proud to say you back me when no one else maybe think much of me in forum or typeout. I change minds one fight at a time, Duquette our next dead duck- Igor CRUSH him.

Juanito Salvador v Kevin Kilbane

Undefeated Cuban pretty boy Juanito Salvador squares off against 3-3 Irishman Kevin "Killer" Kilbane in a tight light heavyweight bout next. Nobody in Irleand had the guts to tell Kilbane that mullets are really only hip in confederate states and Canada, but they laughed at him behind his back. Now that he lives in Montreal, he is complimented on his Ape Drape at elast twice a day. Anyway, this fight should be a very close contest, with Salvador holding the slimmest of advantages because of his boxing superiority. However, Salvador is a hard trainer and a relentless samba dancer, and there is the chance he might come into this fight slightly under-energized. If this happens, I like Kilbane's chances. He has the experience and the skills. If Salvador comes intot he cage at 100%, Kilbane can be happy he got second place in the fight, I guess... Salvador by decision.

Juanito Salvador (31459) CRUSH

(Answers are in order for the first seven questions)

This is my first non-QFC fight, so I am looking forward to the challenge of some more serious, better-prepared opposition.

My trainers at Synergy Fight Team Alpha and I have just been focusing on maximizing my strengths and minimizing my weaker areas, rather than any specific gameplan.

Kilbane looks like a decent fighter on paper, but with my boxing background I should have a better technical base than him. I'm giving up a lot of reach, but I'm a solid 15 pounds bigger than him, so I should have the advantage in power.

Neither of us are ground wizards, so I expect the fight to stay on the feet. Kilbane's got some power in his hands, too, so I can't see this fight going the distance either way.

I don't like to make predictions - a fight's a fight, and anything can happen. Like I said, whichever one of us wins, it will likely be by KO/TKO. I'm just hoping to put on a great fight for the fans!

Good luck to all the fighters! Let's put on a good show for the SFO!

Ryoto Lachida v Renzo Edery

A classic standup vs. matwizard fight is next between the pride of Curtiba, Brazil, Ryoto "The Komodo" Lachida and the 338th best thing about Milan, Italy, Renzo Edery. Lachida comes into this fight with a 3-0 record, all by decision. He is a master of dancing and jabbing, shucking and jiving, hopping and clinching, among other things. With a very solid chin, augmented with the insertion of a steel plate in a 16 hour plastic surgery, Lachida will be a tough guy to knock out. This won't matter to Edery, who couldn't knock out my 4-year old daughter. What he can do, though, is submit people. With a purple belt in BJJ, he is a dangerous man on the floor. If he can sneak through The Komodo's defenses and take him down, Edery could very easily win comfortably. Getting through the defenses will be the hard part. I think he will do it, and bring his record up to .500. Edery with a 2nd round submission.

Jack Dempsey v Jesus Jenkins

Out of the grave to fight for the SFO!!! Jack Dempsey has returned. Oh...what's that?... Oh, I see... My bad. It's just some guy who has the same name, same nickname, and same hometown as the seventh greatest boxer to ever slip on a pair of gloves. Seems this Jack Dempsey is quite the remarkable boxer as well. Both of his fights have come from knockouts in the first round. His opponent is the elusive and wily Australian, Jesus Jenkins. Jenkins is also 2-0 and both of his fights have been decision victories. The question on everyone's minds is can Jenkins withsatnd the Mauler's power? If he can, then his skill in Muay Thai shall lead him to victory, since Dempsey has never even heard of Thailand, let alone its martial art. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that Dempsey will not knock Jenkins out, and will lose the fight. Jenkins by decision.

Jack Dempsey 64026

This fight won’t be different at all from my last fight, it’ll be exactly the same, with my opponent knocked out. I’ve recently moved to train at elite gyms in Montreal since I moved from New York and my skills have vastly improved. Well, I expect my opponent to take my punches like a man because I think he has a face ugly enough to deserve it. To the other fighters in the SFO, watch out, because Jack Dempsey’s hands will be the last thing you see when you enter the ring with me.

Tony Mantegna v "B Real" Louis Freese

Two really talented boxers will go toe-to-toe in our next fight, a heavyweight matchup between Canadian Mantegna and Cuban Freese (Pronounced Fray-ay-say in Spanish). Both fighters look raring to go, and both of them will most likely be trying to do little more than smash the other's nose. Mantegna holds a slight advantage in BJJ so I think it would be a good idea for him to try and get the fight on the ground and go for a submission, because even though he has a huge right hand, it will meet its match in the Cuban's granite chin. This one has the look of a real war, and one that could very well go the distance with both fighters having to be scraped off the canvas at the bell. Let's hope so! Too close to call.

Viktor "The Beast" Helsberg v Forrest Turner

A couple of losers (Helsberg 0-2-1 Turner 0-1) hope to end their losing ways by battling one another in a vicious clash of styles light heavyweight contest. Helsberg is a Muay Thaiifier/Wrestler while Turner is a boxer/jujitsunator. "The Beast" who was born in Germany but grew up in the former Soviet Republic of Georgia will be looking for opening for his assortment of kicks and knees, while The Louisville-born and raised Turner will undoubtedly try to get this fight on the ground where his huge advantage in BJJ will lead to an easy victory. And, that's how I think it will play out- submission victory for Turner.

School Girl v Jon "War Machine" Koppenhaver

School Girl steps into the ring again, fresh off another disappointing loss and a shopping spree at the Dollarama outlet stores in Moose Forest, against Jon "War Machine" Koppenhaver, a Simi Valley resident and known misogynist. While we all appreciate what a loose cannon Girl is, she needs to sack up...er, womb up?... and start winning some fights. She has a decent shot in this one, although her best bet is that the War Machine forgets to taper his traiing and she gets him at low energy. Kopenhaver will rely on his only decent skill, which is boxing. Other than that, I am having a hard time trying to figure out why this is the last fight on the undercard and not the first! Koppenhaver decision victory.

Poppa Ping v AS Kane 265+ lbs title

Poppa.

Poppa Ping - 59437 Crush

Man, the only thing wrong with the whole Tiger Woods fiasco is that he was married. I'm single, so let's hurry this up if you know what I mean.

I'm fighing somebody, I think he does BJJ or something like that...I've been training hard, blah blah blah, I'm bigger, I'm stronger, blah blah blah, I'm going to knock him out. In fact, he might even die.

This interview is over. Now where did those twins go??

Rodrigo "The Falcon" Mendez v Mauricio Nicolosi

Our final fight this evening will be a one-sided affair with Nicolosi toying with Mendez until he decides he's had a good workout and then ending things with a knockout. Not to take anything away from The falcon, who loves his mother, washes his hands before he eats, and is an all-around good guy, not to mention 3-0 with three submissions and a purple belt in BJJ, but that ain't gonna be enough against Nicolosi's purple belt AND overwhelming advantage in MT and wrestling. If this goes past the first round, I will be surprised. Nicolosi victory.

Mauricio Nicolosi (31199) - Crush

Coming into this fight with Rodrigo Mendez, Maurizio is well prepared and can go the distance though the plan is to give the fight fans an exciting show and hopefully end this one in spectacular fashion. Mendez has proven to have solid jits and Mo worked hard at a new gym to ensure his standup game matched his opponents as well. The team at Probert's Muy Thai worked on some flaws in Mo's game that we think have tightened up nicely and we are anxious to see Mo put it all together in the cage. The SFO fans deserve the best that the fighters can give and Mo plans to entertain. If Mendez wants to take it to the mat let's see if he can hang with Mo's brutal ground and pound, if he wants to stand lets see if he can take Mo's power. Mo is ready and sees Mendez as a step toward the title.

Once again, another great night in store for the fans of the SFO and of MMA in general. Look forward to seeing you at the bar!

JB

Mauricio Nicolosi's management team was livid after the main event loss for their fighter. "Seriously when you are a ground specialist why in the hell do you let your opponent back up, especially if you are bleeding." Nicolosi said nothing as his management team shouted at him as he was being stitched up, 32 stitches to close up the wound over his eye that was clearly the correct call. "Look we are not arguing the call of the referee or the doctor, we are just wondering why in the hell he would stand and bang when he was cut and that clearly was not working. Then to top it off you get full mount, your bread and butter (this was directed at Mo), you stand the f*** back up? Seriously Mo what the f*** were you thinking?" Mo despite the traintracks of stitches on his forehead looked both calm and rested sighed. "I f***ed up. I thought I could bang with him. I figured I could do it my way for the first round and your way the rest, I thought the fans deserved to see what I can do standing." His management team shaking their heads as the doctor finished putting in the final stitch ... hopefully the SFO will continue to put this exciting fighter on big cards, though this wound will take some time to heal.

On behalf of my fighter Rodrigo Mendez, I would just like to thank my opponent Mauricio for an excellent fight and I wish you well in your future matches. Rodrigo came in with a chip on his shoulder because he was counted out badly during the preview. Yes, the fight did end in the first round, but to a different result. We came in with a gameplan, and we executed it to perfection.

Does it really matter who PING knocks out first? I'm sure you'll both get your chance at an ambulance ride soon enough.

Hello, if none of these guys can give me a good match... what does Steve say at giving PING a chance to unify the 265 & 265+ belts? He's already at weight!

CHAOS!

We find ourselves in familiar territory in Micro Arena, where CHAOS will prevail. This event will have big repercussions on the contender ship of many divisions as top ten contenders will face off to climb up the ladder for a shot at a chance to become the top contender. As with all SFO events, you can expect your share of great fights and brilliant displays of Mixed Martials Arts savoir-faire in a well balanced card. Let's take a look at what CHAOS has in store for us as all hell breaks loose in Micro Arena.

Cheik Kongo vs Samuel The Rambler

Our first fight of the night features two fighters that are very evenly matched and both very hungry, coming out of a loss at their last fight and looking to get back on track with a win. Kongo does have a slight advantage in skill over the less experienced Rambler, but if Kongo goes on like this and doesn't take the time to rebuild his energy, he puts himself in a precarious position, basically handing the fight to his opponent. The Rambler ought to make the most of the little advantage he has in wrestling to get it to the ground where Kongo can't use his superior Muay Thai and force a submission. I see this one going The Rambler's way for his first victory.

Mr. Terror on behalf of all his fighters in CHAOS!

Our team has four fights and we have done the best we can to prepare for each fight; GL the oppositions.

Samuan Prasoetram vs Joel Bailey

We then turn our attention to a featherweight matchup for the second fight. Prasoetram shows decent all-around skills that can take out Bailey really fast standing up, while The latter can submit him in a second if the fight goes to the ground. So this is one of these classic confrontations featuring a guys who will do anything in his power to get the fight on the ground and another guy who will look to stay standing and bang. The key to this matchup resides in Prasoetram's striking ability. While being OK, it is just not good enough to end the fight quickly, and the longer it goes on, the more the fight will be likely to go to the ground in Bailey's favor. I see this one ending in a submission victory by Bailey in the second round.

Per Andersson vs TJ Thomas

This SuperHeavyweight bout features SFO's heavy artillery, as bombs will be raining all over the octagon until somebody drops. Both have BJJ blue belts, but what they really want to do is use their impressive boxing skills to knock the opponent straight out. There is no way this fight is going the distance, and I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't go to the second round. In this very straightforward fight, I would expect Andersson to come out on top since he is the only one of the two that got a KO victory. Actually that fight ended in 13 seconds. For his part, Thomas went to the judges in all his previous fights, which is kinda strange for a guy with his power. Maybe accuracy is in cause here. My prediction goes to Andersson By TKO in the first round.

Per Andersson, 58864, CHAOS

"It wont I´ll go out there and knock the sucker out. I´ve worked on all aspects of my game, mostly the stand-up but also the wrestling. I´ve put a lot of time in the gym working on my cardio and strength. He´s a dangerous fighter that has won two decision fights already, I know he is game, but I´m here to bring it and show my skillset."

Demian Baptista vs Nick Diaz

Up next we move to the Middleweight division, with Diaz looking to score his third straight victory against Baptista, who wants to get back to his winning ways with this fight. This fight is very similar to the Featherweight bout we covered earlier; evenly matched fighters, no overwhelming advantage, and the fact that the fighter with the striking advantage doesn't seem to have the means to end it quickly and to systematically be able to keep it standing. I expect Baptista to take the win home on this one with a second round submission and get his record back to .500.

Niko Sanders vs Phil Baroni

Niko sanders comes in this fight with an impressive 7-2 record, all around good skills and a lot of experience. Baroni comes in looking to avenge two straight losses, great boxing and BJJ, and also lots of experience. Don't expect rookie mistakes in this fight between two seasoned veterans. Sanders find himself in a difficult matchup here, as he would like to negate Baroni's advantage on the feet and using his superior wrestling to get him down and work for a submission, but he will then be working his BJJ against someone better at it than he is. Baroni, However, only boasts woeful wrestling, so it would be better for him if he invested his wrestling training in grappling defense, as he would have Sanders cornered by covering all the threats he can bring in this fight. I expect Baroni to win, his superior standup and BJJ will prevail in this fight.

Bouteilles Lipides vs Safet Susic

I guess Lipides' manager either hate him and wants him to get his ass kicked or believes in him enough to think he can cause a MAJOR upset going in this fight. Or maybe he has a secret gameplan... The fact remains that Lipides' only advantage (not a big one, too) is in wrestling, while Susic completely outclasses him in boxing, Muay Thai and BJJ. The only way I see Lipides pull this off is with an early submission, if Susic gets careless and overly aggressive, kind of the way frank Mir subbed Brock Lesnar in their first fight. I hate to count a fighter out and i don't mean to be disrespectful, but Lipides is gonna get flat out raped.

Sean OKeefe vs Blood Face

The other SuperHeavyweight fight of the card features the debut of one of the Face brothers, clones, or whatever lineage they can be attributed to and OKeefe looking to extend his streak to 3-0-0. In normal circumstances, I would give the edge to OKeefe, but as it stands at the time these lines are being written, 4 days before the event, he has very low energy. If he spends the next days recovering, and come in the cage with respectable energy than i expect him to win. If he doesn't he'll do like all the others and get beaten like he deserves for being neglectful.

Sami Assassi vs Sir Brunswick

This fight is exactly like the Susic/Lipides one with one fighter, in this case Assassi, totally outclassing his opponent, at least on paper. As Chael Sonnen said a few months back, fights aren't fought on paper, but in the octagon, so Brunswick might pull this off if he lands a headkick square, but chances are slim. There's not much to say about this fight, other than all i can see Brunswick getting destroyed in this fight.

Nick Naga vs Reggie Smith

Jiu Jitsu enthusiasts, this fight is for you. None of these two fighters have good enough standup to hope scoring a homerun by taking his oppoenent by surprise and brawl instead of going for the submission. This fight will inevitably go to the ground, and stay there. What we will see is a BJJ chess match between a purple (Smith) and a brown belt (Naga) looking to out-BJJ each other. I will pick Naga for the win because he has the upper hand in BJJ and also because his wrestling is better, meaning that he will be more likely to improve his positioning better, transition more efficiently to pull out a submission and take the W home. Ultimately, it will all come down to slider management, and who sets them up the most intelligently. Naga by submission in the first round.

Nick Naga 53347

This fight will be no diferent than the last, I'm going to put my foot up somebodies ***! I have been training the same way that I always do wrestling, weights and Juijitsu. My oppoent looks tuff but he's still just a kid, I've got the best submissions in the game and his arms are my twiggs. Peace fans.

Insolce Olvo vs Joey Maitland

Submission expert Olvo takes on well rounded veteran Maitland for the main event of the night in a fight that will send one fighter closer to contention for the title. The winner of this fight will probably have to face another top contender before fighting for the N.1 contender spot. So these guys know this is the first step in the ladder, and they know they have to pull this off if they want to stay in contention. Olvo is a threat on the ground and will do everything in his power to get the fight in his comfort zone. Maitland usually doesn't mind going to the ground, as he can hold his own there, but will not risk fighting Olvo's fight and will look to keep it standing where he has the advantage. If he can defend Olvo's takedowns sucessfully, Maitland can TKO Olvo, being competent in boxing and in Muay Thai. Maitland's boxing isn't dominant enough to knock Olvo early on, in my opinion, and Olvo will be able to take him down and work from there. I think Olvo will win with a second round submission.

That wraps it up for CHAOS! Good luck to all the fighters and all the managers involved in this event, and thank you for representing the SFO in style.

Hello gentlemen! Chris Nylan reporting in replacement of Jimmy Butler, commentator extraordinaire. So today we will be taking a look on what will happen in Heroes, an historic event for the SFO. Inded, April 23rd will be an historic night for the organization, as it will be the first time an event will be presented in The Underground in front of a thousand spectators. The SFO is a steadily growing organization, and going to the Underground is but a step forward in a bright looking future for the organization. The card is stacked, my friends, and even though there is no titles on the line, top-end fights will unfold for our viewing pleasure, and they will have deep repercussions in the standings and the contendership. The LightHeavyWeights will be represented heavily as 6 out of 10 fights will feature the division's finest. Let's see who can rise up to the occasion and be the hero of the night in this eagerly anticipated event!

Bones Jones vs Connor Black

Wonderful boxer Jones will take on an intriguing opponent in Connor Black, who boast decent boxing and good BJJ, while having useless wrestling. Considering this, it's hard to figure who he can bring Jones to the ground, as he probably concentrate all of his woeful wrestling in takedown defense to stay standing to make good use of his great boxing ability. So Black can't count on Jones taking him to the ground and allowing him a way to work out his superior BJJ. If black stands with Jones, he's going to get wrecked, and as he doesn't have the means to take the fight where he has an advantage, i think this is exactly what's going to happen. Jones by TKO in the first round.

Vladimir Kirkovich vs Aychtoo Bizzle

Former champion and renowned submission artist Vladimir Kirkovich will take on well-rounded Aychtoo Bizzle in our second fight of the night. Despite having a better striking game than Kirkovich, the big gap between Bizzle's ground game and the former champion's will be where it all comes down to. Bizzle isn't defenseless on the ground, however, and has tools to defend himself, so, it might very well be a long fight. Ultimately, Kirkovich will turn out to be the aggressor most of the time and will score a unanimous decision, winning all three rounds.

Jill Leonard vs Cleophus Washington

Washington goes up against the odds when taking on Leonard, a fighter that only concedes skill advantage in Muay Thai. It seems that anything washington has to offer, Leonard can have the answer to, or do it better. Tip of the hat to Washington's manager for having the guts to take this challenge. That being said, Washington already took on fighters with more skill than him and actually beat them, when he was fighting for TDC. want some examples? he beat Kelii Hale, who haswoeful boxing, strong Muay Thai, respectable wrestling and blue belt BJJ. He also beat Maya Selnezz, who has Woeful boxing, abysmal MT, competent wrestling and purple belt BJJ. Will Leonard turn out to be another one of Washington's upset win? what history shows us is that only fools count him out. My prediction still goes to Leonard, in a hard-fought decision victory.

Death Touch vs Corporal Clegg

A battle of purple haired warriors without a winning record. But seriously, this fight has potential because there is talent involved. While Touch is a classic brawl and sprawl guy that can finish fights with one punch, Clegg is an all-arounder, being decent at everything, but specializing in Muay Thai in which he is proficient. Of the two, Clegg is the most skilled, but his 2-3 record makes it hard to bet on him without further questioning. One might say he relies too much on kicks and doesn't jab enough to set up these kicks efficiently. Another might say for his part that he should try to get up more often, therefore trying to improve position more often in order to open options on the ground, allowing him to go for the sub and use his decent BJJ or just get up and do what he does best, which is striking. I'd say with 5 fights under his belt now, Clegg gathered enough experience to figure this out by himself and will make the necessary adjustments to win this fight. As much as Death touch is an absolute menace while standing up, Clegg will look to exploit his weakness on the ground and score a submission victory in the second round.

Death Touch (62497)

This fight will be no different from the last one in what my opponent will try to do. He's going to come in and try to take me down and clinch with me to keep the touch of death from his face. The difference will be that i'm stronger and more brutal. I just resigned my contract at 85 after fighting at 205. I will have more power at this weight. The last thing that anyone in the SFO wanted to see is a more powerful Death Touch!

To the commentator, you better be glad I won! I was going to give you the death touch if I lost. Somebody was going to get it that night. To the fans like I said before, who gives a flying flock of brid crap about the fans! To the boss. Thanks for resigning the Touch! To all the SFO fighters. Fighting me is a Death sentence. Somebody made comments about cutting me up!!! To that I said, "Yes I cut easy, but nobody wants to see me". I'm Death Touch Bitc**s!!!!!!

P.S. The next person who talks about my Mama is getting KTFO in the post fight interviews!

Corporal Clegg (51866)

Last fight I was setting up a head kick KO from the outside, gassed a bit, got taken down and shamefully submitted. Management's been telling me ever since, my losses can be attributed to cutting too much weight before the fight and not being the type who can recover from that with good clarity. Long an' short is I'm on a diet now and we'll see if it gets my mental game properly focused, physically I feel great. a lot more willing to see this guy go to the ground and am all set to pounce in the clinch. My striking dee is so-so, so toe to toe might not be the way to go... but you never know- I might get pissed off and throw the gameplan out the window. Nah, with the 2-3 record putting career plans on the line, I'll try and keep a lid on things and just get back to being a .500 fighter. I'm expecting lots of punches from Touch, unless I put a stop to those shenanigans, which I fully intend on doin'. If I don't win this fight in the clinch it's because I hauled him down and got a submission... or got KO'd trying to do all of the above. With more experience and conditioning, the longer it goes the better my chances but that doesn't mean I'm not out to end it the first opening he gives me. Other fighters at LHW should know I'm going to keep on coming, my 'mates at Canadian Top Team have convinced me my skills will win the day once I get the weight issue under better control. Thanks to Death Touch for signing to fight, it should be a good tactical battle the fans can look forward to but there's only room for one purple mohawk in this town, laddie- and I'm wearin' it.

Razor Face vs Tommy Thunder

As with the previous fight, this one showcases a brawl and sprawl striker in Face and an all-around fighter in Thunder. The problem is, for Thunder at least, that he has to improve these skills to be able to fill the distance separating him from the upside face presents as far as the standup game goes. If Thunder brings it to the ground, and that's he needs to do if he wants to avoid going to the dentist, he will have a chance but Face's grappling defense seems sharp enough to stall the ground work long enough to force the referee stand up or improve his position and get back up on his own. As the label «brawl and sprawl» goes, Face does have nice takedown defense and will do everything in his power to keep it on the feet and proceed to knock his opponent out. I see Face winning by TKO in the first, in the last 2 minutes.

"Terrible" Tommy Thunder (ID 13862) fighting at HEROES

On April 23rd I'll be fighting at SFO: Heroes, taking on lightweight fighter Razor Face. My last two fights have been losses due to decision, so I don't expect to give the judges a chance to answer my fate in this one. I know Razor Face is a strong boxer and wrestler but his muay thai and jiu-jitsu are both very suspect and I fully plan to exploit those weakness'. The guy may very well be undefeated but he hasn't fought nobody, I've been in there against some tough competition and my cage experience should serve me well.

This is my first fight for SFO and I want to give an impressive performance and thrill the crowd, so look for me to come hard and fast in this one. I want to send notice to the 155lb division that "Terrible" Tommy Thunder is in the house.

Razor Face [ 73156 ], Heroes

Razor Face didn't need much downtime after his last fight and was pleased that Mr. Thunder accepted the fight offer; Mr. Thunder has better skills than my previous opponent, but even then, it is going to be another slaughter. I'm really not seeing it go past the first round but who knows. Razor has no mercy.

Finnegan O McMacElveney vs Troy Reznik

The Irsihman has been on a tear since joining the SFO, submitting all his opponents to go 2-0-0 and will look to do the same to prolong his streak against Reznik. Both fighters show a lot of similarities in style, but Reznik has the advantage, a very small one though, in boxing and wrestling. On the other hand, O McMacElveney has superior BJJ, and has submitted good opponents in the past, with the likes of Corporal Clegg and Dave Shultz who are both on the event's card. I think it will come down to O McMacElveney's superiority in BJJ, and the Irishman will continue his submission streak in the second round.

Finnegan Brewzer vs Pat Beaulieu

This one will be a one-sided beating of Brewzer by Beaulieu. Standing up, Beaulieu has a huge advantage in striking as his remarkable boxing overshadows by far Brewzer's barely decent Muay thai. Brewzer could have a way out of this if he had any wrestling to shoot and take his opponent down, thus being able to use his BJJ advantage to try a submission, b Brewzer's wrestling skills are too poor to systematically get Beaulieu on his back where he can do no damage. The thing is, not only Beaulieu has better wrestling and can defend against Brewzer's submission attempts, he can actually submit Brewzer because his BJJ is as goods as The Irishman. With the level Beaulieu's boxing is at, he might not even have the time to shoot once before getting knocked out cold. I don't see Brewzer going past the first round on that one and wish him good luck. Beaulieu by KO in the first round.

Pat Beaulieu 53165 HEROES

My fight against Finnegan Brewzer will be way different than my last fight in the fact that I'll be more patient picking my shots. Yah I know not really goonsy, but it doesn't mean that I'm not gonna look for the KO. I respect O McMacElroy for taking the fight, never seen an Irish guy that ain't tough and ready to fight anytime. Didn't have much time to train, I think I had to call off more training sessions to rest than I landed shots in my last fight. I feel like I let them down so I'm gonna put on a better show for my fans this time around.

Dave Schultz vs John Force

This fight pits knockout artist Dave Schultz against submission expert John Force. Fresh two straight knockouts, Schultz will undoubtedly look to prolong his streak with a third KO. There's no secret to his gameplan: keep it standing, knock the guy out. John Force is a dangerous customer when dealing with him on the ground and he can submit anyone in the organization if he gets where he wants the fight to go. Schultz has awesome takedown defense, though, and it will be a tall order for Force to bring the striker down, especially since he has the upper hand in wrestling. If Force can get it to the ground he has a chance. He also needs to score these takedowns early if he doesn't want to gas himself out and become a vulnerable target. My vote goes to Schultz going for his third straight KO in the first round.

John Force [ 32805 ], HEROES

not much different sir, i expect to take it to the ground, get the tap, sleep or snap and make the whole audience clap.

meticulously. as i always do

i expect to come at me strong like he always does. not gonna be much of a surprise what his game plan is. he hasnt faced anyone with a ground game as top notch as mine and still his one loss comes via submission.

hes a good striker, powerful and seems to have strong hands or else hes faced people with glass jaws.

with my superior grappling and submissions

1st round submission.once the fight hits the ground its all over.

nothing really. i like to concentrsate on who i have in front of me.

i like it

thanks for the support and ill try not to let you all down

Axel Van Dam vs Amir Verdune

The co-main event of the night features light heavyweight champion Axel Van Dam in a non-title bout. I'm a bit confused because it's the first time a see a champion involved in a non-title fight, but nothing in the event's description and statistics indicates it is indeed a title fight. If I'm wrong and it is actually for the title please forgive me. Anyway, one thing is for sure: this fight will be an exciting one. Both fighters are decent or good in everything except Muay Thai, and are pretty evenly matched, though the skill advantage does go to the champ. What will make the difference is the ground game. Both fighters are fairly evenly matched standing up so there's no obvious advantage to anyone here. Van Dam's BJJ is superior to Verdune's, but the latter has the upper hand in wrestling and will be able to defend submission attempts well. Whoever is able to gets the dominant positioning and stay there will win the fight. My vote goes to Van Dam in a submission in the third round because of his superior BJJ and experience.

Amir "Serpentes" Verdune [ 66344 ]

when fighting the Champ the fight, the atmosphere as a whole is completely different. even though its cliche i have to step up my game and leave everything in the ring and hopefully that will be enough to get the win. Axel is amazing on the ground i expect him to try to get it there as soon as possible, since i think i edge him out standing. so I have been working on my sprawl and ground game mostly brought in some top BJJ artists to help me with that. I will do what i do best to get the win, grind him down and pound him against the cage. hopefully he will be nice and black and blue in the morning and I will get my hand raised.

Travis Lucas vs Johnny Chace

Two seasoned veterans will square off in our main event of the night as all upper end all-around wrecking machine Travis Lucas meet up with boxer extraordinaire Johnny Chace. Usually it's hard to bet against Chace with the level of boxing he has, but Lucas has a deep, deep toolbox and experience that he can use to better his opponents in the cage. Lucas only concedes the advantage in skill to his opponent in boxing but makes it up by having at least three times more skill in Muay Thai. He is also taller and heavier. Simply put, Lucas has a lot more ways to win the fight than Chace, who will rely solely on his boxing skills. Lucas can stand with Chace, but will not be wanting to push his luck and stay standing too long because Chace can end a fight lightning quick if he gets the chance to land a bomb. Softeneing the boxer up and setting in the takedown and from there, working to pull out a submission seems to be the smartest, and safest way for Lucas to win it. I would expect a submission win in the second round by Lucas.

Travis Lucas, 46370, HEROES

I have been training hard for this fight at Stand up Academy in and have just reiceved my blue belt in bjj, although i think Johnny ''Drama'' Chance is going to be the toughest opponent i have faced in my career having 3 losses by KO makes me think that this fight is going to end in the first round by head kick just like my last 2 fights. Different opponent same result thats how i see this fight. Also i just want to thank S.F.O owner Steve for having me here in S.F.O and to tell all the fighters in the 205 division the Travi Lucas is here to stay and i will be champ.

Johnny Chase 41288

Heroes

Once I found out who my next opponent was going to be, I sat down with my coaches and went over all his fights. I know that Travis has a lot of power in his kicks, we all figured that for this fight I should really concentrate on my Muai Thai, my manager set me up with a fight camp at Muai Thai gym where I have been working with some of the finest Practitioners of the Martial Arts. I as always come into my fights 100% and give it my all. I have practiced my gameplan to perfection and can say I am ready, just wait till he throws that first kick, I have something special in store for him.

So this will be the amazing fights brought to you by the SFO in this historic night. If you have fighters stepping in, make sure you represent the SFO in style and good luck to all of you! On behalf of all the SFO's staff, thank you very much for being part of this, as fighters, members, audience and supporters. Thank you for being here for this commentary, your favorite commentator, Jimmy Butler, the idol of a generation will resume his work next even and bring you his clairvoyance. I did my best, but do not expect to score as good as him in my predictions. See you at the bar !

Charles Martel will soon be part of the pack after he successfully defends his title come late May. Better be prepared with my custom skin Remi.
