  2. I was part of the group that organized the original Olympics. There was multiple issues with this setup, the most obvious being that you had an unequal group of orgs. There was no way 8 top level orgs back then and even less now and the problem with that is: #1 Lack of proper organization among the participant orgs. #2 The lack of equal level of talent (hype and skills). #3 A serious issue regarding rankings between fighters (putting the 8th ranked fighter vs the 1st ranked does not make sense as the #1 ranked fighter was often a top 50 level fighter and the 8th ranked was around 1000, the potential loss was a massive risk in such a case). #4 There was a problem with divisions (not all orgs run 8 divisions) #5 Not all orgs were willing to send their champs. #6 There is also other issues such as orgs being at different development levels (average ages ect) Is it possible to pull off? Maybe, but 100% it is not possible to have this between the top 8, maybe a top 3 or 4. Something else can be done though to replace this format. Such as have a "legends" type format, in other words only older fighters (35y) with a minimum amount of fights in the org (5+ at least) and minimum rank (1000), can take place. Such a format is much less attractive, but gives old veterans something interesting to do. Another option is to have a Org vs Org league running over a certain period (season). You can pit top ranking fighters of each orgs and the most wins during the period win. High ranking wins, will be worth more. This one is easier to do as many top level orgs already run Super fights, just they are undercover and not promoted. This will make those fights more interesting and give them more exposure. Another option is to have a extravaganza type of event (something like a Wrestlemania / super event) run by one of the top 4 orgs every season. Basically a bunch of orgs (3-4) are invited and they compete during one event or over a series of events. There is no actual tourney as such, just and org vs org score over that period. There are lots of options, just i think most people do not give a shit.

  3. Haven't thought this through properly but it's popped into my head so thought I'd write it down . You have a fight booked , so you get the option to do a training camp leading up to the fight . You have to pay X amount of cash to do a training camp but this will give you the option of a third training slot each day. This would take money out of the game or even to the gym owner and it would stop managers hiding their projects away for a year as the fighters who fight often would benefit from extra training. More fights more training . Sorry it's a rough idea .

  5. And put aside even new features or game changes that might be being worked on. Before Mike told us he was going to be off working on his bathroom for another 2-3 months (which was more like 4 or more months ago now I think?) he was made very aware of the concerns of how many multi's were being used in the game. He mentioned he'd try to get into looking at that when he got back and had time. And basically pushed that responsibility aside as "that takes a lot of time, hours for each one, so I'll get to it when I can" (paraphrased). Then he was made directly aware of so many weird accounts from the Island and such. And a few other things. Essentially, people on here do half his job for him half the time, and yet, he still hasn't followed through, and to the best of our knowledge, hasn't even bothered to acknowledge the info that Camara sent him that was compiled. So forget about even the new features or changes and such, how about just policing the shit that needs policed to keep the rules from being exploited so badly when so much info it spoon fed to you? But...no...we're supposed to be understanding if we pay and stand by and watch it, unable to do anything about it ourselves?

  6. Bottom line is you can't tell your paying customers that you won't provide them a service they are paying for because of your personal reasons. Simple as that.

  11. Wold Vale Tudo Fight League 18 (Saturday 8th June 2019 – King Theatre, Los Angeles) Main Event (#6) Maxxy Baby (27-12, 153lbs) vs. (NR) Farley Steve (25-3, 210lbs) Natural featherweight Maxxy Baby welcomes the newest signing to the WVTFL, Farley Steve and by God does he have his work cut out for him. Farley Steve is a former champion in Russia and a one time light-heavyweight challenger over at Empire in New York. He comes in with an impressive 25-3 record and a massive fan following. Currently unbeaten in four fights, his only loss in his last 10 was to current Empire Champion Pekka Toivonen. Baby has certainly been up and down since joining up with his new manager and with alternating losses and wins, he hasn’t really been able to get any momemtum going either here or his previous org. Still, despite his results he remains a fairly well hyped fighter and will certainly have a lot to gain if he can somehow overcome the almost 60lb advantage this opponent holds. Sources close to his camp have informed us that Baby has been pounding spam burgers in an effort to pack on some bulk and add some power to those punches of his. He will definitely need it as Steve isn’t known for having a weak chin and to crack it, it will take something special indeed. In return, Baby will look forward to contending with a perfect 100% record of KO’s in Steve’s 25 wins to date. Baby has just moved up to #6 in the rankings and he will not want to be moved from easily while a win for Steve guarantees a high entry into the next Power Ranking release. A tough fight for Baby who will not be able to follow his usual game plan. Steve the favourite and this will be reflected in the odds. Co-Main Event (#4) Jack Dawson (17-11, 270lbs) vs. (#2) John “The Hooligan” Braddock (20-5, 285lbs) A big moment for “The Hunk” Jack Dawson as he prepares for what is very likely a number one contender fight for the newly crowned World Vale Tudo Fight League championship. Dawson has looked phenomenal since arriving here and currently rides a four fight win streak all by devastating first round TKO’s or submissions. In fact, he has looked so impressive that a few voices have questioned why Dawson wasn’t given the first crack at the title. The powers that be must have their reasons however and for now, Dawson must contend with this final obstacle if he is to earn his first shot at a title. For his opponent John Braddock, this is not his first time at a contender showdown or even a title for that matter. Himself, a three time former heavyweight champion in several different orgs, Braddock was once one of the most dominant heavyweight champions in his ID range and it was public knowledge that when he arrived here, he was fully expected to be a big player in the title picture straight away. An upset loss to Comeon Hitme in his second fight here sent him packing to the back of the line however and Braddock has had to work his way back. But that is exactly what he has done and now, with two big wins behind him, Braddock too prepares to earn himself a shot at championship gold. Both of these fighters are very big men though Dawson will be somewhat shorter than Braddock. Dawson is no slouch on his feet but Braddock absolutely excels going toe to toe and I’m not sure anyone would bet on Dawson’s chin holding out for too long. Dawson has shown a competent and developing ground game however and this could be where we see him aim to take the fight as Braddock has been shown up on a few occasions in that area. Braddock still maintains a perfect record of KO’s in his victories and with only five losses to his name, he will likely be coming into this fight as a decent favourite despite Dawson’s impressive form. Whoever does manage to get their arm raised here and earn a shot, one thing that cannot be questioned is that it was certainly earned the hard way and either one of these warriors would make an exceptional challenger and perhaps even a future champion. (#10) Hijack “Smash” Dabutt (9-5, 275lbs) vs. (NR) “The Real Deal” Stojan Kostic (11-3, 173lbs) Hijack Dabutt returns after a very tough debut fight against Mitsugu Takeishi in which he was TKO’d in just over a minute of the first round. Not the best start for the former LoL tournament fighter in his new home and especially considering it was the first bout under new management but it certainly must be acknowledged the level of competition faced on first encounter. Tonight he’ll get the opportunity to be open the doors to newcomer Stojan Kostic, an ex island fighter who himself will be fighting for the first time under new management. Kostic took the Island by storm early on by going undefeated in twelve fights and capturing the IFA welterweight title in the process. Lately however his form has dipped and Kostic comes into the WVTFL on a three fight losing streak and looking to revitalise his career once more. Kostic is a submission machine and will be a real danger on the ground despite Dabutt’s solid ground game himself. Dabutt in turn is a KO machine and with over one-hundred pounds in weight on Kostic, anything that lands is going to be felt around the arena. The big question is whether Kostic can get the big man on his back and then keep him there. If he can, he stands a good chance of getting his hand raised in his first outing here. (#13) Chief “Little” Foot (11-8, 275lbs) vs. (#18) Ake “Sumozilla” Bono (6-0, 300lbs) A massive test tonight for the undefeated “Sumozilla” Ake Bono as he takes on heavyweight striker and current #11 Chief Foot. Foot has been impressive for the most part since arriving here and has managed a 3-1 record so far with his only loss coming from current #2 Mitsugu Takeishi. His most recent bout was a superb second round TKO win over former Top 10 Hamish McTavish. Foot showed incredible resilience in that one to come through the first round after getting taken down and rocked on the ground. Tonight he’ll face Ake Bono who has just managed to break into the Top 20 at #17 after a string of victories over the lower and mid roster fighters. Currently 6-0, Bono has not only defeated everyone put in front of him but has also managed to finish them by submission. Now he faces he biggest challenge to date as he takes on a much more experienced opponent. Chief Foot has been around a lot longer than Bono and will have a big advantage in training time and experience. Anywhere else, match up’s like these would usually be considered unfair but with Bono’s current form and recent performances, there really isn’t any other option for him but to take a step up and see just what he is made off. There is really only one way this fight is going to go. Either Bono gets the take down or he doesn’t and depending on which is how much his chances go up or down. Foot has so far shown big power in his stand up and has taken out some big opponents. Bono does not have the skills to match him there. Bono needs this fight on the ground at all cost. Can he do it or is this just a step too far for the MMA newcomer? Inspektor Dee (5-3, 245lbs) vs. (#14) Paea Talanoa (12-7, 280lbs) Having had things his own way over at TAFC for most part of the year, Inspektor Dee suffered his first loss in six fights during his WVTFL debut to Carlos Ruas. Now, in his return, he faces another extremely tough match up this time to grappler Paea Talanoa Talanoa has only just come off of a loss to Dee’s stable mate Fanta Coco and this could be playing on his mind as he goes into this one. Despite Dee’s Brown belt in BJJ, he will still be a good few steps behind on the ground as Talanoa is one of those rare breed with a Red belt. A strong submission game obviously follows with Talanoa posting an above 90% finish rate in his victories. Still, if Dee can follow the blueprint left by his teammate Coco he stands a good chance of navigating this tricky heavyweight submission master. If not, expect Talanoa to take improve on his current placing of #9 in the Power Rankings. (#8) Anthony “The Animal” Griffith (15-10, 265lbs) vs. (NR) Ickey “Who Dey” Woods (14-10, 124lbs) By this time the vacant WVTFL championship will have been crowned and Anthony Griffith no doubt pondering what could have been should he had defeated John Braddock in a number one contender match up previously. The fight started fast and brutal with both fighters leaving their marks on each other but as the round wore on it was Braddock’s heavy shots that started to have the bigger effect. Close to the end of the first, Griffith was TKO’d by a punch and knee combo and with it, his shot at the gold. Now on a rebuilding mission, he takes on natural strawweight fighter Ickey Woods who returns after a hard fought decision loss to Boss Yonic. Previous to that, Woods had a KO victory in his org debut. Neither fighter is a novice in any area but definitely they have their preferences and favoured skills. The biggest factor in this fight will be the massive weight difference between them. Griffith will tower over Woods and have some 140lbs on him meaning it would be fairly foolish to attempt to stand toe to toe if you were Woods. However, if Wood’s can use his speed advantage to good effect and get “The Animal” on the ground, he has a great shot at picking up a big win over a current Top 10 ranked WVTFL fighter Greg “The Gronk” Bell (15-22, 300lbs) vs. Orc Mismash (9-11, 310lbs) An exciting match up between two massive super heavyweight fighters. Greg Bell will have the edge in experience and time in the game while Mismash has probably the better all round skill set. Mismash has a good record of KO’s to his name which might concern Bell’s supporters considering his granite chin hasn’t been so granite for quite sometime now however, Mismash himself has been quite prone in that area also and so we might see Bell try to get him down and unleashes some ground and pound. Richie Fortune (7-5, 220lbs) vs. “I Weigh” One Fortytwo (10-16, 142lbs) Making his WVTFL debut is Richie Fortune, a natural light-heavyweight from Manchester, England. This will be Fortunes forth change of management prompting rumours that he is difficult to work with. He’ll be taking on One Fortytwo who has really struggled since arriving here and is still looking to pick up his first win after three fights. Likely to be a stand up fight, Fortytwo will need to be at his very best if he is to overcome almost 80lbs in weight difference and Fortunes current perfect record of KO’s to victories. Ignatius Thistlewhite (11-17, 152lbs) vs. “The” Chad Yonic (4-2, 160lbs) Thistlewhite returns after picking up his first victory in four fights since arriviing here and he’ll be taking on Chad Yonic who in turn has just suffered his first loss after an impressive start. Thistlewhite the more experienced fighter and arguably the better stand up, Yonic the better ground fighter and younger hungry up and comer. This should be a real war and definitely a fight to watch out for. Michael MP (9-11, 274lbs) vs. Johnny “Rotten” Lydon (8-10, 205lbs) With a dismal run of form now seemingly behind him, Michael MP returns to the cage on a two fight win steak and meets Johnny Lydon who made a successful debut in his new home and under new management. In nine victories, MP has managed nine KO’s and will no doubt be looking to continue this trend in this one. Most of these have come from the ground however.

  14. Man... I might get some heat for this...But, you've been part of the game for like 3 days....The last thing you should be doing is starting an org. I'm not here to crush your dreams or drag you down. But, an org is the most time consuming, money draining aspect of the game you can take on. I'm also confused on what your doing. Are you a 325k org? cuz, all the fighters you have signed now are like 349k builds. Not to mention, how are you funding this? You have like $5k in your company bank and not even $1k in your manager bank. So, how are you going to sign fighters and book a venue to host a fight? An org is not something you just start up one day and bam shit happens. Like I said, I may take heat. And I'm not really hear to bash you. I'm just saying this might not be the best option for you at the moment

  15. This is one of the best ideas ever. Congratulations. I would only argue that the benefit should be significantly smaller than a third daily training session because this would skew even more the playing field in favour of older/rich managers. IMO if you get a couple more sessions on the week it would already draw major interest.

  17. Of course not, but sometimes things have taken an extra couple weeks...sometimes an extra month and not always something I could control....the difference is communication with the situation. For instance I’m willing to say that most people that are talking about all these changes. If we were told 2 months ago something was going to be implemented and Mike between then and now would have posted something saying why it’s taking longer , but hey I am working on this and that. We would be far more forgiving knowing he’s working on it and why it’s taking longer.....so when a month goes by. Post a little something explaining the situation and if another month we later nothing has happened give a better explanation of the situation. In the end it’s communication. Just like managers like to get from orgs. Hey I’m sorry I haven’t gotten your fighter a fight and your about 4 days from your inactivity clause. But, I’m waiting on this fight to happen so you can face the winner. Or whatever. Far more forgiving and less likely to click that leave org button when the clause hits.

  18. It would be a tick option for orgs to use, just like the one for no training.... send a contract that is specifically for tourneys and tick the auto accept fight options. Once a fighter accepts the contract, when they are offered a fight it will automatically accept it, similar to when the QFC tourney is ran. That way if manager goes inactive the fight can still happen.

  19. I personally would give 2 shits in his new bathroom , maybe 3....But, I get that... and like I said, no one really knows whats going on. Like I don't know if people directly get in touch with Mike asking these things, until you mention you have. I don't know what he's personally working on that is for the game, I don't know if he's feeding us a line of shit or if he is for real working on things and they are taking longer. I deal with customers on a daily basis, selling them beverages for their stores. Sometimes I have things going on and tell them this is what I got going on and this is when I plan on doing it....that time comes and I am not able to get done what I was trying to. But, I do explain the situation and I do end up getting it done, just not always when I planned. But, yes the difference is communication of whats going on, and then eventually some results. So, maybe if he's working on multiple things, he could at least launch 1 of them and explain that he's got something else coming soon. So, I do agree with the communication and the fact that if you say something is coming in a certain time, that something needs to happen or communicate to us why it hasn't
    1 point
  20. The why is because the game as it stands is a great game. You can spend as much time as you want depending on what you want to do. There are tons of options regardless of what we want to see changed. When the changes happen we will be happy about it. Until then, we are happy enough about what we have now and the fact that it doesn't cost a fortune out of pocket to participate in it. Think about how much money you could spend on some of these phone app games, or how much you have to spend to be competitive or enjoy it. This game literally cost you next to nothing for a full year of whatever enjoyment you want out of it.

  21. Look, all I'm saying is...does anyone really know what he is or isn't doing? Instead of bashing the guy on the forums about what he is or isn't doing. If it is truly that big of an issue and we know that he's at least reading emails...Why don't you take the time to personally message him and just say "Hey Mike, whats going on with the game...you making any progress with updates for the game?" I wouldn't be surprised if this game isn't his only job, I don't think there are enough paying customers to keep paying all his bills, we don't know his personal situation. He probably has 2 jobs, on top of being a family man. He might not even pay that close attention to all these different forum topics, so he could be missing out on a lot of conversations that deal with him. Probably just see's all the guys making their personal opinions on what improvement should happen and which are most important and such. That's all I'm saying. I would love to see some changes take place, when they do I'll be excited and happy.

  22. Do any of you truly know what Mike is up to? Do you know him in person? Do you work side by side with him? I'm only saying/asking this because though you might "THINK" he's not working on stuff or being active, do you truly know this? Just because nothing new has launched or changed, does this mean he's not working on anything new behind the scene? I mean...I had a major issue with one of my events last week where my arena didn't get booked for the event and in the middle of the week it disappeared, so all those fights weren't going to happen. I contacted Mike and a day later he deleted the event and I was able to book my venue again. Then when I was setting production/advertising again I noticed my hype dropped from like 225 or whatever to like 164...That would have F'ed me equally. I messaged him and he fixed that. Saturday came and both events took place, problem solved thanks to Mike. I'm not a programmer, I don't know how easy or had it is to program changes. Probably for someone who knows how to do it, it's easy, but maybe he's working on stuff and testing it out to make sure the changes don't screw up the current game system/workings. Maybe he isn't doing a damn thing, maybe he's out banging hookers with our money. I don't know. Just saying does anyone truly know what he's up to to keep on bashing him for not having changes made yet?

  26. PSE 265lbs+ Grand Prix Quarter-Finals (1st June 2019) Alan Odrobny (13-3) vs. Heitor Machado (10-6) Group A winner Alan Odrobny takes on 4th Place Group B fighter Heitor Machado Alan Odrobny came in as a complete unknown and after losing his very first bout in the first round has since go on to become one of the most surprising fighters in the tournament. Using his heavy clinch based approach to winning, Odrobny has racked up a record of 13-3 on his way to the play-offs and will now get set to see just how far he can take this surprise run. With big wins already over the likes of Amanda Nunes, Johannes Boe, Alf Konrad and his opponent tonight, Heitor Machado, Odrobny can definitely not be overlooked at this point Facing him tonight is BJJ Brown Belt Heitor Machado who has done well to make it this far in the opinion of many who follow these tournaments. In both rounds, Machado has been the last to qualify from the groups stages though it can’t really be claimed that he has struggled. Both times he has done so relatively comfortably but he has definitely picked up a few more losses along the way than some of the more favoured fighters remaining at this point. In fact, during the second round phase, Machado lead the group for some weeks before a drop in form during his final two bouts led him to sliding down into the fourth and last qualifying spot. Still, at this point all that matters is making it to the play-offs as truly anything can and does happen from here. As already mentioned, Odrobny does have a victory already over Machado but to be fair, that was at the very beginning of the tournament and Machado has developed his wrestling quite a bit since that time. In contrast, Odrobny looks to be pretty much the same old fighter as when he started and you have to wonder if that will become a factor as these final weeks roll by. Odrobny is still the much better fighter on the feet but it isn’t anywhere near the advantage as Machado has over him on the ground. Odrobny has also struggled against ground fighters and all three of his losses in this tournament (four if you include his results outside) have come from the floor. Of course you could argue the same for Machado who has lost twice as many times as Odrobny and has suffered five KO losses in six. Odrobny will be the favourite in this fight no question but there is a feeling that Machado has evolved enough as a fighter to make this a very different encounter from their first. Amanda Nunes (14-2) vs. Hugues Dupont (13-2-1) Second in Group A Amanda Nunes faces off against 3rd Place in Group B, Hugues Dupont Like Alan Odrobny, Amanda Nunes came seemingly out of nowhere and took a firm grasp on the tournament early on. Nunes was among a small handful of fighters to go undefeated during the first round and it wasn’t until the third week of the second round where Nunes’ streak finally ended when it ran into Odrobny. At this point it has come out that Nunes’ management team were being coached by none other than the no.1 manager in the tycoonsphere, Alex K and that there had been a disagreement over game planning in the Odrobny fight. Nunes manager blamed Alex K and from there they went there separate ways and the question then became; had camp Nunes learned enough to go out on their own? An injury suffered in the Odrobny match up hampered the return fight but from there, Nunes went on quite an incredibly run that included a couple of wins whilst gripped by injury, something previous thought to be almost impossible. Finishing strong with a five fight streak, Nunes finished in second place and only one point behind group leader Alan Odrobny Tonight he’ll take on Hugues Dupont who will have the distinction of being the last fighter to lose his undefeated tag in the tournament. For Dupont, it wasn’t even until the sixth week of the second round that he finally fell. Up until that point, Dupont had been a keen hunter of submissions and had always done, at the very least, enough to pick up points. Such was the competitiveness of Group B however, two tough losses in a row made sure that Dupont would not be going through to the play-offs as Group winner and a third place finish being the best he would end up with. Heading into the match up, things look set to follow a very likely course of action. Dupont will attempt to get the very dangerous brawler Nunes off of his feet whilst Nunes will give it his all not to let that happen. Historically, Nunes has not actually had much problem dealing with wrestlers with his only two losses being to strikers but whether he has faced a wrestler from a proven camp like Dupont is up for debate. Nunes has also developed a strong defensive grappling skill set and while it isn’t likely to hold up indefinitely against the likes of Dupont, it might just give him enough time to stall for a stand up or even get back to his feet. Dupont on the other hand is still very much a novice on the feet and will be extremely vulnerable to the KO power of Nunes. Due to his skill set too, he may also be somewhat predictable though his camp does have a history of excellent use of tactics in a fight. Nunes will come in as favourite though not by much as this one really could be seen going to either of them. Nunes is in the better form though and hasn’t struggled like many strikers against wrestlers so far in this tournament. For those reasons, Nunes might just have a great chance of making it further. Okino Naruhiko (14-2) vs. Alf Konrad (9-7) Group B’s runner up Okino Naruhiko takes on third place Alf Konrad. At the start of the second phase, I had picked Okino Naruhiko to top the group but after back to back losses to both Kyle Cruz and Heitor Machado, Naruhiko spent the remainder of his campaign playing catch up in what turned out to be an incredibly competition top half. Despite winning every other match aside from those two, in the end Naruhiko had to settle for second place. Still, all that matters is qualifying and in that regard Naruhiko did so pretty comfortably. He’ll take on Alf Konrad who has flown somewhat under the radar here having been in the shadow of other well performing fighters during the second phase and has done incredibly well to exceed his very incorrect prediction of a 9th place finish. In fact, Konrad seems to have only gotten better as the tournament goes on despite not making any real obvious improvements to his overall game. His final form of the last round was definitely a big factor in his qualification with four KO wins out of five and his only loss coming to hard hitting brawler Amanda Nunes. On to the match up and it really does look as though despite all of his hard work to get this far, the only chance he has here is a punchers one. Still only possessing a woeful level of wrestling, it’s unlikely that he would have enough about him to stop the inevitable take down attempt from Naruhiko and once on the ground you can bet the house that he will not get another chance on his feet. No sir, his only chance here is to strike first, strike hard and no mercy! Both fighters are in great form currently and both have perfect percentages of finishes in their victories. Konrad definitely has the ability to clean Naruhiko’s clock and vice versa on the ground for Naruhiko. The only problem here is that it would seem more difficult to stay standing when you don’t have any wrestling to keep it there. Is this the end of the road for Konrad? Johannes Boe (9-7) vs. Victor Sluaghter (13-3) First up we have Group A fourth place fighter Johannes Boe taking on number one Group B fighter Victor Slaughter. Johannes Boe will very likely be considered one of the weakest fighters to make the final play-offs and after his form during the last half of the second phase, it would be hard to argue. Boe just scrapped through after defeating injured Patrick O’Phoenix in his final bout of the round and took advantage of Daniel Bradshaw’s loss to Amanda Nunes to leapfrog him right at the last hurdle. Coming in with a 9-7 record, Boe has definitely exceeded expectations to reach this far in the tournament as he was, perhaps unkindly, predicted an 8th place finish for the second phase so he should definitely be very proud of that. However, his form of late might be something of a concern to him with three first round KO’s in his last five fights almost meaning that he didn’t make it here. His opponent Victor Slaughter will be coming in after a dominant second phase in Group B. Finishing his scheduled fights with only one loss out of nine and ahead of his closest rival by a clear three points, many people would be betting on Slaughter to win this tournament outright. Of course, in the knockout stages, anything can happen but with finish wins over the likes of Kyle Cruz and Hugues Dupont, no one can deny just how good he is looking right now. In terms of match up, Slaughter will no doubt be the overwhelming favourite on paper but there is still an element of big danger for him as his striking is at best abysmal and Boe clearly has the power and ability to take him out should he get the chance. Boe has been somewhat of a mixed bag during this tournament but struggling with grapplers hasn’t been a huge issue to him. In fact, the majority of his losses where to strikers. Boe has defeated a decent amount of grapplers so far but whether he has faced someone on the level of Slaughter? Well, that’s debatable. Slaughter is on a murderous rampage right now and should he get Boe on the floor he is likely to grind him straight up. Looking very dangerous on the ground and capable of either beating you up or tapping you out, Boe would stand no chance in that department. Can he pull of an upset here? The bookies think not.

  28. I've been around a few years now and this has always been my complaint. It's not changing. I (c'mon, let's be real: my dad) bought a new 4100 sq ft house 28 APR; in the last 30 days, we've: torn out all the carpet and subflooring and replaced them with hardwood; re-sided the house; replumbed all three bathrooms; and cleaned over 15 years worth of grime and filth off almost everything. I doubt he's still working on the bathroom. As long as he keeps running The Island at a reasonable frequency, I'll be back... probably. This was the first year someone took extreme multi fuckery to The Island, so it might be time to quit playing the game until Mike feels like being an active part of it again. I already quit giving him my money and only go VIP when someone else wants pays for it (exchange, VIP agreements) when it became obvious he was more interested in fighting with me about how "cartoony" my custom avatars were rather than dealing with cheaters.

  30. Please nooooo clinch takedowns. Stupid stat. Might as well start sepperating clinch punch tech too so balance out striker vs grappler otherwise just making ANOTHER wrestling stat grapplers have to have. Takedowns are universal. That's just common sense. Your clinchwork ability dictates how effective your takedowns are from that/those positions. Absolutely no need to make it a seperate statistic. If desperate for another MMA stat go with footwork and make it a boxing or a circuit stat that impacts both offensive and defensive striking effeciency, and have training punch tech, striking def, and boxing sparring boost footwork very moderately.

  32. I wouldn't touch this org with a 10 foot pole. Nothing worse than signing a contract, owner quitting because he had no clue what he was doing and just disappears, then having to wait for the inactivity clause to kick in. No thanks.

  33. The key is communication from the guy who ownes/makes updates/changes to the game. He is quick to respond to messages as i imagine he logs on most days to see whats what in that regard. The problem is when owning/running a online game is a lot of work & at the end of the day its paying the bills(i assume, if not then its probably time to sell it) so it should be a priority & it doesnt seem like it is right now. Escapes seem to have been a problem ever since i started the game(2017) & they only just got sorted afew week ago
