ITFL Week 2 Review Pt. 1

The International Team Fighting League kicked off week 2 of its action on March 30th, 2013 live from the Hard Knocks arena in London, England. Big matches were set as the two teams tied for Group B’s lead squared off as Team TFP Graphics took on Team Syndicate Nutrition. Also in Group B action, Team Kaiser faced off against Team Misfits as these two teams try to stay out of the cellar. Group A action saw two of the top 3 ranked teams in last week’s power rankings go head to head, as Team Reaper Combat-wear took on the team favorites Dinooo’s Donkey’s. Last but not least, we saw Team Aces of Spades Nutrition take on last place team Hells Balls. Let’s have a look at some of the fight re-caps!

Rage Blade (29-15-2) vs. Pete Damato (19-15)

Our first fight of the night saw Rage Blade take on Pete “Hands of Stone” Damato. Both these fighters came out looking to bang right from the opening bell, and it was clear early that this fight had no chance at going to the ground. Damato looked like he might make it interesting very early in the fight, as Blade got sloppy lunging in with a right hand and ate a straight right hand counter for his troubles that opened a up a cut on him. Fortunately for Rage Blade, he tightened up his boxing and started to pick Damato apart by pushing a tough pace. At around the 2 minute mark of round 1, Blade landed a nice uppercut which really rocked Pete, about 30 seconds later he landed another devastating uppercut which floored him. Blade showed great patience by forcing his opponent to get back to his feet and very soon after landed an overhand right, followed up by a few strikes and “Hands of Stone’s” night came to an end.

Blade def. Damato by 1st round TKO

Edward Richtofen (6-0) vs. Latka Gravas (21-12-1)

Our next fight is one I was definitely looking forward too, as these two fighters exchanged some pretty nasty words before the fight. Richtofen is quoted as saying he would tear his eyeballs out and eat them, shit them in his mouth, resuscitate him with a defibulator just to hammer-fist his face into play-dough. That’s some pretty disgusting shit right there, I think Richtofen is in need of a psyche evaluation and ITFL is willing to foot the bill for the safety of the rest of its fighters. Both fighters came out looking to try to back the other fighter up which led to some pretty good back and forth action early. Richtofen was able to get the clinch position around the 1 minute mark of the 1st round and dominated the rest of the round from that position even rocking his opponent late in the round. Gravas did have some good moments in the clinch, even landing an elbow over the top that opened up a cut right before the end of the round but it was Richtofen who won the round in the eyes of the judges. Round 2 looked pretty identical to round 1 except Richtofen took the fight to the clinch immediately this time, and spent about 5 minutes beating Gravas up against the cage. Latka knew he needed a finish in round 3 and landed a few nice shots early in the round but it was Richtofen who ended the fight with a straight left hand, with some follow up GNP and the referee dove in for the save.

Richtofen def. Gravas by 3rd round TKO

Ogmundur Girsurrson (11-2) vs. Toby Diaby (25-10)

From the opening bell it was clear this fight was going to be about which fighter could dictate where the fight took place. Girsurrson came out early landing heavy blows that were clearly making Diaby uncomfortable, and Diaby looked to take the fight to the ground early because of it. He landed his first takedown about 40 seconds into the round, but Girsurrson did a good job avoiding damage and quickly scrambled back to his feet. Diaby quickly got the fight back down to the ground, but once again Girsurrson did a good job at avoiding damage, and again scrambled back to his feet. Ogmundur pushed the pace on the feet for the rest of the round, landing a nice 3 punch combination right before the end of the round that rocked Diaby, who was lucky to be saved by the bell. Unfortunately it didn’t do him much good because Girsurrson came out early in round 2 landing a big head kick that rocked Diaby, and followed it up with a nasty uppercut that ended the fight.

Girsurrson def. Diaby by 2nd round KO

Dan Smith (17-5) vs. Garrick Ballantyne (21-14)

Our next fight saw two very skilled strikers square off as Garrick Ballantyne squared off against Dan Smith. Round 1 started and saw Dan Smith come out aggressive, and swinging with bad intentions, and it didn’t take him long to land a right hand that rocked Ballantyne, and he quickly finished up with a straight right hand down the middle that put Ballantyne out cold, what a brutal knockout that was, wow!

Smith def. Ballantyne by 1st round KO

Jeremy Voda (10-6) vs. Bam Boon 1 (12-7)

In week 1 of our tournament, Jeremy Voda was able to pull off the upset of the week and received a $50,000 bonus for his efforts. This week, he looked to continue his surprising run in ITFL by defeating a man who was very vocal going into this tournament. The bell rung and they were under way, and it was clear from the get-go that Voda wanted no part of standing and banging with Bam Boon, as he desperately attempted to get this fight to the ground early. Boom was doing a good job pouring on the pressure, and stuffing takedown attempt after takedown attempt early in the round, but Voda did manage to get a trip takedown into side control 3 minutes into the round and ride out top control to finish round 1. Early in round 2, Voda was able to counter a leg kick with a shoot takedown and began to work away with his ground strikes. After dropping back for a leg, Boon 1 was able to get on top but made the mistake of sitting in the guard of a superior jiu-jitsu practioner and he paid the price for it.

Voda def. Boon 1 by 2nd round armbar

Jax Teller (10-4) vs. Viktor Kafka (18-9-1)

Our main card kicked off with two promising fighters in their mid-twenties trying to get into the win column in our tournament. Both fighters came out looking hungry from the start of the fight, and it was easy to tell this 1 was going to be a close fight. Kafka started the fight as the aggressor, coming forward with head punches and leg kicks. He was also looking to get this fight to the ground early. After a nice combination from Teller opened up a cut on Viktor, he countered a clinch attempt with a double leg into half-guard. He didn’t do much damage from the position but was able to stay active and remain on top for the majority of the first round, easily winning the round in the eyes of the judges. Viktor was able to land another takedown thirty seconds into the 2nd round, but this time he was not able to keep the top position very long, as Teller scrambled and got on top. Kafka was able to avoid damage, and force the ref to stand these two back up. Teller out-struck Kafka the rest of the way, taking the fight into the clinch briefly. Kafka was able to break quickly but not before eating a nice elbow from in close. A close round, but the announcer’s cage side scored it for Jax Teller. In round 3, it was Teller who was able to instigate the grappling pinning his opponent up against the cage in order to work his thai-clinch. He was able to hold the fight there, for about 3 minutes before swatting away a takedown attempt. Kafka was able to get a takedown and keep the fight on the ground for the last minute of the fight, but it wasn’t enough in the judge’s eyes as the fight was awarded to Teller.

Teller def. Kafka by Majority Decision

Thomas Billington (23-13-2) vs. Richard Lightfoot (18-7-1)

The next fight on our main-card saw the first match-up in the highly anticipated team battle between Dinooo’s Donkey’s and Reaper Combat-wear. Billington came out the starting gate as the aggressor, really pushing a fast pace early in this fight. Richard Lightfoot was able to instigate the clinch around the 1 minute mark of the round, and these two warriors traded shots back and forth in close for the most of what was a very close 1st round. Lightfoot came out a little more active early in round 2, and found himself on his ass for his troubles as Billington was successful with a double leg takedown into guard. It didn’t take him long to dive into side-control and then Lightfoot was really in trouble. Thomas was able to ride out the top position for the rest of the round. He never landed any devastating blows, but certainly did enough to even the fight at 1 round a piece. Lightfoot came out early in the 3rd round looking like the fresher fighter, as he picked Billington apart on the feet for the first 90 seconds of the round before pushing him against the cage in the clinch position. Lightfoot was able to remain there for the rest of the round, as he worked over his opponent from in close, pulling off a win in a very close fight.

Lightfoot def. Billington by 29-28 Unanimous Decision

Luka Beck (15-4-1) vs. Artie Lange (15-8-1)

The 3rd fight on our main-card saw two fighters from the same camp square off in a fight that would give 1 manager bragging rights for his fighter. Luka Beck started the fight trying to walk his opponent down with a lot of head punches and leg kicks. He was landing a decent percent of his strikes early on, and that helped set up his takedown 90 seconds into the round. Lange did a nice job avoiding most of the ground and pound thrown by Beck and the ref stood the fight up after another 90 seconds. Lange started to score with some nice counter shots the rest of the round, but it wasn’t enough to sway the judge’s opinion and Beck went up 1-0. Beck came out as the aggressor in round 2, but Lange again was doing a nice job of countering Beck’s strikes even landing with a nice 4 punch combination. Beck dominated the round though, with his octagon control and landing more strikes then his opponent and we went into the 3rd round with Lange needing to finish the fight. Luka instigated the clinch early in the 3rd round. The two men battled back and forth against the cage for close to two minutes, when Lange was finally able to escape and get back to striking at a distance. The two traded strikes back and forth right up until the final bell, in a close round the ring-side announcer’s gave to Artie Lange. That wasn’t enough to win him the fight though, and he came out complaining about the judges after the fight.

Beck def. Lange by 29-28 Unanimous Decision

Dakota Royer (29-12) vs. Katsuro Sato (18-8)

In our co-main event of the evening former Ascension middleweight champion Dakota Royer took on ADCC world champion Katsuro Sato. The bell rang for round 1, and the fight was under-way and Sato came out as the aggressor looking to get this fight to the ground early. He dropped down with a powerful takedown into guard early in the 1st round and was able to keep the dominant position for close to 2 minutes of the round when the ref finally stood the fight up due to lack of activity. Sato was working his striking pretty well, eating only a couple counter shots on his way to another takedown right at the 4 minute mark of the round. Katsuro was able to hold the top position for the last 60 seconds of the round, and went up with a clear 10-9 round 1. The 2nd round saw Sato come out and again try to get this fight to the ground, but this time Royer was able to keep the fight standing, landing damaging counter blows that opened up a cut on his opponent. With 30 seconds left in round 2, Royer landed a nice right hand that opened up Sato’s cut even worse, and he quickly got the fight to the ground to protect it. Royer clearly won round 2, and we entered the final round with the fight up for grabs. Both fighters traded shots on the feet for the entirety of round 3, as Royer was able to keep the fight on the feet. He also was able to land the heavier shots, and out-strike his opponent on the way to a close decision victory.

Royer def. Sato by 29-28 Unanimous Decision

Boy Bubby (11-3-1) vs. Tito Hopkins (31-10)

In our main event of the evening, we had another pivotal match-up in the Team Dinooo’s Donkey’s vs. Team Reaper Combat-wear showdown. Boy Bubby came out landing body shots early in round 1, and did a nice job setting up a takedown into Hopkins guard. Tito was able to avoid damaging blows by Bubby and landed a beautiful switch into full mount. After 1 brutal shot from mount, Boy Bubby found himself in real trouble, just showing how powerful Hopkins hits. He was able to recover his senses, and eventually get back to half-guard where he forced the ref to stand the fight up. The two fighters exchanged shots, with Bubby landing a nice head kick, and securing another takedown to finish the round. Round 2 started with a brutal head kick knockdown by Bubby, and he followed Hopkins to full-mount. At 1 point, he tried to secure an arm-triangle but decided instead to retain the dominant position and made the right choice as he pounded Tito Hopkins out a few seconds later. A brutal finish, and another impressive victory for this young fighter.

ITFL Review – Week 2 Part 2

Welcome fight fans, my apologies for the delay. Our 2nd event took place at the Camden Conference Center and for the first time ever, the last hour of our card was brought to you live on pay-per view. We are very proud to announce the numbers as we sold over 25,000 units on our first try so congratulations to all the fighters and managers who took part in the this great feat. Let’s have a look at how this card went down…

I.P. Daily (8-6) vs. Kron Gracie (25-19)

I.P. Daily took on BJJ ace Kron Gracie to open up our card, and Gracie was desperately hoping to put his team on the scorecard as they come into part 2 of our weekend down 3-0 from the first event. Daily came out the first round as the aggressor, using his elite boxing skills to pepper his opponent and keep him on the outside of his range in hopes to prevent Kron from getting this fight to the ground. Daily was able to stuff all takedown attempts by Kron in round 1, and really overwhelmed him with strikes never allowing Gracie to find his range. Kron showed a good chin and some big heart by recovering from a brutal head kick that floored him with a minute left in the 1st round. Kron was able to find his range and land a few strikes early in round 2, which helped set up a nice takedown a little over a minute into the round. Daily did a really nice job avoiding damage and was able to create some distance and scramble back to his feet, where he continue to get off 1st and land more strikes then his opponent until another late takedown into side control from Gracie right before the end of the round. Gracie came into round 3 needing a finish, but unfortunately for him the night wasn’t going to turn out that way as Daily brutalized him on the feet and was able to keep the fight standing for the entirety of the round. With two big head kick knockdowns in the round Daily was sure he won the fight in the judge’s scorecards as the fight came to an end, jumping up on top the cage in celebration of his victory.

Daily def. Gracie by 30-27 Unanimous Decision

Andreas Reinhardt (12-10) vs. Levi James (4-4)

Our next fight was the final match-up in the Team Aces vs. Team Hells Balls Nutrition showdown and Levi James was the last hope at preventing another sweep against his team in week 2. The bell rang and the fight got underway, Reinhardt was immediately able to get the fight to the ground with a nice takedown into side control. The two fighters battled for control on the ground for a little over 3 minutes with Reinhardt mounting his opponent at one point, but James did a nice job avoiding damage and forcing the referee to step in and stand the fighters up. It was short-lived for James as he was almost immediately put on his ass again. This time however, he was able to get a sweep and get on top in his opponent’s closed guard. Reinhardt eventually got the butterflies and got back to his feet and the two traded shots on the feet to finish the round. Early in round 2, it was James who was able to secure the takedown this time. He wasn’t able to get his top game working and the ref stood the fight up. He had the same sequence of events happen a little later in the round, but was able to edge out his opponent in a very close round, and we entered the final frame with an even fight. Both fighters came out early in round 3 looking to take this fight, but it was Reinhardt who closed the distance and clinched with his opponent, eventually landing another takedown into guard. That proved to be a bad move on his part, as he found himself tapping out to a beautiful triangle choke around 60 seconds later and James was able to help his team avoid another sweep.

James def. Reinhardt by 3rd round Submission (Triangle)

Karl Thomas (19-7) vs. Jan Dudek (21-5-1)

Up next is a fight I was really looking forward to this week, as these two strikers were sure to stand and trade. As the 1st round got underway, it was Thomas who came out the aggressor looking to work his devastating MT game, by attacking his opponent’s legs. A little over a minute into the round, Dudek got tired of eating leg kicks and instigated the clinch position. These two fighters would remain there for the full round as Thomas tried to work his thai game with knees, and Dudek tried to dirty-box his opponent. In round 2, Dudek was able to do a better job checking the leg kicks early and finding his range a little better in this round even out-striking his opponent until he once again closed the distance and instigated the clinch position. Thomas was not able to get his knees working in this round and Dudek out-pointed his opponent on the way to winning round 2. Karl Thomas rushed out to start round 3 and immediately pushed his opponent against the cage. Much like in round 2 though, Dudek was able to out-point his opponent with his dirty boxing and at the end of 3 rounds it looked like he pulled off a tight decision victory.

Dudek def. Thomas by 29-28 Unanimous Decision

Dan Leighty (14-5-1) vs. Kauno Kaalikorva (29-14)

In our 4th fight of the card, Team Syndicate Nutrition turned to 1 of their studs in Dan Leighty to get them on the scorecard in hopes to turn this team match-up around, as they come into the event down 2-0. Both fighters came out swinging to start the opening round, and this 1 looked like it was going to be a crowd pleaser. This fight was a contrast of styles as Leighty really looked to utilize his MT game with lots of leg and body kicks. He was finding a lot of success with those strikes, as his opponent tried to find his range with his boxing game. Kaalikorva also tried two takedown attempts to mix things up, as he was having a hard time getting into range to land his strikes at a distance. Leighty landed a really nice jab with around 30 seconds left in the fight which really rocked Kauno, and he eventually followed up with such a brutal head kick knockout with 1 second left in the fight. Let’s listen to the reaction from the announcer’s cage-side as they watched this unfold…”Kaalikorva gets hit by the mother of all head kicks and drops to the canvas in a crumpled heap! Woooow, the Internet is going to be talking about this one for weeks!” A very entertaining fight that ended with a brutal knockout, just how we like it here at ITFL. Team Syndicate gets themselves on the board.

Leighty def. Kaalikorva by 1st round KO

Sergei Skylar (18-3) vs. Deangelo J. Vickers (8-7)

The last fight on our undercard was another pivotal fight between Team Syndicate Nutrition and Team TFP Graphics, as Sergei Skylar looked to continue to prove to his opponents that size does not matter. The bell rang for round 1 and the fight got underway, and Skylar was able to get a quick trip takedown into his opponent’s guard. He quickly advanced to side control, which was a much more dominant position for him and would turn out to be a very bad position for his opponent. Skylar was able to work some brutal ground and pound from this position and after a couple of brutal elbows, Vickers had enough and the referee stepped in to save him and this fight was over. Another big win for the littlest guy in the tournament as he proves he’s a legitimate threat to the individual title.

Skylar def. Vickers by 1st round TKO

Constantine Barca (21-11) vs. Geralt of Ravia (12-2)

The opening fight on our main-card looked to be a good one, as we saw a top contender in Empire’s 185 division and BJJ black belt Constantine Barca square off against an elite MT fighter and vicious knockout artist in Geralt. Round 1 got underway, and Barca came out looking hungry which was a good sign after suffering his 1st career knockout loss the previous week. Geralt closed the distance and got the clinch around a minute into the fight, but Barca was able to quickly get his back off the cage and get back to striking at a distance. These two fighters went back and forth on the feet until Barca was able to land a nice takedown half-way through the round. He did a nice job avoiding the submission attempts from his opponent while landing some pretty effective strikes from guard top to secure a 10-9 1st round. Geralt started the 2nd round by picking his opponent apart from range, until an ugly left hook that missed saw him get put on his ass again by a nice counter takedown from Barca. Once again Barca was able to avoid the submission attempts while landing some nice ground and pound from the guard. Geralt did get a body lock reversal into full guard, and was able to land a few shots before Barca landed a beautiful switch into full mount. Geralt was able to scramble back to half-guard at one point, but he finished the round off his back but surprisingly the judges scored the round for Geralt of Ravia. We entered the final round in what we all thought would be a very close fight. In this round Geralt was able to keep the fight on the feet for the entire round and was able to out-strike his opponent all the way up until the final bell. Not sure what fight the judges were watching here as all 3 judges scored the fight the same.

Geralt def. Barca by 30-27 Unanimous Decision

Dryden Mitchell (28-11-1) vs. Frank Esposito (31-12)

Frank Esposito was the victim of the “upset of the week” in our 1st week of action when he was submitted by Jeremy Voda, so I was favoring him going into this match-up figuring he had an axe to grind. Round 1 got under way, and it was Mitchell who came out early trying to dictate the pace. Esposito was doing a nice job at defending most of Dryden’s strikes as he tried to land some leg kicks of his own. Mitchell landed a nice head kick that opened a cut up on Esposito a little over 2 minutes into the round. With a little over 90 seconds left in the first round, Frank Esposito was able to close the distance and instigated the clinch as he attempted to slow his opponent down some by leaning on him against the cage. The two fighters traded shots there until the end of the round, one that Esposito took in the eyes of the judges. Frank came out and instigated the clinch position much earlier in round 2, but this time it was Mitchell who was able to get the better of the position. The two fighters traded blows back and forth against the cage for almost 3 minutes of the round when Mitchell finally circled out and the two fighters were back to striking at a distance for the majority of the rest of the round. We entered the 3rd and final round even on the scorecards, and it was Mitchell who again came out the aggressor but his opponent was avoiding damage well and landing the better strikes for the first 90+ seconds of the round until he once again closed the distance and instigated the clinch position. These two warriors battle it out against the cage for the remainder of the round, and it was Esposito who came out the victor, getting himself on the scoreboard.

Esposito def. Mitchell 29-28 Unanimous Decision

Nick Fury (23-4) vs. Dragon Slayer (5-3-1)

Dragon Slayer came into this fight 1 of the biggest underdogs going into the week as he took on former CWFC champion and an elite striker in Nick Fury. As the 1st round got underway, Slayer was doing surprisingly well at range with Fury as he tried to push the pace and overwhelm his opponent with the fast start. The longer the fight wore on though, the clearer it became who the better striker was. Slayer did land a nice head kick that opened up a cut on his opponent, but he then instigated the clinch where his opponent was able to slow down the pace a little bit. A close 1st round but one the judges scored for Nick Fury. Early in round 2, Slayer again instigated the clinch position and again it turned out to be a bad move as his opponent out-worked him there for the entirety of the round, on his way to going up 2 rounds to 0 heading into the 3rd and final round. Fury came out landing at will in the 3rd round and it was pretty clear that Dragon Slayer had nothing left for his opponent and it would only be a matter of time until his opponent would be able to put him away. That moment came a little over a minute into the round as a straight right hand rocked Slayer, and Fury soon followed up with a vicious uppercut that left his opponent questioning where he was. Brutal knockout for Fury as he looks to get off to an early lead in the individual scoring of the tournament.

Fury def. Slayer by 3rd round KO

Pete Wentz (24-14) vs. Dennis Wise (23-8)

Up next was the co-main event of the evening as Dennis Wise looked to make it 2-0 in ITFL and 8 straight wins, when he took on Pete Wentz. This would be the 5th and final fight of the Team Dinooo’s vs. Team Reaper team match-up and these two teams came in tied at 2 fights a piece so everything was on the line going into this fight. Both these fighters showed how badly they wanted it right from the opening bell, as the two exchanged shots until Wentz scored with a trip takedown into half-guard. Wise did a good job avoiding damage and was able to force the ref to stand the fight up a little over a minute later. Again, Wentz was doing surprisingly well on the feet with the better striker until he set up another takedown into half-guard with a minute left in the round, and was able to maintain the top position for the remainder of round 1 to go up 1-0. Round 2 got underway, and this time it was Dennis Wise who instigated the grappling portion of the fight by pressing his opponent against the cage in the clinch. Wise worked over his opponent in close for the entire round to even up the fight. We entered round 3, tied 2 fights to 2, and 1 round apiece so this team match-up literally came down to the last 5 minutes. Dennis Wise came out landing early and often in round 3, and was clearly winning the round until Wentz landed a takedown to make things interesting just shy of the 3 minute mark. He kept the fight there for close to 2 minutes when the ref finally forced stand up with only seconds left on the clock. Dennis Wise again instigated the clinch position and we finished the fight with Wentz’ back against the cage. Close fight between two warriors.

Wise def. Wentz 29-28 Unanimous Decision

Tweedle Dee (21-5-1) vs. Karl Denke (24-7-1)

Our main event of the evening would be the 5th and final fight between Team Syndicate Nutrition and Team TFP Graphics. These two teams also came in tied at 2 fights a piece, and this would be the deciding fight in this week’s team match-up. Team Syndicate turned to another of their superstars in current Syndicate MW champion Tweedle Dee, as he took on long-time GAMMA fighter and former MW champion Karl Denke. Round 1 got underway, and Denke landed a nice combination right at the opening bell that opened up a cut over his opponent’s eye. After a missed combination from Dee, Karle Denke instigated the clinch position. That was okay with Dee though, as he out-pointed his opponent against the cage for the remainder of the round. Dee came out more aggressive in round 2 landing a lot of his strikes early on, which forced Denke to again try to instigate the clinch. Dee did a great job avoiding it and countered with a nice shoot takedown. He wasn’t able to inflict much damage and the ref was forced to stand the fight up around a minute later. Dee was landing the better strikes and controlling the center of the octagon for the next couple of minutes until he set up another shoot takedown into half-guard, where he stayed until the round ended. Denke went into the final frame knowing he’d need a finish if his team had any hope of winning the team-match up this week. Unfortunately that would not be the case, as Dee scored with yet another takedown a little over a minute into the final frame, and he would remain on top for the rest of the fight scoring a dominating decision victory in the eyes of the judges.

Dee def. Denke by 30-27 Unanimous Decision

Power Poll-Week Two

1. Reaper Combatwear: Reaper takes over the #1 spot with their razor thin victory over former #1, Dinooo's Donkeys.

2. Dinooo's Donkeys- Despite the loss, the Donkeys still claim a tie for first in the points race.

3. Syndicate Nutrition- Syndicate takes control of Group B with their win over TFP.

4. TFP- TFP loses a close match to Syndicate at home. Edward Richtofen is starting to look pretty scary, will probably be a beast as the tourney progresses.

5. Kaiser- Geralt of Ravia, Luka Beck and Jan Dudek all scored wins this week to lead Kaiser over the misfits. Luka Beck's post fight tip of the hat to TFP has seemed to rub Kaiser boss man Verbal Kint the wrong way.

6. Aces of Spades- The Aces won 4 of 5 in a dominating bounceback performance against Hell's Balls.

7. Misfits- T-Rex arms kept the misfits from setting proper sliders, a controversial decision that went against Artie Lange cost them the victory.

8. Hell's Balls- Levi James is the first member of HB to break through. He slapped a triangle on Rheinhardt late in the 3rd round for the win.

Fuse clearly paid the judges off to sway them to favor Beck. Everyone with vision saw who the real winner of Lange/Beck was.

This photo has surfaced after the event which clearly shows Fuse paying off the Athletic Commisioner.

Fuse clearly paid the judges off to sway them to favor Beck. Everyone with vision saw who the real winner of Lange/Beck was.

Hmm I think you can tell by the hand position that it's clearly the Athletic commission handing the money to Shortfuse, most likely got paid for trying to make the fight look competitive against such a canny fighter,

Tell me why we're friends again? Also I shouldn't question you when it comes to "hand position" since that's your field of expertise.

You got it all wrong, that's clearly Fuse recieving money from Lou (straight from the hairdresser)... that would also explain the mysterious shoutout lol.

I was just kidding with the breaking news thing of course, found it funny and thought i could make some sort of promo with it, wasn't pissed or something... guess i don't have to say that, but just to make sure.... :)

Dino was last seen sitting by the hospital bed of Tito Hopkins, apparently Hopkins still hasn't woken up since Bad Boy Buddy knocked him the fuck out.

Tito has visited hospital enough during his career he no longer needs me to hold his hand there anymore. Old age has caught up to him. Even though he sneezed on poor whatever your dudes name was and rocked him. I'll prolly retire Tito after his next fight. Since this is really the only thing i am gonna be focusing on. I am sure you guys will enjoy his replacement.

I was kinda pissed at the Wentz fight. I felt he won 1 and 3. Shit happens though can never figure out what the hell the judges are gonna do and i have the most pillow fisted fuckers ever in this. at least the replacement coming in has some power.

Las Manos Aribbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbaaaaaaaaaaaa!

The rest of the story......

"confirmed he received a phone call right before his fight, and orders from his boss that under no circumstances was he to knockout or seriously injury Artie Lange in anyway. Luka was still able to secure a unanimous decision victory despite the distraction, the short leash he was placed on by his manager, and the fear for his family. When asked about the situation, the police said that they cannot discuss an on-going investigation. That they were still searching for Christopher Bossman for questioning, and that the body believed to be him could not be confirmed until they found his head. The police also said that they are still searching for Mr. McDonnell for questioning, but that it is believed that he went underground."

"Things are not what they appear on the surface. I can't comment on this developing situation at this time, but it is believed that this is all an attempt to cover up Mr. McDonnell's clear violation of the unified rules by bribing the head of the athletic commission. The fact this has seemingly resulted in the murder of a longtime employee of Grace Industries LLC. is disturbing to say the least. We just hope these events don't cast a bad light on the tournament and that the participants can continue on without fear of what Mr. McDonnell could potentially do next. It seems we have all fallen under the contract of a man with a loose grip on reality."

Mr. Grace responds to the breaking news story. More information to be provided as this situation develops.
