Bleakardor Posted May 31, 2022 Report Share Posted May 31, 2022 The 135 division sees little change this week with the only move being from Pisswater moving up to the #2 contender spot after her victory over former champ Hunt who drops to #5. Hatter draws near his title debut against Sasaki while Natalia is primed to be the top contender after that fight. The 145 division finds a familiar face in the ranks as Sammy Jam pops back in at #5 after heated discussion with ownership about his future in the org. With the hatchet buried, Jam finds himself at #5 and looking to move up in the rankings. The 155 division sees little change as the champ improves to 9-0 after another impressive victory in the cage. Kamir picks up another win and moves up while Nyla drops all the way to #7 after the disappointing title challenge. Howlett is now the undisputed top contender and will get his chance to throw down with the Rak attack in hopes to avenge his only career loss and capture the elusive lightweight belt. Not much change in the 170 division. Horton captured the belt from Odimabesser and the record was not properly adjusted to reflect this. Man gets an impressive victory over Bogachev which moved him into the #3 spot while dropping Bogachev down to #7. Absolutely no change in the middleweight division this week. Just a note, Sawamura has found a new manager and has a fight booked. Great to see him continue with the org. East is knocking on the door of his title contention after a great victory over Glover. The 205 saw a big change in the top 5 as veteran Bill Smif took a loss to Kai. Kai has since departed Bellicose for more training time and a few sparring fights as he develops his game to bounce back and compete. Smif only drops to #5 and will no doubt bounce right back up with a win in the near future. The main notable change in the 265 division was the victory of Seanoa over Clarke. Snapping Clarke's undefeated record, Seanoa moves up into contender status. He will have the chance to fight at 265+ and avenge his loss to current champion Douglas next month. Clarke drops to #7 in the rankings, but still has a strong hold inside the top 10 to work from. Nothing new here outside of Seanoa being listed in the rankings as he prepares for his title shot against Douglas. Prometheus still standing on the cusp of greatness in both 265 and 265+ divisions as he's poised to strike for a title shot in either division... assuming he wins his next bout against former 265+ champion Murska Mfer. 1 5 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
