  1. Lol gimme a break. This is an uber obscure, outdated browser game and we're talking about political backlash? The more relevant point was that he was warned at least once and continued to push his luck. Regardless of whether one agrees with the reasoning (if that is, in fact, it) that's his own damn fault.

  2. OMG RKJHEBJKVEB EVERYONE LOOK!!! Camara's powerful backers have finally arrived. They gon' start drop all the moneys on the hoes and shovels and a-a-nd they gon' sit down with Mike and let him know what's up. This truly is a historic day. Some will question whether this Frenz is truly a backer... or even a bottom... Some may question the timing and say, oh this is obviously Camara... But they're just skeptics! He has tons of friends and backers and his girlfriend and car are just one generic google search away. Not because they're fake... They're just famous. Like Jesus, Camara is gonna have a re-erection... cause teenagers typically get these... it's part of puberty. What was I talking about again? Oh right, backers!! They make it rain. Camara is an adult successful player and who trains and travels at the same time, all the time, 50% of the time. He won't stand for this... nor will his bottoms... I mean backers.

  3. Bro killing a black man by choking him for 9 minutes is not something to praise. You cannot be making racist killers that show no remorse praised. That honestly is just very fucked up

  4. Well, he did get a warning when he made George Floyd fighter about this time last year... The thing is that fighter names are publicly searchable so them touching culturally sensitive issues like this one is potentially a massive risk for Mike from business point of view. I understand the ban.

  5. Hello 370k! Brass Knuckle Fight Club is a newer 370k org on the scene. With about 170 fighters already on the roster between all divisions we are holding an initial sorter series tournament to kick things off and establish not only our first set of rankings, but also our first ever division champions! A reward of 50k will go out to each winner of each division, along with the title. A 10k sponsorship offer has been pledged from either Hardcore Alchemy or Hardcore Clothing to the finalists of each division. Also, anyone who wants a sponsorship from either of those companies has been asked to contact J.W. Hardman for an entry level sponsorship offer. Any 370k fighters who wish to participate are encouraged to sign up by sending me a message in game or posting your intent on this forum. If you are not already a member of BKFC, we will send you a contract. Contracts will be 4k/4k/4k for the tournament and 5k/5k/5k for experienced managers. The finalists of each division will receive a contract extension with an additional 10k signing bonus as well. We need a minimum of 8 fighters to start a bracket. Each bracket will start off for the championship. Once a fighter has been eliminated from championship bracket, he will enter a secondary bracket to help establish a ranking system for the division. The championship bracket will be single elimination as will the secondary bracket. Even though your fighter has been eliminated from both brackets, we will continue to offer fights against other fighters eliminated and so forth. The fights will be taking place 3-4 weeks apart. Most likely 4 weeks between rounds, but not set in stone as it yet depends on the size of some of the brackets. But we want to make sure that you will have plenty of time between fights to develop and train your fighters as well as recover from previous rounds. If any other managers or companies would like to contribute to the prize pool or offer other incentives or partnerships, please contact myself or Alexi Smirnov for further information. If it pertains directly to this tournament please contact myself first as I am heading up this monster. The sign up list is as follows. I will update as I get more signups. 6. Highland 30 Odd Job vs Dick Winters Ladies...Gentleman...Highland 30 is back with what promises to be a night filling the fight fans dreams of finishes after finishes. Undefeated fighters advancing their careers while others take steps back. The welterweight title is on the line as two phenomenal submission artists go at it and numerous potential contenders for various belts compete. This entire week has a ton of up and fights and promises to be non stop excitement. My name is Tycoon Hec and I am not entirely sure my predictions are 100 percent this time but after careful review, and if forced to put money down, the predictions I have made are what I think we will see. Do you agree? Disagree? Let me know in the comments! Odd Job vs Dick Winters Welterweight title The newly crowned welterweight champion of Highland, Odd Job (4-0) will be taking on his fellow teammate and sparring partner Dick Winters (4-0) this Sunday night in a battle that is fully expected to be an intense grappling match. Both fighters who have pretty poor form when it comes to striking, have no qualms with settling their issues on the ground to discover who is not just the best welterweight at Acme training but in Highland overall! Odd Job, who has just recently won his title against Maurice Tillet in a grueling guillotine last Sunday, feels completely prepared to step back in the cage against another submission specialist in Winters. Dick, who has submitted 3 of his 4 opponents, in the first round, believes he will be able to secure the chokes to and provide Job with his first loss. When it comes to the ground game it is no question that Winters prefers to be on top position.Winters has a tendency to transition all the way to mount but has no problem with locking in submissions from guard or the back as well. Job has a desire to be on the top position too but has no qualms with being off his back where he has submitted some of his dangerous opponents. I reached out to Eli Pump the BJJ coach at Acme and he shared with me that both of these fighters roll with each other every Wednesday and due to that frequency in sparring these guys know each like the back of their hand. They know each other's tricks and preferences and they also know where they are weak and both fighters will look to exploit that. The ranking in the belt does not seem to concern Winters as he has already defeated a purple belt in his career and believes that Job will tap before the end of the 5th round. A curious thing to note is that we have yet to see Odd Job defend a submission. No one has ever attempted a submission on him, and for his sparring partner Winters to be the first to do that seems as if it is a victory in itself. On the other hand, we have seen Winters carefully defend submission attempts from a purple belt fighter in the past however the level of skill is honestly quite wide. The question we have to ask is does the aggressive ground game of Odd Job prevail or will Winters show that Job has no defensive grappling ability. Prediction: Dick Winters pulls off a stunning submission from mount late in the third round. Enzo Williams vs Hank Pecker Middleweight Match-up Perhaps the most experienced fighter not only in Highland but in the Island overall is Enzo Williams (6-1). The highly experienced and underrated Enzo is a middleweight submission specialist. His opponent in Hank Pecker (2-1) is a dangerous submission artist in his own right. The blue belt out of Cozad considers that he can win this fight through submission or through ground and pound. Pecker who is massively precise with his ground and pound will find a home with his punches and potentially be the second guy to finish Enzo on Sunday night. The fight really comes to who is on the top position. Peckers ground and pound game is too strong but if he does not transition and sits in guard he can be in serious trouble with Williams. Whereas Enzo has the wondrous ability to force anyone to submit but we are also quite aware that he has been knocked out before and Pecker has hands of steel. Enzo has been training at Walter J. Abramowitz center for bigness steadily improving in each aspect of his game but rumors are that he is been focused not only on his striking defense but the weights as well seeking to control and dominate Pecker. Fight Fans are in for a treat for as most believe this fight will kick off with immediacy and end before the end of the first round and I would have to agree. Prediction: I believe Pecker gets the takedown but Williams works submissions off his back securing the win. Vai Crackudo vs Grover Montoya Middleweight Match-up Honestly, my favorite fights are always undefeated fighters going at it. Two guys looking to take the other's zero is a fascinating feature. Vai Crackduo (2-0) a middleweight warrior with stones in his gloves, seems to be meeting his clone in Grover Montoya (2-0). Both fighters have insane knockout power. Crackduo has yet to go past the first round in a match and hopes he can put the fight away early. When comparing both fighters competitions it is quite difficult to understand who is truly the better striker. Crackduo has not fought guys with the skill sets of striking and had poor accuracy in his strikes with one of them. On the other hand, he knocks out fighters once he touches their chin. Montoya on the other hand seems to get the edge in the clinch and in distance with his opponents but it's not his ferocious knockout power that puts them away as much as it is his overwhelming consistency with landing strike after strike. A missing element that we have yet to see from Crackduo is his clinch game. A dominant wrestler and thai fighter who only has been seen punching his opponents is quite confusing. From what we have seen leading up to this matchup, it is fair to say this is Crackduo’s toughest test as a martial artist going against a guy who seems to be successful in all areas of combat and the highest level of striking that Crackduo has ever seen. Grover is facing a very similar challenge in regards to striking. His opponent who possesses dynamite in his hands will swing and land with bad intentions. Both of these aggressive fighters are certainly aware of the others' skill set and for their sake have a proper defense prepared. Prediction: I believe Grover keeps this fight on striking distance and defends most of Crackduos strikes. Harry Henderson vs Jens Neustadt Bantamweight Match-up When strikers meet with submission fighters we can always be on the edge of our seat until the magic happens. Harry Henderson (2-1) is a bantamweight submission terror defeating his last two opponents in the first round. One of his opponents he put in an arm triangle while the other was put into an Americana. The “Bigfoot” has a high takedown percentage and will aim to bring Jens down come Sunday night. Jens Neustadt (3-0) is an unbeaten bantamweight hailing from Berlin holding two knockout victories over opponents who really should have never stepped in the cage. Coaches at acme believe that the white belt game of Jens will pave the way for an additional submission win for Henderson in the beginning of the first round and it is quite easy to see their point. Jens who does not appear to be bothered by all the random predictions about this Sunday Nights fight does not feel Henderson will get him to the ground but should he be able to, Jens will be able to get back up. The Smash coaches preparing Jens feels that his ground game is too good defensively and he wont be stopped. Knowing full well Henderson will rush in with a takedown and continue to lock one in until he gets it, the coaches at smash expect some solid counter shots to be placed on Henderson's jaw. Fight fans are hoping to see a strong contender emerge for an eventual match-up with the living legend that is Noel Diaz. Prediction: Jens Neustadt presses this fight in the clinch and punishes Henderson while stuffing the takedown attempts. Archie Laird vs Franko Getaldic Light heavyweight Match-up In the first match on the main card, fight fans are treated to another striker versus grappler match up between two unbeaten fighters who hope to walk away with a performance bonus of some sort. Archie Laird (2-0) a wrestler with a purple belt in BJJ stomps his opponents on the ground with violent ground and pound but getting the fight to the ground against Franko Getaldic (1-0) may prove to be too tough for the “Grazy Irish”. It only took Franko 30 seconds in his first fight to put away another purple belt. Landing a high amount of punches in the first 30 seconds fight fans are excited to see this aggressive 25 year old return to action Sunday night. Fans of Getaldic have taken to buzz to remind viewers that Laird does not always complete his takedowns and due to that inconsistency they believe Franko will not only stop those takedown attempts but stop the hype train that is Laird. The question is if Franko destroyed a mediocre talent in striking in his last fight within a minute, what would he do to a fighter who has no striking game at all? Laird and his fans and coaches share no concern over the latest buzz as they recognize his past opponents held up a very strong wrestling defense game, stronger in fact than what we know of Frankos, and Laird was still able to get them down on the mat and wreck them. We know both of these fighters hold such skill in their fists but where they get to use that is the question. Latest betting reports have seen +500 to this fight ending within the first round and honestly, you would have to agree with the oddsmakers, this fight will probably end by the first. Prediction: Franko looks like a young Mike Tyson and his sparring partners at Island gym have properly prepared him for what will be an explosive path to victory. Fighter Spotlight “Anal Bread” Jorge Assvidal (2-0) Lightweight Fighter Jorge is a knockout artist formerly under the management of Ibrahim Camara who has since departed MMATycoon. Despite losing his manager and no longer involved in a regular training regime, Assvidal is a dangerous threat to anyone on the Island at lightweight right now. I am super interested to see not only how he performs without his manager but also who he signs with for management next!

  7. Yeah, that douchebag reiterated this exact point in the chat JW...i mean i would ban him for avatar stealing, all his multi shit and also him trolling everyone all day long, but deleting his profile just for a few questionable fighter names, seems a bit harsh...but all in all, i am still happy that POS is gone from the game

  8. It's supposedly not the first time he's had the fighter name issue. There's also the fact that he got caught w/ a multi(Mike deleted it), then tried to pick up a fighter from his deleted multi(Mike removed that too). How many fuckups does one get before being removed for being a tool of a human?

  18. I think Runt is in the drivers seat this week, both should win, both are good chances at bonuses and both could move nicely in the rankings although Rose with a title and a bonus would be huge for skenoj (but I think Welli not finished yet)

  22. Piers "The Staunchiest Stache" Chandler Right now, He's just your average talented gym champion who dominated the evening sparring sessions at the local gym after college classes in ol wee lil Aberdeen. Tackling the prestigious and challenging courses of the world's number one manservant college by day and sweeping through all local competition at the town's most famous gym by night... He was the picture-perfect example of excellent by mediocrity. But... despite all the dignity and admiration that stems from graduating from the "Prefect Manservant School of College(ish)..." [Changed name to (ish) after being unaccredited] and the bragging rights that rise from kicking the local drunks and problem teenagers that train at the triple threat that is Dick's MMA, Ballerina and Ballroom Dancing Trainer Center… Despite the well-known awareness that DMBBDTC members have all famously moved on the become the finest employees at Dairy Queen and Hooters… Despite the careers that Alumni of PMS College(ish) have ended up moving onto… The lifetime of washing clothes, making tea and stealthy appear out of nowhere to intimidate guests with a calm but chilling English accent and ability to grow a mustache… Despite Alllllllll of this… When Ryan Epicity walked into that horrible written joke of a gym… and saw… -pauses- A-And saw… That … misplaced 50’s Era, ex-president ass and mustache monster of human specimen… Ballroom dancing!! Ryan watched the practice quietly… and in the end, a single tear shed from his eye. While all the proud parents stood there clapping at the end, Epicity stood there shaking his head, and when Piers looking up and saw the disgust in Ryan’s eye… His face went redder than a tomato and the crimson shade of shame flushed cross his neck. This was the moment Ryan Epicity decided to take pity on this wretched career… for although he could grow a mustache at level equal to old western sheriffs, Piers Chandler’s life was ruined before it began. Pier has wasted the prime days of his youth, all seven of years of them, doing nothing but skipping MMA classes and twirling like a ballerina by night and skipping PMS the manservant school to watch excessive amounts of porn at night. So… You could say… Despite being a shit MMA fighter… At 25… He still got them hands (if ya know what I mean). Ryan Epicity dragged him out of the gym, made him take off the tutu(yeah… I know) and into one of his old spare suits. Despite being a spare suit, this was still a Kiton cashmere suit an entire two semesters of tuition at any American college. Ryan Epicity was man of substance after all… Though when it comes substance, Ryan is mostly all about taking them. He made Piers Chandler quit his gym, his college(ish) PMS and his job at Dairy Queen and flew him back home to New York. Wooooosh. Thud. A private jet owned by Epicity from the United Kingdom to New York City, USA has just landed on a private airstrip on the 200 acres of property surrounding the mansion that millionaire eccentric tycooner Ryan Epicity built and owns. The house itself has 5 beds and 6 batches and is complete with all the worldly desire of a man like Epicitys, which means there is some weird shit going on in Eternal Manor. Koi ponds, manga libraries, cosplay sex parties… If you’re a rich otaku(almost an oxymoron) then Eternal Manor is your haven. Pier’s Chandler stood there gaping at the luxurious landscape that was laid out before his eyes. In a mere instant, he dropped down to his knees and let out something horrific. A sound like something between a birthing-cry and a death-rattle. A mere moment simultaneously destroyed and recreated Pier Chandler’s entire being. For you see, what Pier saw, wasn’t just a simple house. It was a plateau of success, a world in a plane of existence that he hadn’t even perceived before… And in that instant… He realized what his dream was all along, A single, incomprehensible wish that he subconsciously gravitated to without a clear destination. All of his life he had been guessing the answers but he didn’t even known the question. He was thinking too small, too shallow. To be a man-servant… Like his father and his father before him… He wanted this yet he had no real wanting at all. He had the desire yet it always seem like the finish line was out of focus. He went to the same college that his family attended in for generations as a legacy never before seen. No one could compete with his ability to grow a mustache and fill out a suit. He was every mustache oil salesman and tailor’s dream. But it was all wrong, it always felt wrong. It all became so clear to him now… He was thinking too small He needed to think bigger Pier’s real passion… was Mixed Martial Arts. Since he was a boy he grew up watching the great fighters like YB Sol, Jigoro Kane, Don Marciano, Jeremy Tonal, Dustin Douglas, Ryo Narushima etc etc From childhood, through his teenage years and into adulthood, Pier Chandler is now 25 and has watched almost everything major fight in Mixed Martial Arts that has happened in those two decades. He grew idolizing fighter-manager combos like Bowser Stormcrow who appeared out of nowhere and shook up the entire game. Managers like Chris Karter who became heroes for people suffering discrimination. Managers him who over the course of those 20 years managed to produce so many top fighters they have became akin to top NCAA football programs. Like how football fans watch Alabama’s football program each year to see who they develop next, Pier did the same with MMA camps like this. Plus, Karter happens to be a personal hero of Chris Karter since he overcame discrimination and became of beacon of light to two different groups, gingers and dwarves. Chris Karter proved to the world that gingers DO in fact… NOT have a soul and because of this cold-hearted nature of theirs, they make excellent MMA managers. He also proves that just because you’re a manlet and can’t reach the top shelves… Doesn’t mean you can’t reach the top and stay there yourself. Also, step-stools bro… step-stools. Just thinking about the hardships brought a tear that fell down Pier’s cheek and into his mustache. All of this… this history of Mixed Martial Arts was a part of him too… He was a sherdogger for sure. And now it seems like everything finally came together. He wasn’t meant to just be any manservant. He was meant to be the best, The greatest butler of them all… Serving the greatest manager of all. Okay okay.., Ryan wasn’t the greatest,,, Everyone knew this. However, if looking at which manager he enjoyed the most… Ryan Eternity was up there. Sure there was the events that led to the end of Vendetta… But Vendetta was Pier’s favorite alliance during his rebellious teenage years… So like many fans, when news of Michael Wolf Barkely and Aaron Simpnut’s crimes became known to the world, his heart was crushed. The duo and their massive steroid and fight fixing scandal was one of the most famous events in the history of the sport and this man in front of him was there for it all. Not only that… but seeing the man who took part of the ownership of former number one org Trinity and the former owner of ETERNITY, a kickboxing company that Ryan owned leading into his mental break. Which brings us to write now. As Ryan unlocks the door and shows him inside the house, Pier looks around mesmerized but also lost in though. Where has this man been for the past year… His comeback was a complete success… He owned the most popular Kickboxing organization of all time that was the first ever to do PPV every event and had 90k people watching each event in person. His young roster looked promising but Pier’s memory of them was already getting a little hazy. He’ll have to google or look on Sherdog for opinions on his fighter’s now lost potential but he remembered they had skills. But then Ryan disappeared and left the kickboxing game in shambles, his roster sat for a full year before finally finding new employment. Pier’s remembered some rumors that there was a death to someone close to Ryan and he went off the wagon and went out of pocket for months. No one could find him, not even his family and a missing person’s report was even filed. It wasn’t for 6 months that anyone knew if the former number one was alive… but then someone anomalously uploaded a picture of Ryan Epicity passed out on a beach in a small port town in Japan. He was grown a beard was laying on his back with a newest volume of a manga called Bererk on his face. The caption mentioned that he was completely wasted and muttering ”6.. 6-6 fucking months” over and over again and “new chapter”. Ryan turned around and shook his head. ETERNITY: “Kid… hate to interrupted your flashback style thoughts about me but I can’t pretend to walk around my house all day so you can go over the history of MMAT and my career in your heard. We're gonna have to do some coke.” PIERS: "C-Coke? I-I c-can't... It'd get all over my stache... I would look ridiculous!” ETERNITY: "Suit yourself... I'm rich now. This is what rich people do apparently. So umm... You don't like coke eh? ... Uh there's some weed over there in that box .. I think. Ricky Icky came over earlier and you know how the Icky's get down... but... " After a big bump he looks back up at Piers and shakes his head disappointingly. He walks over and sits on the edge of a table and beckons Piers over like a son about to get a life talk from his old man. ETERNITY: “I got some bad news for you… Well… You see… There is no more weed left, I remember now. Icky made some edibles and .. yeah.“ Ryan draws it out and Pier’s starting sweating. ETERNITY: “You fucked up kid. You ruined the prime year of your life. You’ll never be a top Mixed Martial Artist. I know you mention on the plane that you could never decide whether to become a manservant like your pops and his pops etc etc or to break away from all of that and pursue your love of MMNA. Well, that indecision fucked you. It fucked you hard and it didn’t wear protection.” Pier’s was confused “W-What are you talking about, I’m only 25! I’m still young, If I put everything into just MMA I could do it man, I could. ETERNITY: “You can’t.” PIERS: “I’ve been training for seven years already!!” Ryan sighs. ETERNITY: “Seven years… Part time… Against soccer moms and rape victims… Dude that was a self defense course for defense against sexual assault. W-Wait… YOU’VE BEEN TAKING THIS GRANNY COURSE FOR SEVEN YEARS?!” PIERS: “G-Guy I thought it said MMA self defense! P-Plus dude I’ve been watching MMA for 20 years. That’s 20 year of experience.” ETERNITY: “It clearly says… “Learn Self Defense, Under that it says… Learn MMA style ways to defend your against muggers and rapists. Under that… free can of pepper spray for first time customers.” … ETERNITY: “Nothing to say? Yeah it’s embarrassing. I mean… really embarrassing. Pier Chandler starts to sob… He falls to his knees. ETERNITY: “Okay, okay, okay get up get up. This isn’t over… You’re shit at MMA man… You’re 25,,, In this universe, You are FUCKED. But… You do have other skills. You’re a talented maid kid… You’ve got the most genetically superior mustache I’ve even seen. It commands respect. Also… You know the MMA business, sherdogger style. 20 years of watching it’s experience.., Unless you’re a personal assistant..” PIERS: “A-Assistant?” ETERNITY: “That’s right my boy. I’ve combining your passion for being a maid and your love for MMA. You will be my personal assistant… And my maid. You’re hired.” Piers rises to his feet, which are wobbly. His expression changes to one of excitement and exhilaration. PIERS: “Y-You mean it?!!?!” ETERNITY: “You’re up kid. Just… don’t wear any dresses… or tutus…. In fact, You are ONLY allowed to wear suits. You must never take them off and I mean never. If you need a shower, wash your suit with yourself. Starting today… You’re my bitch. Now… Go post this nonsensical piece of convoluted work that can’t stay on topic. I mean it says you’re English but your name is French for fucks sake. and use spell check with ya muppet grammar self. We don't need any colour/color shit. Go go go. Oh the pay. Ehh... 8 dollars an hour?“ Post Script: And that my friends... Is how you waste 2000 words reading about a personal assistant. Unless you just scrolled down of course. https://www.mmatycoon.com/personalassistant.php?FID=373851

Always jingling their keys in their pockets a little too feverently... Always letting go loose farts anytime they do anything... Always forcing the smell of bengay and a hint of piss upon us, the unsuspecting victims... Always going off on rants but... God knows really does anyone read his rants? The point is... I smoked too much when I woke up and idk wtf I am talking about... But Grumpy aint the Bill Cosby of the MMATycoon world... He's just the Kramer. and I gotta put this old man out of his misery. Sign Grumpy.

  24. If he got warned for George Floyd then it pretty much makes sense if he pushed it again. It's obviously a MASSIVE cbomb move, and to be fair Camara knows that better than anyone cause he's clearly doing it to push the boundaries and keep himself amused by it. South Park does that non stop. But if it's happened before, he was deliberately poking the bear to see what kind of reaction he gets. I don't mind Camara at all though once I got his wind up style so hopefully he can figure out a way back.

  25. So many bannable offenses and the one he gets swiftly deleted for... is probably the least offense of them all. I mean you can call the fight name thing tasteless humor at worst... Unless you're a part of this cancel culture bullshit. So ironic tho after all the slaps on the rest on issues that actually involved the game.

  26. Dynasty MMA (365k+) Presents... DMMA 3: Woods vs Cumhaill 24 Apr 2021 London 205lbs Main Event Joey Woods vs Fionn Cumihall Kicking off our third event here in London, We have a wrestler v boxer. Joey 'The Goods' Woods takes on the man from Scotland Fionn Cumihall. Making his first appearance at Dynasty, Baltimore ground specialist Woods will look to avoid the strikes from the heavy hitter Cumihall and take the Scotsman to the ground where he has ended all 3 of his previous opponents with dominant wrestling and slick submissions. The perfect ground game gained Woods a championship belt in the promotion Savage MMA where he beat a 26 year old Jantje Beton. Beton is a completely different fighter to his next opponent so it will be interesting to see if the same game plan will yet again prove to be effective and give the Savage Krew fighter his 4th win in as many outings. Cumihall has a slender height advantage which he surely will be hoping is enough to be able to pick Woods apart standing and give him enough time to time to shutdown any take down attempts. If he can keep it standing Woods will struggle as he has only threw 1 punch in his 3 previous outings. Cumihall has an excellent stand up ground but lets not think he is a one trick pony , he actually defeated Bhima Banahatti with a first round triangle submission and im told the Aberdeen man is pretty confident in his own abilities if hes taken to the ground. Prediction : Cumihall will dominate the stand up and finish Woods in the second round Co - Main Bach Vs Kofel Damn the 155lbs division in Dynasty is stacked. This fight could easily have been the main event and on any other card it would have been, Ladies and gentleman we have former AFC champion Sebastian Bach going up against the Pokemon loving Xylon Kofel. If this fight was down the line this could be a title fight and im sure a win for either fighter would improve their chances greatly of getting a title shot within the next 2 fights and become Dynasty's first 155lbs champion. Starting with the man from Switzerland, we have 20 year old Xylon Kofel, who is currently managed by Mr Avatar Shaun Skaggs. With 2 wins from 4, we always wonder which Kofel we will get to see. Will it be the explosive knockout power who finished Simon Poulter and Asaki Hanaki in under 2minutes or will it be the frustrating Kofel who fell to two Unanimous decisions to two fighters who he should have beat. He possesses all the attributes a champion needs, he just needs to find consistency to unlock the true potential we all he has. Across the cage we have the total opposite, we have a fighter who has been on a tear. 6 wins in his last 6, Bach continues to back everything up and always puts on a show. 3tkos, 2 submissions and one decision, the 21 year old can finish a fight anywhere and Kofel will need to respect him or he will just get caught Ash Ketchum style. The man from Bahamas will look to take the fight to the ground to try and limit Kofels power and hope to utilise that brown belt he gained from London MMA CLub. Prediction : Kofel with a first round knockout

  27. I saw that as a possibility, and I think it was a douche move on the last name choice. But to just be up and deleted for fighter name with so many fucked up names out there and so many violations of the name policy that are allowed to be, just doesn't seem right. If Camara were next to me, I'd kick him in the nuts for sure. But not sure I like the though of deleting his account for a name violation, even if it's one like this one. Maybe Mike should have given a warning and forced name change? Or changed it himself? I dunno, this shit is nuts.

  29. SUCKER PUNCH PREVIEW Sucker Punch Pro Series 55 Hey Sucker Punch crew! I’m Hare Rumpler and will be alongside my pal and analyst, Donkey “Dan” as we get ready for SPPS 55 over at the Bondi Outdoor Arena in Sydney this evening! I’m not going to delay getting into this as I’ve been very tight on time this past week due to work and, frankly, great weather which has demanded my attention outdoors! That said, tonight’s card is without a title on the line but certainly doesn’t lack for huge hype as some of the best in their divisions get at it! We’ll have five amazing fights on the Undercard and then light things up with two Light Heavyweight bouts on the Main Card, first Joe Junior takes on Mike Bard and then a huge matchup in the Co-Main event between Wille Thai and Titus Fury! That fight is sure to be a submission artists dream match. Also on the Main Card we’ll have Middleweights Jin Yi and Paulo Blickstein starting out the Main action and then right smack in the middle of it all will be young Brennan Brunswick going into the cage to face Colby Ortiz! Last but not least we’ll see more Middleweight action in the Main Event as Tanaka Matsuda and Lester Karnage go at it to see who will be next in line to go after the Middleweight Title after the McGuire/Machado fight on May 8th! Unfortunately as I said I’ve been tight on time this week and that meant no Review for SPPS 54. But we let our windbag selves go on and on quite a bit in the preview so I think we’re ok there. The same may be the case for this event as it seems most are more interested in the previews than the reviews anyways, at least given the feedback (or lack thereof) regarding a poll I sent to over two dozen managers a couple weeks back. So, with all that said, let’s get a word about our sponsor and merchandise partner and move onto the good stuff! When you think about training your fighters, one of the biggest concerns is keeping them in the gym and actively training, am I right? And you can’t do that if they have to be stopping to recover and rest for sessions here and sessions there! That is why you need to visit our sponsor, Shadow Warrior Nutrition, and specifically grab some of their Shadow Warrior Tea 160Q. It is literally the best energy loss reduction supplement money can buy and will keep your fighter in the gym training rather than sitting days out resting! Stop on over there today, you will NOT be disappointed! Now, let's get to it! *********************** Undercard Bout #1: Lightweights Miguel Lopez (0-0-0) v Montesh Dominguez (2-6-0) We’ll start the evening out with young Miguel Lopez stepping into the cage for the very first time in his career against relative veteran Lightweight Montesh Dominguez. Lopez is on with us here at Sucker Punch for a single fight contract as he came in to give Dominguez some action, fill a hole in our roster due to availability and give his manager a chance to see what he’s made of under the covers! While we don’t have much…well, nothing actually…to go on in terms of past fight tendencies, what we do know is that Lopez has strong to respectable standup skills but with that he’s got sensational wrestling and a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu. If I had to guess, I’m thinking he may be leaning on the ground game this evening but only time will tell! On the other side of the cage we’ll have Montesh Dominguez who looks to get back to his winning ways, relatively speaking, as he’s been bouncing between wins and losses over his past four fights with the most recent being a loss to Raleigh St. Clair. He scored ‘Fight of the Night’ honors in his prior two fights, one a loss to Oosthuizen and the other a win over Paetmar so there’s a good chance this will be a very entertaining fight to kick off the action for the evening! Dominguez doesn’t mind clinching up and working close but also has shown a tendency to want to get back to boxing, or more appropriately, kickboxing in the past. It’s unlikely he’ll want the fight on the ground so if it goes there it’s definitely due to Lopez’s doing I’d think. Donkey’s Pick: Dominguez via TKO (Strikes) Honestly, I’m just making this pick for lack of anything else to go by for Lopez and not knowing what hiddens he may have. He may have great ones and this thing may go his way or it may not turn out that way, with him being more focused on gardening, and Dominguez could prove my shot in the dark pick right here! *********************** Undercard Bout #2: Lightweights Trevor Barnes (5-3-1) v Ryo Hazuki (0-3-0) Two more Lightweights get at it here with our second fight of the evening with one difference being that Barnes is coming in just a bit off on morale. Our last pairing was all set and ready to go so this is slightly disappointing to see. Barnes is a young 22 year old who is on a hot streak with three straight wins making his overall record with Sucker Punch 3-1. His only loss came to my own Repus Revorg when he first arrived at SPPS. How’s that for a nice “Hello to ya?”!? Two of his prior wins came via TKO while his very last fight against Brendan Wallace went the distance. He mixed things up between his kickboxing and the clinch in that fight and there’s no reason to think he won’t have a similar approach this evening. Ya stick to what works eh? Hazuki heads into the cage this evening as part of Team Lundgren and unlike the majority of his team who have had some level of success he is still seeking his first win since starting out his career at Sucker Punch. He’s 0-3 with losses to Man Iii, Wallace and Jameson. He comes in even younger than Barnes at 19 years old and will need every bit of the advantage Barnes has yielded to him in this one due to low morale to pull off a win and get that goose egg removed from his Win column! Ryo has solid standup skills with competent boxing and wonderful Muay Thai but to date seems content to get to the ground and go after submissions. Will he try to do that again this evening with a goal being to use his proficient wrestling and purple belt to snag his first submission finish? Donkey’s Pick: Barnes via TKO (Strikes) I have to go with Barnes at this point until Hazuki proves he can put together a game plan that allows him to utilize his skills to snag the win. It’s really as simple as that. This could easily go either way especially with two different styles potentially colliding in this one! *********************** Undercard Bout #3: Welterweights Lors Loria (7-5-0) v Sebastian Ramirez (0-3-0) Ramirez comes arrives tonight an 0-3 record despite a substantially developed ground game. He’s also off just a tad bit on morale, somewhere between 10-15% down. That’s something that may or may not play into the fight. Ramirez has previously faced Chaz Campbell, Rick Segura and Carter Ortiz here at SPPS but has been unable to convert any of those opportunities into wins with a split decision loss, a TKO and a submission all factoring in. He’s young at 22 years old and will need to overcome the wiles and experience of Loria tonight if he wants his first MMA victory. He’ll have the advantage on the ground over Loria’s respectable wrestling and blue belt, so if there was ever a time to put it together in the ground game it’s now! Lori came into SPPS and struggled to find his way to his first win over the course of three fights against Sanchez, Mandinos and Marchionni. Much like Ramirez he lost in a variety of ways including KO, submission and decision respectively. He broke through with his first win last month in a contest with DJ Costune as he was able to go the distance and score with the judges. Tonight he’ll lean on his remarkable boxing and superb Muay Thai, combined with some respectable wrestling, as he tries to keep the fight on the feet and dispatch his opponent via a striking finish! Donkey’s Pick: Ramirez via Submission (Armbar) I’ve just got a hunch that maybe Ramirez breaks through tonight. He’s young, he’s developing and not to be mean, but Loria isn’t getting any younger at 29 years old. Perhaps tonight is the night where the skills catch up and he gets this fight to the ground for the advantage? *********************** Undercard Bout #4: Light Heavyweights Tank Tribute (7-4-0) v Sacrificial Lamb (6-6-0) Four fights into the evening and our first Light Heavyweights get into the action with Sacrificial Lamb and Tank Tribute squaring off! Lamb has struggled over his past four fights taking two losses under former manager…well, me…and two under new manager Khrog Decklov. The most recent two were KO’s which will start to be concerning if it continues as it could limit his career further and indicates a potentially concerning trend. Sacrificial Lamb’s prior success mostly came via TKO’s of his own and tonight, despite having the edge in skills on the ground, you’d have to think he’ll probably look to find a way to stand and do the same unless his current management team has been focusing on improving his ground offense. Tribute has been off and on…and off…since changing management teams and being led by John Wayne. With a recent loss to John Fury he’ll want to turn things around tonight against Lamb and pick up a win similar to two fights back against Devin Ecker where he landed a KO Punch that earned him ‘KO of the Night’ honors! He’ll have the advantage in standup this evening and as we said, unless Lamb has improved his ground offense he may get a chance to cash in on that advantage. Donkey’s Pick: Tribute via TKO (Strikes) We’ll have a completely different view on things for Lamb next fight if he comes in and surprises us with new ground skills developed over the past month. If he doesn’t it would appear that Tribute will have the striking advantage this evening. *********************** Undercard Bout #5: Welterweights Kahdi Mandinos (8-6-0) v DJ Costune (5-7-0) We’ll close out the Undercard this evening with a Welterweight battle between Costune and Mandinos! Both are ready to rock and roll which is awesome to see. Costune, led by Matthew White, has struggled over the last seven fights with only one win, coming two fights back, to show for his efforts. Most recently he fell to Lors Loria via Unanimous Decision. Once thought to possess a pair of dangerous hands and a bright future, Costune’s chin has been suspect over the more recent string of fights since his early success. He’s a balanced fighter with respectable to proficient skills across the board. The biggest knock on Costune based upon prior analysis is that he tends to go for a TON of combinations but fails to land a fairly high percentage. That tends to leave him open and gassed. Surprisingly, despite Costune having a dozen fights here at SPPS and Mandinos having the same these two have never met in the cage before! Mandinos has now gone two fights in a row without a win as he’s dropped first one to Baldomir Barbosa and then a rematch to Marchionni that has evened the score between them. Mandinos has been known to work the takedowns in the past looking to GnP his way to submission opportunities but also has no issue standing and striking. Given that his chin is also a bit suspect, much like Costune’s, will he stand and strike tonight or try to move away for Costunes strength…and weakness…and go to the ground instead? Donkey’s Pick: Mandinos via TKO (Strikes) Costune could easily land that big one and with Mandinos having a suspect chin it might get the job done. The same could be said in reverse. Given that Mandinos could also profit from the ground game we’re going with him due to having a few more options on the table. *********************** Main Card Bout #1: Middleweights Jin Yi (5-3-0) v Paulo Blikstein (7-4-0) Our Main Card is up next and we’ll get straight into some Middleweight action to kick things off! Blikstein heads into the cage for the second time with Sucker Punch tonight after dropping his SPPS debut to Tanaka Matsuda last month via a Kimura. He has had quite a bit of success prior to joining Sucker Punch though with a record of 7-3 upon arriving here with all of those wins coming in his prior eight fights. He’s a ground and pound specialist who will stand and strike in or out of the clinch if he needs to. With sensational wrestling and a purple belt in Jiu Jitsu Blikstein may be tempted to take it to the ground this evening as well. If he does, he’s going to have to be very careful as he’s up against a wrestler with wonderful skills in Yi, as well and a black belt, which makes Yi a dangerous submission artist! Yi has five MMA victories which have all come via various submissions. He’s only been stopped once under current management and that was via TKO to Obama Filth who went on to get a title shot after that win. Yi will be looking to gain a win over Blikstein as he tries to advance back to Top Contender status. Donkey’s Pick: Yi via Submission (Armbar) The biggest question for this bout will be whether manager Matheus Silveira has Blikstein adjust and what those adjustments are for this fight against a submission specialist. If he can make the right adjustments, this fight could be his. But if not he’s going to end up watching his fighter tap out which is something no management team wants to see! *********************** Main Card Bout #2: Light Heavyweights Junior versus Bard II Joe Junior (7-4-0) v Mike Bard (6-5-0) Our second fight of the Main Card and this is one that I think a ton of fans out there just can’t wait to see! The first time these two Light Heavyweights met was about six months ago and Joe Junior walked away the victor via a TKO (Strikes). Bard will want to see a different result this evening obviously! With two wins in a row Bard is riding a confidence high coming into this rematch with Junior. He’s won by going the distance, as he did against Atilla Dorn, and via TKO over Steed. Bard is particularly fond of his striking on the ground and will try to use his superb wrestling and striking skills to get the fight there and put Junior at the disadvantage. Junior, managed by Sc Tiurpe, has been riding the ebb and flow of the tides with a few wins in a row followed by a loss over his last seven or eight fights. Most recently he had a two fight winning streak over Dorn and Steed just as Bard did but then lost to Rajantaka last month via TKO. This seemed like an excellent time to see if his skills have evolved, if they’re still just plain very good on the feet or what and how he might stack up against Bard again and his ground game! Donkey’s Pick: Bard via TKO (Strikes) Maybe it’s just me liking to stir the pot and see a rubber match but I’m going with Bard to even the series between these two and extend his winning streak to three. Junior won’t want to see another loss after the one to Rajantaka so you can bet he’ll be looking for the TKO finish yet again against Bard! *********************** Main Card Bout #3: Middleweights Brennan Brunswick (6-0-0) v Colby Ortiz (9-6-1) One last big one before we get to the Main Events and unfortunately I have a bit of bad news for Donkey here! As has become a trend this month with the Ortiz gang led by Alex Conors Colby Ortiz is coming into this fight with low morale just as his brothers/cousins did on the past couple cards. His energy is also off by about 10% so I think it’s easy to say Donkey will likely predict a move to 7-0 for Brunswick! Ortiz, despite being low on morale and a bit unprepared, may have something to say about Donkey’s pick being he has exceptional wrestling and a brown belt in Jiu Jitsu. That means that despite the situation, he’s still going to be very, very dangerous if the fight gets to the ground. At 6-0, this is a contest that had to happen for Brunswick to see just where he belongs in the division and whether he has well-rounded skillsets that allow him to fend off ground specialists and strikers alike. With respectable wrestling and a purple belt he’s far from helpless on the ground but certainly he’ll be looking to keep this fight on the feet where he can use his advantage in boxing and Muay Thai. Donkey’s Pick: Brunswick via TKO (Strikes) This is a risky pick as well as a risky fight. The pick for me, the fight for Brunswick. If Ortiz does get the fight to the ground Brunswick is going to be seriously tested, especially those defensive ground skills such as grappling, transitions and escapes. But the morale for Ortiz may factor in here preventing him from being able to successfully put this fight on the ground. *********************** Co-Main Event: Featured Light Heavyweight Bout Wille Thai (8-3-0) v Titus Fury (11-4-0) Surprisingly, despite having been with Sucker Punch now for close to a dozen fights each these two Light Heavyweight submission specialists have never come face to face in the cage up till this Co-Main Event! Now, normally I’d say that this is a major league showdown that could potentially propel one of these two towards Top Contender status in the near future. However, recently Fury declined a fight with Lamb and I think it goes without saying that anybody who’s remotely close to contending doesn’t decline fights. So there will be some time before Fury can find himself back in position to vye for a TC status. Thai on the other hand has been in position to take a shot at the title a few times now. First, in a title fight with Lamb early on after the Cockshot Sorter Series and then more recently in a loss to former champ Jacob Parker. He also had a shot to become Top Contender recently against Derwent Bolt but Bolt was able to get the better of him on the ground and Thai found himself losing via submission for the first time in his career rather than dishing it out! Tonight’s fight will determine which of these two is next in line in the pecking order when it comes to submission specialists in this division! Although, be careful, Fury has been known to pull out the hands and go for a win via strikes as well! Donkey’s Pick: Fury via TKO (Strikes) I think perhaps Fury pulls a fast one on us all and goes with the hands in this one as a first move rather than taking, or allowing, things to go straight to the ground. However, if not, and if this thing goes to the ground this entire thing goes right up in the air and it’s anybody’s game! *********************** Main Event: Featured Middleweight Bout Tanaka Matsuda (10-2-0) v Lester Karnage (4-2-0) Our Main Event of the evening will determine which of these two tough Middleweights is ready for a big title fight in the near future! This is a Top Contender determining matchup with big things on the line! Karnage, currently 4-2, will have a slight advantage on the feet as Optimal MMA escorts his student to the cage tonight. Formerly managed by Blake Phoenix, Karnage changed management teams but lost his last fight at CMMA to Joe Exotic before slipping over here to Sucker Punch where he’ll make his debut this evening. This fighter did start his career out with SPPS, in an early test fight on one of our very first cards, Proving Grounds 2! He went on to win three fights with CMMA, all via TKO and KO, and has an impressive skill set that makes him an immediate threat and potential contender in the division! He has the ability to strike on the feet or on the ground so Matsuda has his work cut out for him this evening. Matsuda, 10-2, is managed by Zeke Gunner and has been on an absolute roll of late with three wins in a row, two of which came at BFC and BBFC after the merger and the last win coming here at Sucker Punch in his debut for us. That was a submission victory via Kimura which made it three submissions in a row! His submissions are always showstoppers which is why this man has earned ‘Submission of the Night’ honors an astounding NINE times in his career! With exceptional wrestling and a brown belt…and a history like that with submissions…I’m sure you can’t guess what he might try to do this evening! Donkey’s Pick: Matsuda via Submission (Guillotine) You know I love me a great ground game and tonight may turn out to be more than just a little of that! Karnage isn’t afraid of the ground, especially if he can gain top position, but if he does he still needs to be very careful as submission can come from the bottom as easily, if not more so, than the top! *********************** So there we have it Sucker Punch fans! Awesome action on tap over at the Bondi this evening for SPPS 55 folks! I hope you’ll be with us to catch all the action and if not, check out that live stream! In the meantime, have fun, stay safe and enjoy the fights! Till then, have fun and don’t forget… Keep it cheap and dirty…Sucker Punch Pro Series 355k+ style!

  32. When I set it up, I based the price on Hattrick's yearly subscriptions of $30 a year. I had a look at what they charge now and it's $9.50 a month for the cheapest of 4 membership options. That's $114 a year. Their packages go up to $21 a month ($252 a year). Obviously I think that's way too much but it shows you how online game pricing has gone in the last 10 years. Just in terms of inflation at 3%, the game's price has gone down ~35% in real terms. I'm gunna put the price up 10% or so when I get the training update finished. I can't put the price up when I'm not doing any updates though, so it won't be until then. In terms of selling the site, I've always been open to it at a sensible price but just transferring ownership of a site and explaining how everything works is a massive job in itself so it's not something I could do now anyway.

Still waiting for the first asshat to rage sack his fighter. So far, so good though. Fingers crossed. Round 2 recap will be up in the near future.

  38. ROUND THREE - PREVIEW We're now two rounds out of five down in this preliminary group stage and so we start getting to the part where some alliances will be starting to sweat a little. Let's take a look at the action coming up during this round. In Group A we kick things off with a showdown between current second and third place teams Keyboard Warriors and ACME 1. Keyboard Warriors will be nice and fresh after their round two bye and feeling pretty confident after such a good performance against the mighty YABAI in round one. ACME 1 of course will be trying to regroup after their crushing defeat at the hands of the champions and a showdown with a seemingly in-form alliance such as Keyboard Warriors definitely isn't what the doctor ordered. Still, there is still somewhat an air of danger about them and that anything can happen still. Both team captains will meet at 135lbs but the bookmakers will have ACME's Devin Russel down as a massive underdog against Akio Kurosaki. Whilst neither have set the tournament alight so far, Russel has been reported to have taken his loss during the last round very badly and has not been himself since. ACME's all rounder Torn Brot is an interesting fighter who suffered his first loss during his previous outing and he could struggle again against submission wrestler Aung Siang of Keyboard Warriors. Might be one to keep an eye on, especially if Brot can make use of his superior but mediocre stand up skills. At middleweight Keyboard Warriors 1-0 Bofur Widenose will be a heavy favourite against ACME's Gretchen Alexander and also, at heavyweight, Keyboard Warriors Felix Suarez is thought to have a slightly better chance at picking up the win over ACME's Peter Kowalksi. Prediction: On paper it looks very much like a clean sweep for the Keyboard Warriors. They are favourites at all weights and are coming off of a superb win over YABAI, a team that defeated ACME decisively. In terms of the group standings, Keyboard Warriors are in second place but tied on points and separated by match points and with a fight in hand. They are in a comfortable position right now and a victory here would only make them more so. On the other hand, ACME are also tied on points with them but with a negative balance in the match points after last round. They were never truly thought of as champions phase material but they are currently on the cusp of being so. A win here would likely put them back into contention once again and that has to be a motivating factor for the underdogs going in. The other Group A match up features current AWC champions YABAI and they will be taking on the lowly scrubs of Naughtly Crew 3. YABAI are currently top of the table but with a fight ahead of second place Keyboard Warriors. They will be looking for a big win to keep the pressure on there. Naughtly Crew return after their stalemate with The Guardians and will be hoping to pull of an upset here and perhaps move into championship phase qualification. The big fight to watch out for in this showdown will be team captains Jay Reepo (YAB) and Stuart Burrows (NC3) Both coming in off of wins in their last fight and both yet to taste defeat in this tournament setting. The bookmakers have Reepo ahead just slightly although they may want to reconsider their predictions as Burrows seems to be making incredible progress in the gym. Yabai's 2-0 Bishop Bonesteel looks set to go over Naughtly Crew's Ultimate Warrior despite having a sizeable disadvantage in the stand up. Things a little bit closer at middleweight with Omer Demirci (YAB) having only slightly better odds of defeating Tran Quaach of Naughtly Crew. This one is an out and out grappler versus striker affair so it really comes down to who gets in first. An interesting bout at heavyweight featuring two struggling fighters in Uncle Abner (NC3) and Huber Schlesien. Schlesien now 0-2 in the tournament and grossly underperforming will be looking to reverse his fortunes against 0-1 Abner who will go in as a slight underdog. Prediction: On paper, Naughtly Crew have a better than average chance at pulling off an upset against a dangerous YABAI team but the collective might of the champions really makes the prospect of that unlikely. Naughtly Crew's brightest talent Stuart Burrows is tied up in what is likely to be an absolute dogfight whilst their other point scorer is also facing tough opposition. Overall, it is more likely to see a clean sweep from YABAI over Naughtly Crew 3 then the other way. Realistically though expect a 3-1 win from the champions. Over to Group B and we have the floundering Naughtly Crew “first team” going against Legion of Doom. Legion of Doom of course come in fresh and relaxed after their round two bye whilst Naughtly Crew 1 are currently in panic mode after dropping to 0-2 in the tournament. They desperately need a win to have any chance at making the championship phase but Legion of Doom will also need to add some points to their tally for the same reason. Kicking off the match up is heavy handed Clint River (NC1) taking on LOD's granite chinned Solomon Grundy. River hasn't yet gotten to show off any of his reported heavy artillery and is actually still looking for his first win after two bouts. Grundy returns after losing an entertaining split decision to Paolo Del Geno in round one. Grundy the slight favourite in a potential fight of the night candidate. At 155lbs we have Naughtly Crew 1 team captain Jake Keane taking on LOD's Bob Probert. 1-1 Keane coming in off a loss looks slightly outgunned against 0-1 Probert but never-the-less will share even odds at the bookies. Reggie Booker (NC1) might have a tough time against undefeated LOD team captain John Rackham although he looks to have progressed well in the gym and has gained the slight edge in key areas of the fight. A very interesting match up at heavyweight with Naughtly Crew's Kevin Mamar taking on the wonderful boxing skills of Richard Anderson. Anderson currently looks like your typical 25 year MMATycoon fighter and will be very dangerous on the feet but Mamar has some wonderful wrestling skills and if he can put that to good use, he might be able to pull off an upset. For now though, Anderson comes in as a heavy favourite. Prediction: RIP Naughtly Crew 1. It's going to be tough going for them against a solid Legion of Doom team and I fully expect to see them roll over here again. LOD are favourites in most of the match ups and will also be under pressure to get the win and keep up with the rest of the Group B pack. Naughtly Crew 1 are currently sitting at the bottom of pile and they are going to need a miracle to qualify for the champions phase whilst another loss here will make them prime candidates for the bottom phase finals, a place where the dregs and scum of the tycoon alliance world dwell. Elsewhere in Group B we have an important match up between group leaders Limitless and last years runners up, The Stepdads. Limitless currently lead by one point but with a fight ahead and look to pull off an upset that should guarantee them a spot in the champions phase finals. The Stepdads of course are never going to be an easy team to beat and with a win here would likely take the top spot for themselves. An excellent opportunity for Limitless in this one as their star flyweight Paolo Del Geno takes on The Stepdads Ricky Greene. Green, unsuccessful in his AWC debut last time out losing by decision to Syndicates Dreynos Elvul, will be the underdog against the 2-0 Del Geno though he certainly looks as though he has been making progress in the gym lately. A fight to keep an eye on at lightweight as The Stepdads team captain Shinji Tomoguchi takes on 2-0 submission wizard Trey Limitless. Tomoguchi goes in as favourite, largely due to the pedigree of his management team though Limitless will no doubt be aching for a chance to take out one of The Stepdads big boys. 185Lbs pits Stepdads Maximus DeMarcus Meridius against similarly styled Heinrich Von Slackenfuches which should be fun but at heavyweight, the paramedics will be standing by as Limitless team captain Slim Towney will try to avoid being decapitated by the much larger Bruce Hood. Hood returning after an impressive first round KO over Sono Tiger and by the looks of things, the bookmakers believe this one is practically a forgone conclusion Prediction: Limitless have some talented fighters in their team and may be able to pull of a few surprises here but overall The Stepdads are by far the surer bet and I expect them to take the meeting three fights to one. Moving lastly to the action going on in Group C, our first showdown is between Naughtly Crew 2 and Team Panda. Naughtly Crew 2 still reeling from the defeat against Convicted Inc which dropped them outside of a champions phase spot and will be looking to get back into the mix with a win over a team originally thought to have no chance of competing. Team Panda have since gone some way to alleviate those predictions with a superb victory over Convicted in their opening round match up but now it's time to see whether they are the real deal or just a flash in the pan. At 135lbs Team Panda team captain Napoleon Panda will meet 1-1 Norman Pike with the bookies believing him to be the favourite. Very much a grappler versus striker match up, Panda's slight edge in the wrestling looks set to pay dividends. At lightweight floundering Brazilian boxer Christian Caliman will be looking to pick up his first win though he faces a tough time against 1-0 Canadian brawler Jacques Turcotte. On paper could be interesting as both are similarly skilled on the feet but Caliman's current form leads us to believe Turcotte takes this one with ease. At 185lbs, Naughtly Crew 2's team captain Anders Thorsen should be able to get the job done against Otto Graf for Team Panda. Graf suffered a record setting fourteen second loss in his AWC debut and will do well not to get caught in the same way. At heavyweight we have a very interesting match up with two fighters from camps with a competitive history. Dick Glover of Naughtly Crew 2 will pit his ground and pound based wrestling against Team Panda's Jacko Dawson and his wonderful Muay Thai clinch game. Prediction: Quite a tough match up to predict an outcome. Before the tournament started it would have been a no brainer but currently, you might even give Team Panda the nod. Not one fighter from Naughtly Crew 2 really stands out at the moment and in fact they are looking particularly suspect at 155lbs. With that in mind this one could be heading into a 2-2 draw and so quick finishes would be vital in securing the win. Naughtly Crew need this one to put themselves back into contention for the champions phase whereas a win for Team Panda would likely end those hopes. Team Panda currently in second place but on equal points to group leaders FinnFighters would take a massive step towards a place in the winners finals if they can pull off their second win here. Our last match up of the day features 2020 third place alliance the FinnFighters taking on the recently awoken Convicted Inc. Now that Convicted Inc have shown to have a little fight left in them this match up gets just a little bit more interesting. FinnFighters are currently top of the group after their drubbing of ACME 2 in the last round whilst Convicted managed to climb into third off the back of their victory against Naughtly Crew 2. A lot on the line here for Convicted but also for Finnfighters who have an opportunity to keep themselves on a healthy path to the champions finals. Kicking things off we have CG Mannheim (FF) taking on 1-1 Nevez Amadaus of Convicted. Amadaus looked much improved in his last bout but still will be a slight underdog against 1-0 Mannheim. Much the same at 155lbs as FinnFighters team captain Rokken Roll takes on Rico Axelrod with Roll being the slight favourite going in. A big test for undefeated Convicted captain Haitian Ginger who comes in as favourite against FinnFighters Oke Swahn. Ginger has shown himself to be extremely adaptable having picked up wins from both submission and strikes but it's likely he'll want to avoid the far superior stand up skills of Swahn who picked up a quick KO win himself during his AWC debut. At heavyweight we have Einar Kyransyyla (FF) taking on Convicted's Genghis Kahn which also looks to lean slightly in FinnFighters favour. Kahn with the edge in the wrestling but overall looks severely outgunned on the feet. Prediction: Pleased that this one is looking to be a much more competitive match up after the results of round two but there are still too many question marks over the Convicted Inc team to confidently predicting them pulling off the win. FinnFighters looked extremely good in their AWC debut with some very solid individual fighters. Convicted on the other hand look suspect everywhere except middleweight where they will be relying on their team captain Haitain Ginger to show them the way. A win for FinnFighters would give them a very solid footing into the champions phase within a very competitive looking group currently. With one loss already for Convicted they will desperately want to avoid racking up another. Overall the bookies have FinnFighters taking this one around three fights to one.

  40. Quick Round 3 update..... Not so many surprises this week but still some good individual fights and performances. The Group Standings and Fight Results have been updated and a Round 3 Recap will be following shortly as well as the Round 4 Preview after that. Just for those that aren't so good with the reading, there are 2 more round left in this group stage and then, depending on where each alliance finishes, a further 3 or 2 rounds after that. Round 4 Byes are as follows Group A - ACME 1 Group B - Limitless Group C - Naughtly Crew 2

  41. Round 3 Recap Group A Keyboard Warriors were coming into this fresh as a daisy after their round two bye week and they were facing a battle weary ACME 1 who had just gone down in a hard fought loss against defending champions Yabai. Keyboard Warriors were looking to keep the momentum going after their own emphatic win against the champions whilst ACME 1 were just looking to pull off some upsets here and there. Things didn't get off for a great start for them as captain Devin Russel slumped to his third loss in a row. This time in a first round submission loss against Keyboard Warriors captain Akio Kurosaki that put them behind 5 points to 0. A much more competitive affair at 155lbs as Keyboard Warriors' Aung Siang and ACME's Torn Brot met inside the cage. Brot's all round gritty skill set kept him in the fight but Siang's superior ground game is likely what swayed the judges and awarded him unanimous decision victory and increased their lead to 7-0. Keyboard Warriors middleweight star Bofur Widenose moved to 2-0 in the AWC after snatching up a second round submission victory over ACME's Gretchen Alexander. Alexander took the first round by most accounts but just wasn't able to keep the pace. With Keyboard Warriors now up 11 points to 0, the match up was out of reach for the ACME boys and the pressure was off for heavyweights Peter Kowalski (ACME) and Felix Suarez (KW). Kowalski was coming in off of a big win over YABAI's Huber Schlesien as too was Suarez. With this win in common between them, the match up was made extra interesting. Suarez got the early takedown and a mad scramble for a submission ensured. In the end it was Suarez who got the victory and the Keyboard Warriors with the clean sweep over a game but outclassed ACME team. Keyboard Warriors win the match up 16 points to 0. The win wasn't enough for Keyboard Warriors to take the top spot in the group on this occasion but if they keep going the way they are going, it can only be a matter of time. Currently tied on points with leaders YABAI but with a fight in hand, 2-0 Keyboard Warriors are looking very much like becoming a team to beat. They are next scheduled to face Naughtly Crew 3 in Round 4 and with YABAI having their fourth and final group stage bout there, the Keyboard Warriors will have a much clearer idea of where they stand and what they need to do from there. ACME 1 now move to 1-2 overall and maintain their third place spot. Currently on course for the middle phase finals, they too will be watching the Round 4 proceedings with great interest. Both fourth and fifth place teams are 2 points behind them but with a fight in hand meaning that things could change dramatically should those teams pick up wins. For now though, ACME 1 will enjoy some time to rest up and recoup during their round 4 bye and maybe come back and upset the odds in Round 5. The other Group A match up featured the current champions YABAI and they would be taking on giant underdogs Naughtly Crew 3. YABAI were coming into this one without the comfort of being able to make any mistakes. With Keyboard Warriors looking as strong as they are, it would be imperative to keep pace with them as far as possible or risk dropping out of a guaranteed qualifying spot. Naughtly Crew 3, though not expected to compete with the top alliances, were coming in off the back of a promising draw against The Guardians last time. With a bit of luck, there would be no reason why they couldn't at least make a push for the champions phase. The bout everyone had their eyes on was between team captains Stuart Burrows (NC3) and Jay Reepo (YAB) at 135lbs. Reepo of course managed by the highly regarded Bwang Jong Sr and Burrows by up and comer Optimal MMA Picks. Both fighters came out strong and treated the crowd to a D level striking showcase. Burrows the more aggressive fighter, opened up a cut on Reepo before moving to the clinch and dragging the fight to the ground where the fighters were most comfortable. Burrows took round one and started strong in round two but soon the momentum began to shift and after three rounds, Jay Reepo was handed a highly controversial split decision win. Despite the split crowd opinion, the fight earned both fighters “Fight of the Night” Honours. On to the lightweight match up where YABAI's Bishop Bonesteel made short work of Naughtly Crew's Ultimate Warrior. Despite having the superior wrestling pedigree, Warrior was easily taken down and submitted in just twenty four seconds marking his second loss in a row. A similar result at middleweight put the match up out of reach for Naughtly Crew as YABAI's Omer Demirci got the early takedown and quick submission over Tran Quaach soon after. A nice little scrap broke out between heavyweights Huber Schlesien (YAB) and Uncle Abner (NC3) before Schlesien had enough and took the fight to the ground where he was able to force a nice armbar finish before the end of round one. A clean sweep for the champions and a massive 17-0 points sweep to add to their tally. The win gave YABAI just what they needed and that was another three points to stay top of the Group A table. Things are tight however as they are drawn level on points with Keyboard Warriors but with a fight ahead of them. They will now prepare to go into their final group stage match up where a win will almost certainly guarantee them a spot in the Champions Phase finals. For Naughtly Crew 3, it was a humbling reminder of their feebleness and blame should surely rest on the slumped and weakly shoulders of their team captain Stuart Burrows. Perhaps if he had given just a little bit more he could have inspired his team onward to an upset victory. With the loss they slink rightly to the bottom of the pile where they are drawn on points with The Guardians but separated by a whopping thirteen fight points. Though technically not impossible to still snag one of the champions phase wildcard spots, a more realistic goal might be to climb out from last place and into the middle phase finals. GROUP B Moving into Group B now where Legion of Doom returned from their round two bye to take on the Naughtly Crew “first team”. With only a draw to their name from their first round result, Legion of Doom were looking for points in the the pursuit of a champions phase place whilst Naughtly Crew were on the cusp of oblivion after dropping two match ups in a row and languishing at the bottom of the Group B heap. Legion of Doom's Solomon Grundy was highlighted as a fighter to look out for at the start of the tournament. After losing a tough split decision in his opening round fight, Grundy's team were looking for improvement. They certainly got that as he edged out a game Clint River from Naughtly Crew. Also looking to make amends from his first round loss was Legion of Doom lightweight Bob Probert. He was facing Naughtly Crew's team captain 1-0 Jake Keane. Keane showed his toughness but Probert completely outclassed him and put his alliance 4-0 up after two decision wins. With things looking rather bleak for the Naughtly boys, their middleweight Reggie Booker stepped up to the plate and put on a superb performance in taking out LOD's team captain John Rackham by first round TKO. The win put Naughtly Crew ahead 5-4 which meant that the big boys would be the deciding match up. Naughtly Crew's Kevin Mamar had suffered a humiliating loss in his opening round fight but had since come back with a decision win over Limitless' Slim Towney. Opponent Richard Anderson (LOD) had also posted a big win over Towney in his first fight meaning that these two had that much in common. It didn't take too long to decide this one as Mamar got the takedown and proceeded to pound Anderson's head into a pulp. Anderson, known for having an absolute chin of iron, only seemed to enjoy it but unfortunately for him, the doctor sitting cageside, did not. Mamar got the first round TKO finish due to a cut and made sure to clinch the win for the Naughtly Crew 1 team. The defeat put Legion of Doom right down to the bottom of the Group B table and with the competition only getting tougher here, it's going to be a very tough road to qualify for the champions phase finals now. Not saying impossible but with only two group stage match ups left, Legion of Doom cannot afford anything less than a perfect run from here. For Naughtly Crew 1, the win was a lifeline in their pursuit not to be shit. Already looking like the worst of all the three Naughtly teams, team number one move out from the bottom of the group and into fourth place but still just short of a top eight finish. They now have one more group stage match up left and they will absolute need to win to have any chance of qualifying for the highest tier finals. Even then, their fate will be out of their hands. A big battle for top of the table in Group B ensued as last years runners up The Stepdads took on surprise early leaders Limitless. The Stepdads were coming in fresh off of their decisive victory against Syndicate where as Limitless were riding high after their victory over Naughtly Crew 1. A lot on the line for both alliances here with both currently in line for a Top 8 finish and a place in the champions phase finals. A rocky start for Limitless as The Stepdads Ricky Greene made short work of highly regarded prospect Paolo Del Geno picking up a first round submission win and really emphasising the weakness in the white belt ground game of Del Geno. Up next was The Stepdads captain Shinji Tomoguchi and he too was successful when he handed Trey Limitless his first loss after two fights. Shinji himself now moves to 2-0 and is looking like a reliable source of points for his alliance. Exactly what you want from a team captain. Moving on to the middleweight match up, The Stepdads Maximus DeMarcus Meridius put the contest out of reach with a tremendous display of clinchwork against granite chinned Heinrich Von Slackenfuchs and taking the score to 13-0. No consolation win at heavyweight as Limitless captain Slim Towney slumped to his third loss in a row and this time in just sixteen seconds. His opponent Bruce Hood looks set to follow in the footsteps of his predecessor Bubba Wallace. A clean sweep for title challengers The Stepdads and a clear message to the rest of the AWC field. The Stepdads beat Limitless 18-0. With the victory, The Stepdads take the top of the table after two match ups and still have two more fights to go. Currently looking solid in all areas but particularly at heavyweight and lightweight, The Stepdads are surely going to be moving on into the champions phase finals after a display like today. Still, it's not at all mathematically impossible for them to crash outside of a top eight qualifying place, just highly unlikely at this point. As for Limitless, whilst this was a rather poor performance from them collectively and they cede their top spot in the group, they are still very much in contention for a place in the Top 8. Now currently sitting second in the group and clear by one point from closest rivals Syndicate of whom they will meet in their final group stage bout next. A must win for them if they are to guarantee themselves a place in the champions phase final. GROUP C Moving over to our third and final group of Group C, Team Panda were taking on Naughtly Crew 2 and aiming to show that their upset win against Convicted Inc in round 1 wasn't a fluke. Naughtly Crew 2 in turn were coming in off of a humiliating loss to said Convicted Inc in their previous match up. At 135lbs, Stormin' Norman Pike got Naughtly Crew off to a great start after picking up a first round TKO win over Team Panda captain Napoleon Panda. Team Panda closed the gap somewhat when lightweight Jacques Turcotte outpointed Christian Caliman for a 2 point decision win. The loss was Caliman's third in a row and many in the crowd reported hearing remarks that Caliman's manager should stop playing online pool so much when important fights are going down! Naughtly Crew team captain Anders Thorsen came in and secured the victory for them when he defeated Team Panda's Otto Graff in just under four minutes of the first round and at heavyweight the bitter and bloody rivalry between Alfred Winterbottom and Raichu Kong came to a head when their fighters Dick Glover and Jacko Dawson met in the cage. On this occasion it was Glover that took Dawson down and gave him the spanking that he so deserved. 15-2 was the end result and a big win for the Naughtly Crew 2 team. A devastating loss for the unfancied Panda team who now drop from second place down into fourth and outside of a Top 8 qualifying spot. They still have two more fights to go however so plenty of time to turn things around. Concerns maybe at middleweight as their fighter Otto Graff has now suffered two first round losses in a row but looking solid at lightweight as Canadian brawler Jacques Turcotte picks up his second win in two fights for a five point haul overall. A much needed win for Naughtly Crew 2 who had slipped outside of a top 8 qualifying spot following their loss to Convicted. They now move up into second place and three points clear of their closest rivals. Big concerns for them at 155lbs as Brazilian boxer Christian Caliman goes 0-3. Whilst two of those three loses were by decision, it has still been a campaign of disappointment for him thus far. With one more fight for them to go in this group stage in order to cement a spot in the champions phase final, Naughtly Crew 2 are going to need to make the most out of their round four bye. The final round three match up was between last year's third place team FinnFighters and one of MMATycoon's most highly regarded alliances Convicted Inc. The Finns were riding high after their destruction of ACME 2 in round two as too were Convicted Inc who rebounded by beating Naughtly Crew 2 after their shock round one loss to Team Panda For this match up however, there was only one question on everybody's mind; Following Chris Karter's ban from the forums, would he have the motivation to come back and set everybody's sliders for this one? The answer soon became apparent. FinnFighters 135lb CG Mannheim needed only thirty-eight seconds to choke out Convicted's Nevez Amadaus to open the scoring at 5-0 whilst team captain Rokken Roll had a much tougher time against Convicted's Rico Axelrod at 155lbs. Axelrod managed to stay the course but by the end of three rounds, it was an easy task for the judges as they declared Roll the winner by unanimous decision. Convicted's team captain (and we're told the only fighter on the team with a pulse) Haitian Ginger brought the score back to a respectable level after securing an armbar finish over Oke Swahn in the first round. The heavyweight fight would decide everything but without their grand dragon Karter pulling the strings, Convicted's Ghengis Kahn was easily dispatched in under a minute of the first round by the unpronounceable Einar Kyrvansyyla. This brutal battering was an easy choice for KO of the night and rounded off another superb performance by the Finns to earn them a 12-5 victory over the zombies of Convicted Dead. With the win, FinnFighters maintain a strong position at the top of the Group C table. Currently tied on points with Naughtly Crew 2 but with a fight in hand, the Finns are looking like a certainty to march into the champions phase finals. They are still looking strong in most areas but in particularly at 135lbs and 265lbs where CG Mannheim and Einar Kryvaansyyla remain undefeated at 2-0 and both with quick first round victories to their names. The good name of Convicted Inc is really taking a battering in this tournament so far and this loss to OG alliance FinnFighters must surely sting the pride of what was once a feared and respected group of managers. Instead, they now stagger on like a herd of mindless zombies, barely alive but not quite dead. Seemingly by the magic of their undefeated necromancer Haitian Ginger at 185lbs, the Convicted Dead still cling on to a wild card spot in the final eight but it is a fragile position indeed and Convicted will need a victory in their final upcoming group phase match up to secure it.

  42. Round 4 Recap GROUP A Reigning champs YABAI were coming in for their final group stage bout and taking on the slightly underperforming team of The Guardians. The Guardians, down in fourth place, really needed to get some points on the board if they were to have any chance of moving into the final eight but it was always going to be a big ask going against a team such as YABAI. The bantamweight captains bout kicked off the match up and it was YABAI's Jay Reepo who got the win to keep his undefeated streak alive. Kaspar Kallaste was no pushover however and took the fight all the way to a unanimous judges decision. No real surprises at 155lbs & 185lbs as YABAI's Bishop Bonesteel and Omer Demirci got the wins over The Guardians struggling Isak Hardrada and Matt Cosce. Bonesteel is looking like a major threat at lightweight and remains undefeated at 4-0 while Omer Demirci goes to 3-1 as he rides a three fight win streak. Both of The Guardian boys drop to a middling 1-2 record. With both fights ending in the first round, YABAI had put the match up out of reach for The Guardians going into the final fight where their undefeated heavyweight star Drax Bautista had so far been a reliable source of points for them. Taking on YABAI's 1-2 Huber Schlesien, Bautista was the solid favourite going in so it was quite a surprise to see him go down in the second round via a KO finish. A clean sweep for YABAI over a very disappointing Guardians team. YABAI win by 16 points to 0. With the win YABAI keep their first place spot going into their fifth round bye and can rest easy knowing that, one way or another, they will be moving into the final eight of the tournament. Whether they go there as group champions or not, they will have to wait until the results of the fifth round to see but currently they are tied on points with second placed Keyboard Warrior who are still to have their last group fight. With two of their team still undefeated at this point, YABAI are unsurprisingly looking like the championship material that they are. For The Guardians, the loss pretty much marks the end of any championship aspirations unless they can somehow pull off a massive win in their final bout. Even then, it would only be a shot at one of the two third place wild card slots but at least there is still hope. With heavyweight Drax Bautista suffering his first loss, the team lose what seemed like a consistent source of points. In truth though, inconsistency has plagued the team from the start and it just may end up being the reason they miss out on a top 8 spot. The other Group A match up pitted second place Keyboard Warriors against bottom of the group Naughtly Crew 3. The Keyboard Warriors had so far managed to win both of their two match ups and take a strong qualifying position in the group. Naughtly Crew had managed one draw and a loss so were really looking to add a win to that record. Once again, two team captains met in the 135lbs bout and on this occasion it was Naughtly Crew's Stuart Burrows who draw first blood and gave his team a real boost with a second round submission win over Keyboard Warriors Akio Kurosaki. At 155lbs, an uneventful three round snoozefest between Aung Siang (KW) and Ultimate Warrior (NC3) went to a judge's decision and was ruled in favour of Siang putting the score at 4-2 to Naughtly Crew 3. Undefeated middleweight Bofur Widenose changed that however with a first round victory over Naughtly Crew's Tran Quaach leaving Naughtly Crew needing a win in the final heavyweight bout. No such luck as Uncle Abner was taken down and tapped out within thirty-five seconds by Keyboard Warriors other undefeated star Felix Suarez. A nice attempt by the minnows of Naughtly Crew but once again not close enough as they lose the match up 12 points to 4. The Keyboard Warriors, now 3-0, have cemented their place in the final eight and the only question that remains is whether they go there are group champions or as group runners up? They hold all the cards in answering that as they need only a draw to clinch the Group A title being as they are joint points with YABAI but with a fight in hand. It might be easy to overlook them as potential championship contenders but lets not forget, they have already beaten the champs in the group stage and also have two currently undefeated fighters in Bofur Widenose and Felix Suarez. Going to be very interesting to see what happens from here as the pressure starts to mount. GROUP B An important showdown in Group B with second placed Limitless making their final group stage appearance against third placed Syndicate. Both teams were on the right track for a spot in the final eight and so the result of this meeting would be especially crucial for Limitless. At 135lbs, Syndicates Dreynos Elvul picked up his third victory in a row over Limitless' Paolo Del Geno and managed to keep his undefeated streak intact. The win came early in round one by submission giving Syndicate a big early lead at 5-0. Another disappointing performance by Del Geno who had looked so assured early in the tournament. Another big win for Syndicate at 155lbs, this time as team captain Slash Shredder picked up his first professional win with a first round TKO finish over Trey Limitless. Trey being another one of Limitless' formerly reliable fighters that had seen their fortunes turn around during this second half of the group stage. 10 Points to 0 for Syndicate going into the middleweight bout and yet again, Syndicate surprising with their man Al Hoffa also turning around a two fight losing streak to edge out Limitless' Heinrich Von Slackenfuchs over three rounds for a unanimous decision win. With Limitless down 12 points to 0 and the match out of reach, all that was left for them was a potential heavyweight consolation prize but it wasn't to be as team captain Slim Towney fell to his fourth straight loss in a row against Syndicate's Sono Tiger. Another first round victory for Syndicate to end the meeting 17 Points to 0. A thoroughly disappointing finish to the group stage for Limitless who now drop down into third place but with no more match ups to go. Somehow they still hold on to a place in the final eight via occupying a wild card slot as one the higher scoring third place teams but at this point there is no guarantee that will be the case come the end of round 5. Individually it will be disappointing for them to see some of their earlier performers drop a gear or two but ultimately, the biggest criticism will be levied directly towards 0-4 team captain Slim Towney who has become an outright liability at this point. For Syndicate, it was just the performance they needed after their loss to The Stepdads and their round three bye was obviously put to good use by some of their lesser performing team members. Syndicate now climb above Limitless into second place and are in a very strong position in which to reach the final eight teams. They could still mathematically concede their position however but the sequence needed to make that happen seems quite unlikely at this point. With Slash Shredder and Al Hoffa picking up their first wins of the season and the high level performances of Dreynos Elvul, Syndicate seem to be a team on the rise once again. Elsewhere in the group, table toppers The Stepdads were taking on bottom placed Legion of Doom. The Stepdads, already in a strong position to qualify would only benefit further from a victory whilst the Legion of Doom desperately needed the points to have any chance of making it into the final eight. An intriguing bout at 135lbs to kick things off with The Stepdads Ricky Greene taking on gritty boxer Solomon Grundy. Unfortunately for Grundy he just wasn't up to speed with the submission side of the game and Greene was able to secure himself a first round Kimura to get the scoring going at 5-0 for The Stepdads. Something of an upset at 155lbs as Legion of Doom's Bob Probert performed out of his skin to just pip Stepdads team captain Shinji Tomoguchi in a majority decision victory. No one would have really expected this result especially with Probert beating Tomoguchi at his own game in the clinch. 5-2 for The Stepdads going into the middleweight bout and Legion of Doom team captain John Rackham up to bat. He was taking on undefeated Maximus DeMarcus Meridius in something of a grappling showdown and unfortunately for team LOD, Meridius was able to catch Rackham in the dying seconds of round one for a maximum point victory giving The Stepdads their third win in a row. With the result decided, there was still a great deal of buzz going into the heavyweight match up. Big Bruce Hood of The Stepdads coming in undefeated with two first round KO's to his name and 1-1 underdog Richard Anderson for Legion of Doom. The hands started flying immediately with both fighters suffering cuts and then on into the clinch where both fighters continued to give it everything they had. In the end, it was the horrifically thudding body shots from Anderson that were able to destroy the engine of heavy hitting Hood and earning himself a huge victory over a big favourite. A nice finish for Legion of Doom but once again, just a little bit short overall. The Stepdads win the match up by a narrow margin of 10 Points to 7. The Stepdads move to 3-0 as a team and secure their place in the final eight and still with a fight to go. Not particularly surprising given they are the current 2020 runners up but still, this was a much closer result than some might have expected. The Stepdads currently occupy the number one spot in the table and they would need only a draw in round five to hang on to it. There is a possibility they could drop into second should they lose their remaining group fight and Syndicate win but regardless of results, they will be among the final eight alliance teams. It's been a difficult run for Legion of Doom with some mixed individual performances. Unfortunately for them, they have been unable to get on the same page at the same time and it has resulted in a bottom place standing at the end of round four. With one more fight remaining, there is still a very small chance that they could squeeze into one of the two wild card slots for a place in the final eight but it would likely need a very strong points score for them to do it. The alternative scenario is a loss and place in the bottom place finals with all the other losers (like Naughtly Crew 3) GROUP C On to Group C now where the ghosts of Convicted past were taking on the Tycoon new boys ACME 2. The reputation of this once great alliance was hanging in the balance and they surely needed a win in their final group stage match up to give them any chance of a shot at AWC gold. For ACME 2, at 0-2, it was fair to say they had been struggling a little in the group and a win here would be just what they needed to rebuild some confidence for the last stretch of the tournament. At 135lbs, Nevez Amadaus picked up a quick first round TKO win over ACME's Glenn Welch to give Convicted the lead at 5-0. At 155lbs, Convicted's Rico Axelrod followed suit with his own first round TKO over Brett Keane. With the match up spiralling out of reach for ACME, they would now need a miracle just to scrape up a draw. A curious observation was made after the results of each of these two victories for Convicted as both Amadaus and Axelrod both gave the wink and the gun to a mysteriously hooded figure in the crowd. When asked about the stranger later on, neither would give much away saying only that he was a man “touched by the sun” Possibly some cult stuff going on here that we shouldn't really be delving into. Back to the match up and next was undefeated Convicted team captain Haitian Ginger taking on ACME head man Mun So. So was still looking for his first win of the tournament and so it was little surprise when he succumb to a sneaky triangle choke midway through the first round. ACME now needed something more than a miracle to prevent the dreaded twenty point drubbing but any hope of that vanished as the mysterious hooded man accompanied Convicted's Ghengis Khan to the cage in his bout against ACME heavyweight Fidel DeLuna. As if by magic, DeLuna fell shortly before the two minute mark and Convicted had achieved the first 20-nothing score of the tournament. There's no way of sugar coating this one, it was a terrible performance from ACME and one that is going to leave a scar for the remainder of the tournament. A place in the final eight is now mathematically impossible and even a spot in the Middle place finals is unlikely without results elsewhere in round five going their way (on top of them picking up their own victory in round five of course) Little was expected of such a new alliance at the start of this tournament but still, this one has to sting a little. For Convicted, this was the result that they so desperately needed and it looks as though it will be enough for a spot in the championship finals. Nothing will be confirmed however until the end of the fifth and final group stage bout. Some good performances here from their more inconsistent team members but without question their star performer is team captain Haitian Ginger who now moves to four wins out of four and with all coming by way of submission. With this kind of finishing power at the helm and coupled with the influence of the mysterious sun cult leader, Convicted will continue to have at least a decent shot at winning any match up. The final group stage match up of the round was between current Group C leaders FinnFighters and fourth place Team Panda. FinnFighters, last years bronze medallists, were coming in off the back of two very solid team performances whilst Team Panda were still reeling from their defeat against Naughtly Crew 2 and looking for another performance like they put out against Convicted in the opening round. Team Panda captain Napoleon Panda was up first at 135lbs but his game plan was seemingly shut down by FinnFighters CG Mannheim's ground and pound tactics. A slow start to proceedings and a 2-0 lead for the Finns. Next up, one of Team Panda's better performers in 2-0 Jacques Turcotte taking on FinnFighters captain Rokken Roll. Again the bout went the distance this time with Roll taking all three rounds on the judges scorecards. Turcotte's first loss of the tournament and a real bad omen for Team Panda. At middleweight, FinnFighters Oke Swahn needed only twenty-four seconds to take out Panda's struggling Otto Graf with a viscous KO finish and put the match up out of reach for the Panda boys. No consolation points at heavyweight either as 2-0 wrecking machine Einar Kyrvansyyla dispatched of Team Panda's Jacko Dawson one minute and twenty-four seconds into round one. Another shut out in Group C and a final score of 14 points to 0 for FinnFighters. Another big win for the dastardly FinnFighters who now seem to have a firm grip on one of the eight qualifying spots for the championship finals. Maintaining their first place position in the group, they are three points clear of their closest rivals and need only a draw in their final group stage meeting to guarantee they stay there. No real concerns at any weight for them currently and with their team looking particularly strong at both flyweight and heavyweight, the FinnFighters will certainly be on the radar of some of the stronger teams as we get close to the final phases of the tournament. A poor showing by Team Panda who now drop to a 1-2 record overall and go into their fourth and final group stage match up needing nothing less than a win to guarantee them nothing but a small glimmer of hope at a spot in the final eight. It's still possible but with losses creeping into the records of their more reliable performers, Team Panda just made have to resign themselves to a spot in the Middle finals this time around

  46. George Floyd as a fighter doesn't make sense, but I actually think Derek Chauvin could be a good one if you had trash talking behind it. He's a power-hungry individual (cop) who murdered someone. I would've actually loved to see Camara's character arc with him.
