Wow ? Gives me a warm fuzzy to read this all these years later. This community rocks.

Well guys we are sitting at 39 entrants currently. If I add myself that makes 40 which is enough to run a 32 entrant tourney with 8 reserves. I plan to begin sometime around August 22nd give or take (1 week following the end of the Island Season) which would mean the creation date would be approximately July 22nd. I will leave the entry open for another week and see what kind of additional interest we receive. Definitely would prefer to run at 64 but if we cant get there we can adjust accordingly

You do realize that running a creation tournament in an already established org will completely destroy the orgs hype, in turn destroying your profit/loss ratio, right?

Many years ago,..I lost "everything that mattered". I then spent 12 years in a self punishment cycle that included too much drug use and no concern for my own well being. A long story will be cut short to one day ,finally, looking myself in a mirror and seeing a glint of the warrior that I used to be, looking back at me for the first time in a decade. He said. "Now, you are just being stupid" When I found this MMATycoon, I was trying to sober up. My mind was a constant static of chaotic energy. I am now 3 months away from my 4 year mark in the game. I am incredibly sober (if you don't count weed =) just being honest). I am now back in my career field, Entertainment rigging- concerts and I am, again, one of the premium guys in the Oregon and Washington areas. My closest friends are pleasantly shocked, because , I was told "not many can come-back from where I was in my mind, heart and soul." I am currently ranked 33 of 21518 (0.15%) and IF this is the closest that I ever get to this peak, I wanted to shout it out now, that You have NO idea just how much this environment was the therapy of mind that helped me come back from that cliff that I was on. Thank you for that Kanis.

As long as you run it in a different org, you'll be fine. If you try to run it together w/ the org you just acquired, you're going to lose a lot of cash.

Mr. Takahashi: Hey you were better a year ago but if Psiris is the standard then why in your last 8 fights is he 3-5 and Longsun is 5-3? And at least Longsun didn't lose twice to some 170lb midgets. But it's okay, your cardios failing in your old age with all those round 3's and 4's and Marka must have choked too many of those brain cells to death, otherwise you'd have noticed if not Kazuma, Longsun would have been going for that title which it'll be awhile before you get a third shot to disappoint.

I'll admit I did. This is my first tournament I'm running so I'm still learning. But, I will figure it out and host it in another org possibly.

Roman Benson is worried about Adam first fight day at CoMMA 10 when he is going to fight against Alfred Winterbottom. This will be his first and probably last test before the big tournament. Roman will make him a drug test before that fight, for sure.

Sooooooo. Since this thing is coming along..nearing the half way point of total fighters needed. I want to offer up something as an incentive to not only push managers into the decision to join, but to those who already did. I know some managers shy away from these large tourney set ups because of the number of issues that happen due to fighter release after their first loss or so. I'm going to offer up 2 million dollars for the end of this tourney. I'm going to take the bottom 4 fighters who stuck around for all 7 rounds and fought every fight during this time. IF i have to I will open my own org and put together a 2 round round tourney. This will determine a 1st through 4th: 1st place will have $1.25 million sent to manager account, $500k will be sent to 2nd and 3rd/4th will receive $125,000 to manager account. Also, I will send sponsorship to 5 of your other fighters with 10 units 160q energy supplement+$5k and another sponsorship of 50 units clothing+another $5k (if only 1 slot open for sponsorship I will send the 10 supplements and $10k). REMEMBER: you must have joined league of league from the start (receive fighters not eligible, unless you end up fighting round 1 fight 1) and fought all 7 rounds of fights. This has been approved from the Boss himself. Also, If these addition is a deciding factor in your joining, I'd like to know.

In the summer of 1939, Young Billy Cubbedge returned home to his birth place Piekary Slaskie, Poland to reconnect with his estranged Mother, after living in the US for 5 years with his American father. Upon his arrival though, a very dark and Dead future awaited the young Half Polish/Half American, As the Evil Germans closed in on the city during the Polish Invasion. Young Billy was Murdered in cold blood after putting up a valiant effort. Only this was just the start of the evil that would come. Mad german Scientist Josef Mengele was stationed in Piekary Slaskie after the town was brought to it's knees. Dubbed "The Angel of Death" Mengele was there conducting experiments on the polish prisoners, where he came across the body of Young Billy Cubbedge. Because of Cubbedges physically gifted frame Mengele focused all his attention on using him in his attempt to create a Super Slave Soldier. This though ended very badly for Josef, as though he did indeed bring Cubbedge back to life his brain was also partially functional. Now awake and alive Cubbedge went on a killing spree, immediately beheading Josef Mengele and then taking back the town of Piekary Slaskie. Now Half Human/Half Zombie Billy has Vowed to destroy any evil that he comes in contact with, especially those nasty Nazi's.

I'm in 100%. This is going to be great like the last one! I still have my guy from that and, in fact, he is my top fighter currently and doing quite well (Samuel Nti) To me he proves that 25 year olds can be viable and that not every damn fighter needs to be an 18 year old project that sits in a gym for the first year of his life. The last tournament was weekly fights too. It was a long tournament so definitely not for the flakey ass whiney, whingey, cherry picking, cowardly sort of fellow who doesn't want to participate anymore when things don't go your way. Saklain, I see you have signed up and that's worrying considering that you just flaked out of the alliance tournament after just three rounds (whole tournament was 8 rounds) If you can screw over your alliance for no reason then what's stopping you from screwing over Louie after getting your ass kicked for a couple of rounds?
